Leuconostoc mesenteroides SM을 이용한 천년초(Opuntia humifusa) 열매 발효물의 물리 · 화학적 특성

천년초 열매의 기능성 및 물성을 개선하기 위해서 Leuconostoc mesenteroides SM을 이용하여 천년초 열매 추출액의 젖산 발효를 수행하였다. 천년초 열매의 수분함량은 71.7%, 가식부 65%로 나타났으며, 점질물 함량은 1.8%로 측정되었다. 천년초 열매 추출액은 열처리 시간이 증가함에 따라 점조도와 점탄성이 감소하였고, 퍼짐성은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 잔존하는 미생물은 80℃에서 30분 열처리에 의해 사멸 되었으며, 천년초 열매색소는 비교적 안정한 값을 유지하였다. 고분자 dextran 생성을 위해 sucrose 함량을 20%까지 첨가하여 발효한 결과, sucrose 첨가량과 발효 시간이 증가할수록 점질물 함량 및 점조도는 증가하였으며 퍼짐성은 감소하였다. Sucrose을 20% 첨가하여 3일 동안 발효한 발효물의 점질물 함량이 4.8%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, sucrose 전환율은 90%를 보였다. 특히 sodium citrate 3% 첨가 시 발효 3일째 발효물의 점질물은 7%까지 증가하였고, 점조도 역시 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. 발효된 천년초 열매 추출액은 생성된 고분자 dextran에 의한 높은 점성 성질을 나타내면서, 가공적성 증진과 probiotics가 강화된 기능성 발효물로 전환될 수 있었다. 또한 기능성이 강화된 천년초 발효 소재는 기능성식품 및 가공식품의 소재로서의 활용이 기대된다. Functional properties of Cheonnyuncho fruit paste (CFP) were enhanced by fermentation, using Leuconostoc mesenteroides SM. The stability of CFP pigment was maintained and microorganisms in crude CFP were sterilized by heating at 80℃ for 30 min. The production of dextran in CFP was increased by increasing the fermentation time and sugar content, resulting in an increase of consistency. The CFP fermented with 20% sucrose contained 4.8% mucilage after fermentation for 2 days. In particular, the production of mucilage was greatly enhanced by fortification with 3% sodium citrate in CFP, resulting in mucilage production of 7%. In addition, the viscous modulus of fermented CFP showed a greater increase than that of the elastic modulus. Thus, it was concluded that CFP fermented by L. mesenteroides SM can be fortified with functional ingredients, such as mucilage and probiotics, with enhanced rheological properties. Therefore fermented CFP can be utilized as the functional ingredients for functional foods.

철도통합무선망(LTE-R) 환경에서의 eMBMS 구현방안

In December 2017, the world's first LTE-R for 250km/h high-speed railway was commercialized with the opening of Wonju-Gangneung high-speed railway. LTE-R has many advantages such as voice and video call, high-speed data transmission, coverage redundancy and DU redundancy. But it requires efficient use of radio resources because of a limited bandwidth of 10MHz for UL and DL, respectively. The existing unicast scheme has limited high frequency efficiency so when the number of users increases, service is limited due to the network load, which could be a problem for LTE-R in terms of stability and reliability. On the other hand, the multicast scheme via eMBMS can provide stable service even if the number of video users is high. This paper derives the number of unicast scheme users considering the LTE-R network with LAB test and calculation result, and proposes implementation plans and considerations for eMBMS commercialization on LTE-R.

애니메이션 레이아웃 교육 방법으로서 스토리텔링과의 연계성 연구

애니메이션 제작에 있어서 레이아웃은 시네마토그래피, 세트 디자인, 조명, 그리고 캐릭터의 동선을 결정하는 중요한 작업이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 애니메이션 레이아웃에 대한 연구는 캐릭터 디자인이나 애니메이션, 스토리보드 등 다른 제작 단계와 비교해서 많은 논의가 이루어지지 못했다. 본고에서 저자는 애니메이션 제작에서의 레이아웃이 관객들과의 커뮤니케이션을 일으키는 가장 근원적 스토리텔링의 방법이라고 보고 레이아웃 제작과 스토리텔링과의 연계성을 연구하여 이에 대한 중요성을 강조하고자 하였다. 또한 스토리텔링과의 연계성을 바탕으로 한 애니메이션 레이아웃 교육의 방법을 제시하였다. 이러한 주장의 이론적 배경으로 ‘시각적 이미지를 읽고 쓰는 능력’, 즉 비주얼 리터러시를 채택하였으며 이에 대한 문헌 연구를 실시하였다. 저자는 주장에 대한 구체적 근거로 오랜 애니메이션 제작의 경험을 가지고 있는 헐리웃 애니메이션 제작자들의 저서와 인터뷰 조사를 통해 애니메이션 레이아웃과 스토리텔링 연계의 중요성을 제시하였다. 또한 메이저 제작사들의 레이아웃 예시에 대한 분석을 시도하였으며 그 결과로 레이아웃과 스토리텔링 연계 교육의 핵심적 개념을 제시하였다. Layout is one of the core processes in animation production to define its cinematography, set design, light and choreography. However, layout has not been discussed fully enough compared to other production processes such as character design, animation and storyboard. This study emphasizes the importance of layout through its relationship with storytelling. This relationship comprises the essence of story development. I have also suggested the educational method based on the relationship. A comprehensive literature review about visual literacy is incorporated in order to provide the background of this study. As the result this paper suggests core notion of layout education and the importance of the relationship between layout and storytelling.

The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effects of supervisee attachment strategies between evaluative concerns perfectionism and psychological burnout among play therapists. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between evaluative concerns perfectionism and psychological burnout. Additionally, supervisee attachment strategies total and sub-factors(avoidance, rejection) had a positive correlation with psychological burnout. Second, it was found that the total score of the supervisee attachment strategies and its sub-factor(avoidance) had moderating effects. In conclusion, these results suggest that the evaluative concerns perfectionism is a meaningful and real risk factor when it comes to psychological burnout. In particular, the results indicate that any unstable attachment strategies of the supervisee could serve as a factor in deepening psychological burnout, suggesting the need for supervision which takes into consideration the attachment strategy of the supervisee.
