청소년 인터넷 도박에 관한 연구 동향

본 연구의 목적은 현대사회의 다양한 사회문제 중 청소년의 개인적 특성 및 사회환경적인 특성 등을 고려하여 인터넷 도박의 위험에서 보호 및 치료, 예방할 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 목적 달성을 위하여 2018년부터 2023년 3월까지 국내에서 발표된 석·박사 학위논문과 학술지 중심으로 전수조사하여 총 68편을 백분률로 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 연도별 동향은 2018년 16편이 가장 많고, 학술논문은 2021년 12편으로 많았으며, 연구는 지속적으로 되고 있다. 둘째, 연구대상별 현황은 중·고등학생 대상 논문 43편, 연구방법 유형별은 조사연구 44편이 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구주제별동향은 문제도박, 도박행동, 도박중독, 도박경험 순으로 나타났고, 연구주제별 하위유형은 비합리적 도박신념이 가장 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 넷째, 도박 영향요인의 정적상관관계는 비합리적 신념, 스트레스, 가족갈등, 부모방임 등이 있으며, 부적상관관계는 자아존중감, 자아탄력성, 가족응집력 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 제한점은 청소년 인터넷 도박에 관한 기존연구의 분석으로 다양한 연구방법을 고려하지 못한 한계가 있다. 후속연구는 인터넷 도박에 관한 규제와 예방책 및 치유 프로그램들이 다양한 대상에 적합한 맞춤형으로 연구 개발할 필요성이 있을 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to find ways to protect, treat, and prevent the risks of Internet gambling by considering the personal and social environmental characteristics of youth among various social problems in modern society. To achieve the purpose, a total survey was conducted focusing on master's and doctoral theses and academic journals published in Korea from 2018 to March 2023, and a total of 68 papers were analyzed by percentage. As a result, first, the trend by year was the highest with 16 in 2018, and the largest number of academic papers was 12 in 2021, and research is continuing. Second, the most common status by research subject was 43 papers targeting middle and high school students, and 44 research studies by research method type. Third, the trend by research topic was in the order of problem gambling, gambling behavior, gambling addiction, and gambling experience, and the subtype of each research topic was irrational gambling beliefs. Fourth, positive correlations among gambling influencing factors include irrational beliefs, stress, family conflict, and parental neglect, while negative correlations include self-esteem, ego resilience, and family cohesion. A limitation of this study is that it failed to consider various research methods as it was an analysis of existing research on youth internet gambling. In follow-up research, there will be a need to research and develop regulations, preventive measures, and treatment programs related to Internet gambling in a customized manner suitable for various targets.

노인복지시설종사자의 조직공정성, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동의 관계

오늘날 조직들이 무한경쟁에 직면하면서 경쟁우위를 갖기 위해 많은 방법들이 전개되어 왔으며, 사회복지조직에서도 조직성과는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 중요성을 반영하여 본 연구는 노인복지시설종사자의 조직공정성, 조직몰입, 조직시민행 동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 조직 관리의 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제를 검정하기 위하여 측정도구(설문지)를 구성하여 대구, 경북, 경남지역의 노인복지기관의 구성원들에게 270부를 배포하여 최종적으로 분석에는 252부를 사용하여 연구문제를 검정하며, 다음과 같이 구체적인 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 노인복지시설종사자들의 조직공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 둘째, 노인복지시설종사자들의 조직몰입이 조직시민행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자한다. 셋째, 실증적인 분석을 통해 노인복지시설 종사자의 조직공정성, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동의 관계를 파악하여 그 시사점은 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과, 조직의 공정성은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수로 판명되었다. 또한 조직몰입이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치고 있다는 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과는 조직 관리에 있어서 구성원의 인지, 태도 그리고 행동을 포괄적으로 관리되어야 한다는 것을 제시하였다. This study was to analyze the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in aged social welfare institution. To attain the goal of this study described above paragraphs, the employee working at the aged social welfare institution in Deagu and Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsang nam-do were set as a collected group. Then convenience sampling method, Finally drew out and analyzed 252 people in total. The conclusion based on above study method and result of material analysis are here below, Frist, the Organizational Justice influences on the organizational commitment. Second, the Organizational Justice influences on the organizational citizenship behavior Third, organizational commitment influences on the organizational citizenship behavior.

노인여가복지시설 이용 노인의 정신건강에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the mental health of elderly users of senior welfare facilities in consideration of the type of welfare facilities. The subjects in this study were elderly people who used senior welfare centers or Hall for the Elderly in the city of Daegu. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as to the level of depression by the type of elderly welfare leisure facilities, the elderly users of Hall for the Elderly were more depressed than the ones of senior welfare center. Second, concerning psychological wellbeing by the type of senior welfare facilities, the score of psychological wellbeing of the users of the senior Welfare center was higher than the ones of the hall for the elderly. Third, in relation to overall life satisfaction by the type of elderly welfare leisure facilities, those who used the senior Welfare center were more gratified with their lives than the others.

요양보호사의 역할갈등 및 직무만족이 노인 서비스의 질에 미치는 영향 -대구광역시 노인 그룹 홈을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to understand how the role conflict and job satisfaction of Carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home influence on the quality of service.To support this,a survey was conducted targeting a sample of 153 carer``s working for senior citizen Group Home and 148 respondents have been finally targeted after 5 insufficient and inadequate answers excluded. The data collected was analyzed by statistic program and the result shows below; First, in terms of gender, age, educational background, working motive, working period and monthly average income based on the population-sociological characteristics, there``s no statistical relevance to influences of Carer``s role-conflict on the quality of service by these factors.On the other hand, only monthly average income has relevance to influences of job satisfaction on the quality of service by population-sociological characteristic point of view while there``s no statistical meaning about influences of Carer``s job satisfaction on the quality of service with regards to gender, age, educational background, working motive and working period based on population-sociological characteristics. Second, when itcomes to the main factors causing a role conflict among Carer``s the quality of service is influenced by relational and political conflict and vocational stability and working environment affect the quality of service in regards to the primary factors of the job satisfaction.

청소년의 심리적 불안감, 외모지향태도, 자아존중감과 문제행동의 구조관계

본 연구는 청소년의 심리적 불안감과, 외모지향태도, 자아존중감과 이들의 문제행동 간 구조적 관계에 대해 분석하고, 이 구조적 관계가 성별, 학교 급별로 어떻게 나타나는지 실증적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 아동 · 청소년 데이터 아카이브에서 제공하는 NYPI횡단조사 중 2013년 ‘청소년 문제행동 저연령화 실태 및 정책과제 연구’를 위해 수집된 자료를 SPSS 22.0프로그램과 AMOS 22 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 심리적 불안감이 높을수록 자아존중감은 약해지며 문제행동의 수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 외모지향태도가 강할수록 자아존중감은 강해지며 문제행동의 수준은 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아존중감이 강할수록 문제행동의 수준은 완화되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 심리적 불안감과 외모지향태도가 자아존중감을 통해 문제행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 간접효과를 검정한 결과, 심리적 불안감과 문제행동과의 관계에서 자아존중감은 정적 매개효과를, 외모지향적 태도와 문제행동과의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부적 매개효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 청소년의 외모지향태도와 문제행동 간의 인과관계의 영향력 크기는 성별 및 학교급별에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년의 문제행동 예방 및 완화를 위한 이론적, 실천적 함의와 제언을 하였다. This research is to find structural relationships among psychological anxiety, appearance - oriented attitude, and self-esteem of youth and investigates how the structural relationships show by genders and different school classes. For the investigation, a collected data for the research of ‘adolescent’s misbehaviors and tendency of their young average age and political subject’ were used from SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS 22 statistical program provided by Korea youth and children’s data archive. First of all, the research determines as the psychological anxiety gets higher, youth have lower self-esteem level and more behavior problems. In addition, when adolescents show stronger appearance-oriented attitude they have higher self-esteem level and more behavior problem. The study also indicates that as youths have higher self-esteem their behavior problem levels are reduced. Secondly, by examining the relationships of youth’s psychological anxiety and appearance-oriented attitude based on their self-esteem, the self-esteem gives a positive mediated effect on psychological anxiety and behavior problem whereas the self-esteem affects as negative mediated effect on the appearance-oriented attitude and behavior problem. Lastly, the study indicates there is a causal interaction between youth’s appearance-oriented attitude and behavior problem which differs by genders and different school classes. Based on the results of the research, the theoretical and practical applications were suggested to prevent and relax the adolescent’s behavior problems.

팔로워십 특성이 직무태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다변화 환경변화 속에서 인적자원을 어떻게 관리하고 조직을 운영하느냐에 따라 성공과 실패의 길로 나뉘게 되므로 이에 대한 조직유효성 차원에서의 효과적인 관리방안에 대한 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 D시와 G도에 소재한 노인복지시설의 종사자들을 202명이 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 통계분석은 SPSSWIN 12.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 팔로워들이 상사와의 관계에서 목표의 일치성, 능동적 참여, 팀 정신의 인식정도가 높을수록 상사와의 관계형성이 높게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 조직구성원들의 상호관계에서 조직의 효율성을 높이는데 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미하며, 또한 상사부하간의 관계에 대한 인식이 직무태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 상사부하간의 관계형성이 높을수록 직무만족도가 높아지고 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 의미하며 이는 상사부하간의 관계가 직무의 효율성에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 사회복지 실천현장의 인적자원관리에 실천적 함의와 후속연구에 대한 방안을 제시하였다. Because the success and failure depend on the way of management and operation of human resources in various environmental exchange, the purpose of this study is on effective managing methods on system effectivity level for it. To accomplish the purpose of this study, data for 202 care workers who were working for welfare centers for the aged were collected in D City and G Province, and the analysis was done with SPSSWIN 12.0 program. The results showed that the higher recognition level for team spirit, active involvement and congruency of the goal the followers have in the relation with their superiors, the higher effect was found to the formation with their superiors. It means that it gives effect to increase the effectivity of the system in the members correlation. And it means that the recognition on the relation between the superiors and followers gives effect on their job attitude, thus the higher the relation formation between the superiors and followers, it shows the higher job satisfaction and the lower job leaving intention. It suggests that the relation between them gives effect on their job effectivity. On the basis of the result of this study, it suggested active implication and methods for following studies on the management of human resources at the field of social welfare activity.

다문화가정 모(母)의 부부관계 만족도가 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 다문화가정 모의 부부관계 만족도에 따라 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D시와 K도의 다문화가정모와 그 자녀를 대상으로 150명을 2011년 4월 3일부터 4월 30일까지 조사하였다. 수집된 자료 중 불충분한 응답 등 기타 부적합한 21부의 자료를 제외한 총 129부를 최종 연구대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 통해서 분석하였으며, 분석결과를 다음과 같다. 다문화가정 모의 부부관계 만족도에 따른 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향력에서는 부부관계 만족도가 자녀의 학교생활적응의 하위변인인 교우관계에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 담임교사와의 관계, 학교행사참여, 규칙준수, 학습활동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 부부관계 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 부부의 상호이해도를 높이는 시간을 마련하여 서로 간에 정서적인 교류를 통해 가정이 안정될때 자녀의 정서에 긍정적인 영향이 학교생활적응에 미친다는 것을 본 연구결과를 통해 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있다 할 수 있겠다. 따라서 다문화가정을 위한 부부교육 및 부부교실을 통해 부부관계의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 제도적·정책적 지원이 이루어질 수 있도록 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. The plan for this research is to figure out the effect of satisfaction in multi culture family’s marital relationships on children’s adaptation of school life. The research is targeting 151 people of multi culture family’s wife and their children in D city and K province from April 3th, 2011 to April 30th, 2011. From the collected data, 21 insufficient and inappropriate responses are eliminated and total of 129 subjects are chosen for final data set. The collected data are analysis by SPSS statistic program and followings are the results of the analysis. The satisfaction of mother in multi cultural family’s marital relationship has no meaningful influence on their children’s school adaptation. However, it shows the relationships between school teacher, participation of school event, obeying rules, and academic activities have meaningful influence on the children’s adaptation of school life by the satisfaction of marital relationships in multi cultural family. The stability of family through the emotional exchange to enhance the satisfaction of marital relationships by understanding each other gives positive effect to the children’s adaption of school life. Therefore, the institutional and political supports are essential to boost satisfaction of marital relationships by opening conjugal education for multi culture family.
