앞십자인대 재건술 후 엉덩관절 벌림근 강화운동이 근력과 보행에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strengthening exercises of hip abductors on muscle strength and ambulation for patients with ACL reconstruction. Methods: The subjects were randomly assigned to the intervention group (general exercise plus strengthening of hip abductors) or the control group (general exercise without the strengthening of hip abductors). Both groups participated in a six-week exercise protocol after the surgery for ACL reconstruction. The knee strength test (quadriceps, hamstring, hip abductor) and gait analysis were performed in pretest and post-test. Results: Muscle strength was measured using the Biodex system III model (Biodex Medical System, Inc, NY, US). The results showed no significant difference in knee strength (quadriceps, hamstring) between the two groups (p>0.05), however, there was a significant difference in hip abductors (p<0.05). The gait analysis was measured with Gaitrite system (CIR System Inc, US). Results of comparison between groups showed a significant increase in the step length of both groups. (p<0.05), and there was a significant difference in the affected leg of the intervention group(p<0.05). Conclusion: Exercise of hip abductors for patients with ACL reconstruction provides significant benefits with respect to improvement of muscle strength in hip abductors, increasing the stride. This result indicates that a training program designed for ACL reconstruction patients should include strengthening of the hip abductor. We think that further study is needed to determine the relationship of hip muscles and knee joint for patients with ACL reconstruction.

수식은 일반 문장에 비해 복잡한 구조와 다양한 문자와 기호가 사용되어 단순한 키보드 입력만으로는 모든 문자 집합을 입력할 수 없어 한글이나 워드 같은 문서편집기 내에서도 자체적으로 구현된 수식 편집기를 사용하고 있다. 수식을 올바르게 표현하기 위해 구문을 해석할 수 있는 의미가 될 수 있는 사전 학습 정보가 필요하다. 문자가 입력되더라도 크기와 위치 서로간의 관계에 따라 다른 수식으로 표현될 수 있기 때문이다. 즉 표현될 위치와 크기 등 문자와 기호들 간의 상호관계를 고려하여 수식의 형태를 트리 모델로 표현한다. 문자인식 응용의 한 분야로 문자나 기호(부호)를 인식하는 기술을 이미 널리 알려졌지만, 수식을 입력과 해석하는 방법은 일반적인 텍스트에 비해 복잡한 분석 과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수식의 문자를 인식하고 표현되는 위치와 크기의 결정을 빠르게 해석하는 수식 인식기를 구현하였다. The Compared to general sentences, the Equation uses a complex structure and various characters and symbols, so that it is not possible to input all the character sets by simply inputting a keyboard. Therefore, the editor is implemented in a text editor such as Hangul or Word. In order to express the Equation properly, it is necessary to have the learner information which can be meaningful to interpret the syntax. Even if a character is input, it can be represented by another expression depending on the relationship between the size and the position. In other words, the form of the expression is expressed as a tree model considering the relationship between characters and symbols such as the position and size to be expressed. As a field of character recognition application, a technique of recognizing characters or symbols(code) has been widely known, but a method of inputting and interpreting a Equation requires a more complicated analysis process than a general text. In this paper, we have implemented a Equation recognizer that recognizes characters in expressions and quickly analyzes the position and size of expressions.

Heterotopic pregnancy is an unusual condition that intrauterine pregnancy is accompanied by a coexisting ectopic pregnancy. The incidence of heterotopic pregnancies has increased in recent years because of rising incidence of pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic surgery, expanding use of assisted reproductive technology. We report a rare case with heterotopic pregnancy following ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination that was diagnosed after rupture of the ectopic pregnancy. After surgical removal of the ruptured left tubal pregnancy, she carried the intrauterine pregnancy to term without any complications.

LED(Liquid Emitting Diode)프레임 장치는 한국을 대표하는 디스플레이 분야에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. LED는 TV나 모니터, 노트북, 핸드폰 등 에 필수적인 부품이다. 일본이나 대만, 중국 등에서 LED에 대한 투자를 강화하면서 생산성 향상이 중요한 사항이 되고 있다. 하지만 부품의 크기가 점점 작아지면서, 사람의 눈에 의한 일관적이지 못한 검사는 신뢰성이 문제가 되어 LED 모듈 검사 분야에서 자동 검사 공정은 필수적인 사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 이용하여 시각 검사 공정의 결함을 검사한다. LED 프레임에 대한 검사를 신속하고 정확하게 함으로써 공정상의 효율을 높이고 검사시간을 단축하였다. 검사 시스템을 현장에 적용한 결과 빠르고 정확하게 검사가 가능함을 확인하였다. The LED (Liquid Emitting Diode) frame device is a big part of the representative display industry in Korea. LED is an essential part for TV, monitor, notebook, and mobile phone. In Japan, Taiwan, China and other countries, investment in LEDs has been strengthened, and productivity has become an important issue. However, as the size of the parts becomes smaller, the inconsistent inspection by the human eye becomes a problem of reliability, so that the automatic inspection process becomes an essential issue in the field of LED module inspection. In this paper, we investigate defects in visual inspection process using computer vision technology. The inspection of the LED frame is made quickly and accurately, thereby improving the efficiency of the process and shortening the inspection time. As a result of applying the inspection system to the field, we confirmed that it is possible to inspect quickly and accurately.
전자상거래를 위한 Stochastic Process 모델을 이용한 웹 페이지 추천 기법

다양하고 많은 양의 정보가 존재하는 웹 환경에서 웹 사이트를 방문하는 사용자의 접근패턴도 매우 다양하며, 웹 환경의 변화에 따라서 이러한 접근패턴은 계속 변화한다. 이러한 이유로, 웹 사이트 개발자가 사전에 사용자의 욕구에 완벽하게 부합하는 완벽한 사이트를 개발하기란 사실상 불가능하다. 이에 대한 해결방안으로, 웹 사이트에 대한 사용자 접근 패턴을 학습해서 웹 사이트의 구조나 외형을 자동적으로 개선시켜 나가는 적응형 웹 사이트 (Adaptive Web site)가 제시되었다. 본, 논문에서는 DTMC(discrete-time Markov chain)에 의거한 확률적 모델을 이용하여 적응형 웹 사이트 구축에 필요한 사용자 접근패턴을 학습하고 이를 적용하기 위한 효과적인 방법론을 제시한다. In the Web environment with a huge amount of information, Web page access patterns for the users visiting certain web site can be diverse and change continuously in accordance with the change of its environment. Therefore it is almost impossible to develop and design web sites which fit perfectly for every web user"s desire. Adaptive web site was proposed as solution to this problem. In this paper, we present an effective method that uses a probabilistic model of DTMC(Discrete-Time Markov Chain) for learning user"s access patterns and applying these patterns to construct an adaptive web site.
전자상거래를 위한 효과적인 웹문서 검색 방법에 관한 연구

It is very important to effectively search for the required documents in the Web that has diverse and huge amount of information.<BR> In term-based Web document search, the search engine shows the user a list of the Web documents that contain the keyword the user wants to find. Such retrieval methods use some weighting mechanism to identify required documents.<BR> In this paper, we present an effective method to calculate the weights of Web documents for term-based Web document search. Most of existing methods count the number of terms occurring in the documents. We give different weights to HTML tags in Web documents and compute the weight of each document accordingly.<BR> We verify the adequacy of our method by comparing the experimental results with other approaches.
