The internal bramsstrahlung spectrum accompanying beta decay in Cs^137 has been measured using the magnetic deflection method. The geometry was chosen such that Nal (T1) crystal is well shielded from the external bramsstrahlung produced by the beta particles in the pole pieces of the magnet. The pileup is corrected for by graphical integration. The theoretical spectra of KUB, Lewis and Ford, and Chang and Folkoff is compared with our experimental spectrum. The agreement between measurement and theory is poor throughout the energy range in the present investigation, though the experimental points are closer to those in theory of Chang and Folkoff. When the pileup was estimated by graphical integration, the error was 5 to 8 percent and was less than 10 percent at all energy ranges.

This study was conducted to develop a diagnostic tool to evaluate the core competency level of current students through the reorganization of the competency-based curriculum at Y University. The questions were derived through analysis of previous studies and expert advice. Content validity was also verified and 91 items were drawn. A survey was conducted on 562 college students. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 18.0 program. As a result, The core competency diagnosis tool for 78 questions, consisting of 3 competencies and 9 sub-competencies, was developed. Y University's core competency diagnosis tool will diagnose students' competencies and provide direction for the formation of educational policies and competency-based curriculum for majors and liberal education. 본 연구는 Y대학의 역량중심교육과정 개편을 통한 재학생의 핵심역량직무능력 정도를 평가할 수 있는 진단 도구를 개발하기 위해 실시되었다. 선행연구 분석과 전문가 자문을 통한 문항을 도출하고 내용 타당도를 검증으로 91개의 예비 문항을 도출하였다. 재학생 562명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. Y대학 핵심역량 진단도구의 구성 타당도 검증을 위해서 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 3개 역량, 9개 하부역량으로 구성된 78개 문항의 핵심역량진단 도구를 개발하게 되었다. Y 대학의 핵심역량진단 도구는 재학생의 역량을 진단하여 향후 교육정책 및 전공 및 교양의 역량 중심 교육과정 편성에 방향을 제시할 것이라 기대된다.
1.88 A GeV ^56Fe 이온에 의한 원자핵 건판내에서의 발생각에 대한 연구

LBL 667H 실험의 일환으로써 1.88A GeV ^56Fe이온이 원자핵 전판내에서 일으킨 핵반응을 비적스캔닝(along-the-track-scanning) 법으로 총 473개를 발견하였다. 그중 302개에 대한 방출각을 실험데이타로 삼아 ^56Fe 핵과 원자핵건판들과의 충돌에서 얻어진 다중도 분포의 여러파라미더와 이차파쇄핵의 각분포를 측정하여 6.2∼400 GeV 양성자-원자핵 상호작용과 비교검토 하였으며 알파입자에 대한 분포회귀함수는 β_T^-1??e^(r-nb)이고 β_T^-1=(e^(r_p-nb)) 임을 나타냈다. The results of multiple production produced by 1.88 A GeV ^56Fe ions in nuclear emulsion have been studied. Using by the along-the-track scanning method, We found 473 inelastic events and analysed 302 events. Angular distribution of secondary particles and several parameters of multiplicity distribution at the collisions of ^56Fe ions with emulsion nuclei are measured. And data are compared with those of 6.2-400 GeV protons with nuclei in nuclear emulsion. Regression function of alpha particles is well fitted by use of β_T^-1=exp(r-n_b).

This paper deals with the correction factors which must be applied to an apparent resistivity and the four-point probe instrument for the resistivity measurements. The msasuring and calculating values are obtained through this experiment. The mathematical funtions obtained can be applied to the measurement of resistivity of the semiconductor and to the calculation of the base resistance of the point-contact transistors.
ZnIn_2S_4 및 ZnIn_2S_4 : Co^2+ 단결정의 광학적 특성

ZnIn_2S_4 and ZnIn_2S_4:CO^2+ single crystals crystallized in the rhombohedral (hexagonal) space group C_3v^5(R3m), with lattice constants a=3.859A˚, c=36.991A˚for ZnIn_2S_4, and a=3.664A˚and c=36.884A˚ for ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+. The optical absorption measured near the fundamental band edge showed that the optical energy band structure of these compounds had a direct and indirect band gap, the direct and indirect energy gaps are found to be 2.778 and 2.682 eV for ZnIn_2S_4, and 2.658 and 2.601 eV for ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+ at 293K. The impurity optical absorption peaks due to cobalt are observed in ZnIn_2S_4:Co^2+ single crystal. These impurity optical absorption peaks can be attributed to the electronic transitions between the split energy levels of Co^2+ ions located at T_d symmetry site of ZnIn_2S_4 host lattice.
