톱다리개미허리노린재 방제용 페로몬트랩의 효율증대를 위한 끈끈이트랩 활용

The purpose of this study was to investigate the attraction distance range of pheromone traps used in the control of stink bugs, which are a problem in persimmon orchards, and the effects of sticky traps in increasing the efficiency of pheromone traps. Labeled individuals were released and then recaptured on pheromone and sticky traps. Riptortus clavatus was attracted to pheromone traps up to 60 m away. The capture rates of R. clavatus on sticky traps were 35%, 27%, 34%, 2.9%, and 0.6% after 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks To improve clarity, II have added this information from the details shown in the figures. Besides, when both pheromone and sticky traps were used at the same time following the release-recapture method, the capture rate of R. clavatus was 12 times higher than that by using pheromone traps only. 단감 과수원에서 문제가 되고 있는 노린재의 방제 목적으로 사용되는 페로몬트랩의 유인거리를 확인하고, 페로몬트랩의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 끈끈이트랩의 사용효과에 대하여 알아보고자 수행되었다. 노린재에 마커로 표시한 후 방사하여 페로몬트랩과 끈끈이트랩에 재포획된 개체수를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 페로몬트랩에 톱다리개미허리노린재가 60 m까지 유인되는 것을 확인하였으며, 끈끈이트랩의 포획률은 0주차 35%, 1주에서 27%, 2주에서 34%, 3주에서 2.9%, 4주에서 0.6%로, 3주 이후부터 급격히 낮아지는 것을 확인하였다. 페로몬트랩과 끈끈이트랩을 동시에 사용한 경우가 페로몬트랩만 단일로 사용한 경우보다 약 12배 높은 포획률을 보였다.

This study was conducted to determine the direction and distance of the honeybee feces and assess how feces change depending on external landscape and environmental factors. In order to find out the direction of honeybee feces according to the landscape factors, the experimental area was divided and classified by landscape factors. In addition, honeybee feces experiment according to the climatic factors was conducted eight times per week starting from April 7 to May 26, 2020. As a result, it was confirmed that feces occurred in the direction where the specific gravity of the forest was high. The honeybee feces results showed that the drastically decreased at 300 m, with clear positive relationship with temperature, and negative relationship with wind speed.

This study was carried out to establish basic data for smart beekeeping. It was set a temperature sensor inside the hive to monitor the over-wintering period and termination on bees. There were confirmed that, despite the change in external temperature, the temperature was maintained above 31°C in the center of the hive. As a result of monitoring the temperature sensor at the center of the hive, it was confirmed that the temperature inside the hive started to change from the end of October, and dropped to 6°C around next February 3. As of February 9, it was confirmed that the temperature was maintained up to 30°C. Despite the sharp drop in the outside temperature between February 15 and 18, the temperature inside the peak dropped to 26°C, but it did not return to the temperature it was before February 8. This means that the activity of bees was reconfirmed, and it was judged that the overwintering was over.

This study aims to examine whether autobiography writing program (ABWP) improves ego- integrity in the aged. The ABWP developed by the reseacher consists of 4 steps and 7 themes in oder to improve ego-integrity. Ego-integrity is an indispensible factor of successful aging. Autobiography is personal history and a dialogue of the self with itself in the present about the past for the sake of self-understanding. The materials of this study have been collected from one eighty-year-old woman who had suffered from loneliness and depression, for her life story had been told to anybody no more. Analysis were conducted according to ``biography research`` on the basis of ``the narrative psychology`` suggested by McAdams. After the 8-week ABWP was completed, her unsolved conflicts were able to be reintegrated. The meaning of her life was newly discovered in her old age, so that her ego-integrity was improved. Based on this result, the writing of and reflection upon one`s life story was proved as a tool for healing of unfinished life issues for the aged. Aged society is drawing near. There may be increasing aged people in church, so it is time to prepare for ministry for the aged. The result of this study provides a model for pastoral care for the aged improving the quality of care of them.
Two Species of Phycitinae (Lepidoptera, Pyralidae) New to Korea

명나방과(나비목)의2종, Asclerobia sinensis (Caradja & Meyrick, 1937) 와 Acrobasis malifoliella Yamanaka, 2003는 한국에서 처음으로 보고된다. 본 연구에서는 이들 2종에 대하여 재기재하고 성충 및 생식기의 도해도를 제시하였다. Two species of Phycitinae, Asclerobia sinensis (Caradja & Meyrick, 1937) and Acrobasis malifoliella Yamanaka, 2003, are reported for the first time from Korea. The adults and genitalia of the species are redescribed and illustrated.

전곡립(whole grains)의 압출성형 및 효소처리에 따른 가공학적 특성과 생리적 특성을 연구하였다. 압출공정 처리한 전곡립 시료의 이화학적 특성은 호화도, 소화도, 저향전분 등을 측정하였으며, 이를 압출공정 처리하지 않은 생원료 및 볶음시료와 비교하였다. 압출공정은 모든 곡류의 호화도를 크게 증가시켰으며, 특히 보리의 경우에는 압출공정에 의해 원료시료 보다 약 7배정도 증가하였다. 소화도 역시 압출공정에 의해 원료시료나 볶음시료에 두드러지게 증가하여 보리의 경우 2.6배까지 증가하였다. 또한 압출공정에 의해 저항전분의 감소 등이 뚜렷하게 관찰되었다. 전곡립을 압출공정과 식물세포벽 분해효소를 복합적으로 처리한 경우 처리하지 않은 원료와 비교하여 ${\beta}-sitosterol$이 최대 13배까지 증가하였다. 압출공정 후 효소처리는 생리활성 물질의 유리효과 뿐만 아니라 수용성 식이섬유 함량의 증가 소화율의 증가 등 각종 이화학적 특성도 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 압출공정과 효소처리를 복합적으로 적용하였을 때 전곡립의 가공학적 특성과 생리적 특성이 뚜렷하게 향상되는 것을 의미하는 것으로 산업적인 유용성이 매우 높다. Extrusion with enzyme treatment improved processing characteristics and physiological activity of whole grains, strongly suggesting industrial potential of whole grains for production of cereal-based functional foods containing activated nutraceuticals. Physicochemical properties of whole grains prepared by extrusion were characterized in terms of vitamin, mineral, and resistant starch contents, gelatinization, and digestibility in comparison with those of raw and roasted grains. Extrusion increased grain gelatinization, with degree of gelatinization in extruded barley being seven times higher than that of raw barley. Extrusion improved digestibility of whole grains in comparison with those of raw and roasted grains. Dispersibility of starch was improved through extrusion, while content of resistant starch decreased. Release of ${\beta}-sitosterol$ present in whole grains increased 13-fold when both extrusion and enzyme treatment were used.

본 연구를 통해 잔디주머니나방속이 국내에서 처음 발견되어 보고한다. 잔디주머니나방속내 잔디주머니나방에 대한 성충, 유충, 번데기 등 형태학적 특징을 재기재하였다. 또한 신속한 종 동정을 위한 DNA바코드 정보를 제공하였다. The genus Nipponopsyche Yazaki is reported from Korea with the species, N. fuscescens Yazaki for the first time. Adult including genitalia, larva, and pupa of the species are redescribed, and DNA barcode for precise identification of the species is also provided.
실내 월동 온도 조건에 의한 양봉꿀벌의 월동 능력과 면역 관련 유전자 발현 분석

Honey bees, Apis mellifera, in Korea experience every four seasons. They respond to each season with different strategies to maintain their colony in ideal condition. Winter is the most harsh season to honey bees but they should endure the cold weather for the next year’s life. Attempt to overwinter indoor already have been made but the detailed information is still lacking. To understand the honey bee physiology according to the wintering temperature, we placed the colonies in the two different regions (inland and island) and warehouses where the temperatures are different (1°C and 4°C) for wintering. The colonies wintering in 4°C and 1°C warehouse showed less decreased rate of the colony weight (10.71~13.19%) than that of the colonies wintering in outdoor (13.93~14.63%). Transcriptional expression pattern of the immune-related genes in honey bee during winter season was investigated. Most of the cellular and humoral immune-related genes down-regulated during wintering season and up-regulated after wintering is over. On the other hand, expression of the defensin 1 was gradually upregulated during wintering season and down-regulated after wintering is over.
