국내 지진하중의 위험이 증가함에 따라 고층공동주택의 내진성능에 대한 관심이 늘어났다. 본 연구에서는 600MPa급 내진용 철근과 간략 내진 상세를 사용한 RC벽체의 연성 거동을 평가하기 위하여 반복 횡하중 실험을 수행하였다. 실험변수로서 간랸 내진 상세의 간격이 고려되었으며, 실험결과 횡보강 철근량이 증가했을 시 연성능력이 1.33배 증가하는 것이 확인되었다. As the risk of seismic loads in Korea increased, interest in the seismic performance of high-rise apartment increased. In this study, cyclic lateral loading test were performed to evaluate the ductility behavior of RC walls using 600 MPa class seismic rebar and simplified transverse detail. As an experimental parameter, the vertical spacing of transverse detail was considered. And as a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the ductility increased by 1.33 times when the amount of transverse reinforcement was increased.

Recently, the amount of concrete waste has been increased greatly according to increasing of the re-build and renovation works of old urban buildings. Thus, it is getting regarded as very urgent problem for the sake of recycling resources and decreasing industrial wastes to try to re-use of concrete waste. In these respects, this study has been aimed to establish inclusive re-use technology and management system, and to verify the structural safety and reliability of re-use members such as floor slab, the research has been carried out in case of slab to slab connection which composed by H shaped steel beam and stud shear connectors. For re-using demolished member of reinforced concrete slab, considering the size of members by transportation problem, the maximum length of member is 9.9m and the width is 3.25m.
