병원의 MCS 상호작용적 이용이 긍정심리자본과 관리적 성과에 미치는 영향

[연구목적] 본 연구는 개인의 긍정적 심리상태를 설명하는 긍정심리자본이라는 개념을 적용해 병원조직의 상호작용적 MCS이용이 궁극적으로 관리적 성과를 증대시키기 위해 구성원 심리에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 이를 위해 국내 종합병원의 행정부서 임원을 중심으로 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석을 수행하였다. [연구결과] 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, MCS의 상호작용적 이용은 긍정심리자본을 구성하는 하위요소인 자기효능감, 희망, 낙관주의, 그리고 복원력에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본을 구성하는 하위요소 중 자기효능감, 희망, 그리고 복원력은 관리적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치나 낙관주의는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, MCS의 상호작용적 이용은 관리적 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 제시함에 따라 기존 선행연구들의 결과를 재확인시켜 주었다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 연구결과는 병원의 상호작용적 MCS는 긍정심리자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 또 긍정심리자본은 관리적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치므로 상호작용적 MCS와 관리적 성과 간의 관계에서 구성원의 긍정심리자본은 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 보인다. [Purpose] This study is to analyze the effect of the interactive use of MCS of the hospital organizations on the psychology of their members to enhance the managerial performance, by applying the concept of psychological capital. [Methodology] To accomplish this, data have been gathered and analyzed through the questionnaires centering on executive officers of the general hospitals in Korea, and the research results are as follows: [Findings] First, the interactive use of MCS has a positive effect on all the sub-factors of positive psychological capital such as self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience. Second, the result shows that among the sub-factors constituting positive psychological capital, self -efficacy, resilience, and hope have a significant effect on managerial performance, but optimism turns out to have no significant effect. Third, the interactive use of the management control systems reaffirms the results of the previous studies as it shows a positive effect on the management performance at the 1% significance level. [Implications] In summary, the results of this study suggest that the interactive MCS of hospitals has a positive effect on positive psychological capital, and the positive psychological capital has a positive effect on managerial performance. It means that positive psychological capital plays an important role in the relation between interactive MCS and managerial performance.
