        재래시장 경쟁력 구성요인과 정책적 시사점

        최근 들어 재래시장 활성화 사업이 활발히 진행되고 있지만 정작 재래시장에 대한 학문적인 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구는 재래시장에 대한 학문적 연구의 토대를 마련하고, 소비자들이 지각하는 재래시장 경쟁우위 요인을 도출하며, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 연구목적을 가지고 있다. 7번의 Focus Group Interview와 9개 재래시장을 이용하는 523명의 소비자를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 내용분석을 통한 정성적인 방법으로 소비자가 지각하는 경쟁우위 요인을 도출하였다. 그 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보면 입지의 편의성, 저렴한 가격, 우수한 품질, 다양한 상품구색, 정, 1차 신선식품, 구색의 전문성 등 모두 7가지의 경쟁우위 요인이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과로 얻을 수 있는 정책적 시사점으로는 먼저 몇 가지 측면에서 재래시장의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 따라서 현재 진행되고 있는 재래시장 활성화 정책의 당위성을 본 연구가 제공하였고, 재래시장이 가지고 있는 경쟁우위 요인들은 대형 마트나 백화점 등과 같은 경쟁 소매업태들이 쉽게 모방할 수 없는 것들이었다. 재래시장이 취급하고 있는 여러 상품들 중 특히 1차 신선식품에서 강점을 가지고 있는 경우가 많아 소규모의 근린시장은 입지적 강점과 함께 1차 신선식품의 강점을 살리는 방향으로 활성화 정책이 시행되어야 할 것이다. 또 하나 재래시장이 가지는 중요한 강점은 정(情)이라는 감정이며, 재래시장에 정이나 문화적 요소를 가미시키는 것을 적극적으로 검토할 필요가 있을 것이며, 전문시장에 대한 소비자들의 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타나 전문시장에 대한 지원을 강화하고 전문시장으로의 발전가능성이 있는 시장을 발굴하여 육성할 필요가 있을 것이다. 그리고 상권분석 등을 통해 주변 지역에 아파트 단지나 고소득층이 많고 시장이미지가 양호한 경우 고급화전략을 구사할 필요가 있으며, 중심시가지 활성화를 위한 지역상권 육성제도 구상에서 재래시장이 핵심적인 기능을 할 수 있도록 다양한 방안을 강구하는 것이 필요하고, 재래시장별로 차별적인 활성화 전략이나 마케팅전략을 수행해야 할 것이다. The conventional market is Korean traditional marketplace and has several important aspects in the Korean life. The purpose of this paper is to find out the consumer-recognized competitive advantage factors of conventional market and suggest its implications on the policy side. In order to accomplish our research purposes we did seven times of focus group interview and four times of survey. We found seven consumer-recognized competitive advantage factors of conventional market, which are convenience of location, low price, goods of quality, variety of assortment, affection, fresh goods, and specialty of assortment. The policy implications from the results of this research are as follows: we identify several important factors of conventional market, so it is necessary to support the revitalization activities of conventional market. Consumer recognizes that fresh goods such as vegetables, fruits, and fishes in the conventional market have good quality, so it had better for small-sized conventional market to make revitalizing policies combining the convenience of location and good quality of fresh goods. Many consumers feel affection with conventional market, so it is necessary to put cultural elements into the conventional market. Because specialized conventional markets have good reputation from consumers, it had better to find out and support specialized conventional market. Finally up-grade and differentiated marketing strategy can be a good choice to revitalize conventional market.

      • 재래시장 활성화 노력에 대한 반성과 과제

        The conventional markets have fallen into decay of late years, because they did not follow the modernization of distribution industry, have structural problems of small scale, and the merchants do not have active mind to cope with changing trends of distribution environment. But, the conventional markets have some important positions in several aspects. They have played important role in distribution and regional economy, have long history and developed regional culture, and still have important position for consumer"s shopping places. So revitalizing conventional markets are necessary, and since 2002 many revitalizing programs have been carried out. But the results are not satisfactory, because there are no long-term plan, vision, and differentiated supporting programs. In this paper we provide several suggestions for successful revitalization programs of conventional markets. First, it is necessary to reform merchant"s powerless mind, so the merchants should voluntarily participate in revitalizing programs. Second, differentiated marketing programs should be carried out through segmentation, targeting, and positioning. So big-sized markets put into practice more aggressive marketing programs and small-sized markets had better seek for niche markets. Third, to overcome the weakness of small scale, cooperation and co-using in the logistics facilities and distribution systems are necessary. Fourth, to broaden trading area and attract young consumers, electronic commerce system should be successfully built. Fifth, most of the merchants in the conventional markets are over 50 years old, and conventional markets lose their vitality. So some inducements or supporting programs should be provided to attract young merchants into conventional markets. Sixth, because consumers prefer to have more fun in the shopping process, reinforcing entertainment factors will be good strategy to get more shoppers. Seventh, the output of revitalizing efforts are not come out immediately, the government should support the revitalizing program with long-term vision and goal.

        The present features of computer assisted instruction (CAI) particulary on physics education at middle and high school in Japan are described. Personal com-puter become a "standard equipment" on most school that helps teachers teaching more effectively and the use of this as an educational aid is potentially capable of giving each student individual totoring, but its use has been limited because there are not yet enough to readily available and comprehensive suitable programs designed for instructional purposes. Illustrative examples with BASIC programming were presented.

      • 구리-니켈 박막의 열전능 특성

        Cu-Ni thin films deposited on the glass by the vacuum evaporation method containing various concentrations of Cu have been studied its thermoelectricpower and electromotive force in the temperature range of 25―220℃. The thermoelectromotive force of pure Ni depends on the thickness of films to 1800, A° but Cu_0.8 Ni_0.2 to 1600A°. Cu―Ni films containing 15,20,25% of Cu were observed the effect of magnetic disorder. The variation of thermoelectricpower appeared in variious concentrations of Cu, its maximum value is 40μV in 45% of Cu. The linear dependence of thermoelectricpower on the temperature showed from 50% to 90% at concentration of Cu.

        ECCP에 關한 硏究

        The Engineering Concepts Curriculum Project(ECCP) course, entitled "The Man-Made World", is discussed to provide and educational package to develop an understanding of the interaction of technology and society. This includes not only the study of certain concepts such as decision-making, optimization, feedback, stability, logic thought, etc., but also involves a general survey of the whole field of digital techniques and the way for the non-electronics specialist to learn about analog computer in working circuits. The basic philosophy of the course is that academically untrainning students can develop an understanding of the modeling, feedback and stability which enable us to think rationally about complicated situations and to build and produce the man-made devices and systems discussed in this course are directly related to today's technology, designs and develments. This paper is described a possible explanation of how readiness for learning the ECCP course as well as laboratory apparatus available for use by students.

        Zn-Sb 薄膜의 熱電能特性

        An investigation of the thermoelectric power of ZnSb and its thin films has been made in the temperature range between 300˚K and about 800˚K. The general method of measure ment is the determination, through thermocouple readings, of the ration ΔE/ΔT, where ΔE is the thermal emf measured between two points in the sample having a temperature difference ΔT. The thermoelectric power is varied with the temperature of the sample. The thermoelectric power of the ZnSb thin film has maxinum value at 600˚K.

        The turn-off characteristics and the measurement of turn off time of high speed switching SCR which is only included the reverse blocking triode thyristor are described. The changes between turn off time t_off and forward anode current I_F, and ambient temperature, were measured with CRO. It is observed that t_off is approximately proportional to ambient temperature squared if I_F is not exceeded of rating on state current.

        敎育用 Analog Computer의 製作과 그 應用에 關한 硏究

        Educational Analog Computer has been designed and built as an educational device aided towards a more easy to use to understanding the fundamental concept of analog computer, and to build a simple low cast computer which is capable of solving the second-order linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients, and to introduce some technology-control engineering and a simple servo mechanism. The computer consist of the only linear computing elements, five summary amplifiers and three integrators with producing timing intervals. General-purpose integrated circuit ㎂-741C are used except a timing circuit. Switching from the input in the op. amp. to integrator was achieved using a SCR turn off characteristics connected with UJT. timing circuit in DC operation. Detailed information on construction methods is given.

      • 添加酸化物이 Ni-Zn Ferrite의 電氣 및 磁氣的 性質에 미치는 影響

        The variation of electromagnetic properties on Ni-Zn ferrite with additive oxides (As_2O_3, Bi_2O_3, and SnO) was measured with Hysteresis Loop Tracer at this sintering temperature range of 1150℃∼1350℃. The experimental results indicate that specific resistances were 0.3×10 exp (5)-2.8×10 exp (5)Ω ㎝, and the maximum initial permeability μ_i was 210 H/m, the maximum permeability μ_m 2450^* H/m, the maximum residual magnetization Br 900 gauss, and the minimum coercive force Hc 0.35 Oe. The loss coefficient shows that the additive oxides have Low value (1.3×10 exp (-4), at 2.5 MHZ) compared with the non-additives calcinated at 1250℃.
