        클럽벨을 이용한 준비운동 프로그램이 신체능력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of warm up program using clubbell on physical performance in adult male. 9 healthy men were selected and they participated in Control, dynamic warming up(DWu), and clubbell warming up(CWu) repeatedly. Surface body temperature, ROM, grip strength and CMJ were measured after each warming up programs. The results were analyzed using Window SPSS/PC ver 21.0 and One-way ANOVA was used to compare the difference between the warm up programs. Post-hoc was conducted by LSD the significance level score was set as α=.05. The results are as follows. There was no statistical significant difference among the body temperature according to the warming up programs. There was statistically significant difference in the shoulder flexion ROM according to the warming up programs(p=.030). The results of the post-analysis showed that the dynamic warming up program(DWu) and the clubbell warming up program(CWu) were significantly higher than the Control(p=.018, p=.025). There was no statistically significant difference in the grip strength according to the warming up programs. There was no statistically significant difference in the countermovement jump(CMJ) according to the warming up programs. According to the result of this study, Especially, it seems to be suitable as a Clubbell Warm up program on physical activities or sporting events using upper extremity.

        준비운동 형태가 야구 투수의 경기력 향상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to compare the different warm-up exercises of the baseball pitchers and present more effective warm-up program. The subjects were 11 high school baseball overhead pitchers. The experiment was measured after the same subjects participated in a total of three warm-up exercises at an interval of 48 hours on nonconsecutive days. Warm-up exercises were randomized to participate in dynamic stretching (DS), weighted ball (WB), and elastic band (EB). To evaluate the pitcher's function after each warm-up, a total of 10 fast balls (FB) were measured using Rapsodo to measure maximal speed, average speed, total spin, true spin, and spin efficiency. The results of this study are as follows. After participating in each warm-up exercise, there was a statistically significant difference in maximal speed(p<.05), Post-hoc analysis resulted in the warm-up exercise using a weighted ball was significantly higher by about 2.16% than the dynamic stretching and warm-up exercise (p<.05). There were no statistically significant differences in average speed, total spin, true spin, and spin efficiency. Warm-up exercises using weighted balls appear to be effective in increasing the maximum speed, but the result showed that there was no significant difference in the increase in average speed, it is considered that there is an effect by fatigue. It is necessary to investigate the effect of long-term participation and injury prevention, which is the main purpose of the warm-up exercise in the future.

        경두개직류자극(tDCS)이 엘리트 사격선수의 고유수용성 감각, 스포츠 집중력 및 기록사격에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to determine the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on performance factors in elite shooting athletes. The subjects were recruited 11(7 male, 4 female) in high school located in Seoul. With a cross-sectional study design, they were randomly assigned to no treatment (CG), sham treatment (SG), and transcranial direct current stimulation (tG). Measurements were conducted in a cross-over manner after 2 week of intervention and 2weeks of rest. The measured variables were proprioception, sports concentration, and shooting scores, and the results were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. By with and without tDCS application, statistically significant differences were found in dominant (p<.05) and non-dominant (p<.001) proprioception. In post hoc analysis, a significant improvement of p<.05 was found in tG than in CG in dominant side. In non-dominant side, statistically significant differences were found between CG and SG(p<.001) and between CG and tG(p<.001). However, no significant difference was found between SG and tG. There was no statistically significant difference in sports concentration and shooting scores. In summary, it suggests that mid- to long-term research is needed to confirm the effect of tDCS to improve performance of shooting athletes.

        홍삼과 갈조류 혼합 음료 섭취가 여성 노인의 체력 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of red ginseng and brown algae mixed drink intake on fitness in elderly women. The participants were 10 persons for red ginseng/brown algae mixed drink and placebo. After 1week of wash out period from the placebo, the experiment was conducted for red ginseng/brown algae intake by double blind test. The flexibility of the lower limb, muscle strength, agility, balance, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, coordination ability were measured. In order to verify the differences, an independent variable t-test was conducted. All statistical significance levels were set at α= .05. The lower limb flexibility (p = .021), right upper limb flexibility (p = .023), balance(p = .023), and cardiorespiratory endurance (p = .015) showed significant differences between groups. There was no significant difference in agility, muscle endurance, and coordination. In conclusion, red ginseng and brown algae intake showed a positive effect on the variables of flexibility, balance, and cardiorespiratory endurance among the elderly women. Further research might be investigated for the wide range of participants, other gender, longer term of intake to secure the effects of the red ginseng and brown algae mixed drinks.

        고 카페인 에너지음료 섭취가 대학골프선수들의 골프 수행력, 주의집중력 및 수면에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of high-caffeine energy drink intake on golf performance, concentration and sleep in college golfers, and to suggest the correct intake method of ergogenic aid to improve athletes' performance. The subjects were 10 elite male college golfers. In this study, as a result of comparative analysis of putting, driver performance, concentration and total sleep time, fall asleep time, and Epworth sleepiness scale before and after consumption of high-caffeine energy drinks, there was no statistically significant difference in putting. There were statistically significant differences in the club head speed (p<.05) and ball speed (p<.05), which are the driver's sub-factors. There was no statistically significant difference in concentration(TAIS). Total sleep time (p<.01) and Epworth sleepiness scale (p<.05) were found to decrease statistically, but there was no statistically significant difference in the time to fall asleep. Summarizing the results, it was confirmed that the intake of high-caffeine energy drinks did not have a significant effect on the putting and concentration of golfers, but did affect sleep and had a positive effect on driver performance. Therefore, consumption of high-caffeine energy drinks can be recommended from the viewpoint of improving performance, but considering the negative aspects of caffeine when the level of performance is high, it is judged that additional research is needed.
