Railway is superior to the other land transportation systems in aspects of energy efficiency and environmental problems. Energy efficiency and environmental problems are not considered during a preliminary feasibility study. Investment for railway is low because of low B/C in the economical efficiency analysis during the preliminary feasibility study. The body of this paper studies the data which can reflect environmental problems an assessment of environmental impact. Investment for railway would be higher when main environmental elements are considered before the choice of the railway lines.

본 논문에서는 종이를 기판으로 사용하고 용액공정이 가능한 강유전체 메모리 소자의 제작 가능성을 검토하였다. 유기물 강유전체인 “폴리비닐리덴트리플루오르에틸렌” 용액을 하부전극이 형성된 종이기판 위에 스핀코핑 방법을 이용하여 도포하였다. 하부전극으로는 진공증착법을 이용하여 알루미늄을 증착하였고, 도포된 “폴리비닐리덴트리플루오르에틸렌” 용 액은 열처리 과정을 통해 결정화하였다. 제작된 “폴리비닐리덴트리플루오르에틸렌” 박막은 주사 전자 현미경법(SEM), 원자 간력 현미경(AFM)을 이용하여 박막의 단면 및 표면의 특성을 평가하였다. 전압에 따른 분극특성 측정을 통해, 종이기판 위 에 형성된 “폴리비닐리덴트리플루오르에틸렌” 박막이 매우 훌륭한 강유전체 특성을 보여주고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 종이 기판의 응용가능성을 검토하기 위하여, 실리콘 기판위에 제작한 “폴리비닐리덴트리플루오르에틸렌” 박막과의 비교에 있어서 도 손색없는 강유전체 특성을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 종이를 기판으로 이용하여 전자소자들을 제작 할 수 있음을 시사하며, 또한 용액공정으로 고밀도의 저렴한 강유전체 메모리 소자를 손쉽게 제작 할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. In this study, It has been demonstrated a new and realizable possibility of the ferroelectric random access memory devices by all solution processing method with paper substrates. Organic ferroelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) thin films were formed on paper substrate with Al electrode for the bottom gate structure using spin-coating technique. Then, they were subjected to annealing process for crystallization. The fabricated PVDF-TrFE thin films were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It was found from polarization versus electric field (P-E) measurement that a PVDF-TrFE thin film on paper substrate showed very good ferroelectric property. This result agree well with that of a PVDF-TrFE thin film fabricated on the rigid Si substrate. It anticipated that these results will lead to the emergence of printable electron devices on paper. Furthermore, it could be fabricated by a solution processing method for ferroelectric random access memory device, which is reliable and very inexpensive, has a high density, and can be also fabricated easily.

We studied three dimension numerical analysis in the case that a train stops in tunnels by fire. And the "Fluent 6.1" which is CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) program was used in this study. We compare the smog diffusion in single/double track ordinary railway tunnels with that in double track high speed railway tunnels in this study.

As industry develop rapidly, a possibility of railway-disasters(fire), are growing in consideration of speedy railway and increasing long tunnels. In Korea, KTX consists 46% of tunnels constructed since early 1990, prescribed prevention disasters standard, taking into account that the train accident occurred. On this provision which refers other country"s a high-speed railway fire safety regulation and is synthetically reflected topographical circumstance and tunnel size in Korea, in order to minimizing valuable casuality and securing safety operation of train from rapid evacuation and rescue a passenger from accident in tunnel.
