The effect of welding condition on mechanical properties and Hydrogen Induced Stress Corrosion Cracking (HISCC) resistance of Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) in high strength steel weldment was studied. Multi-pass Submerged Arc Welding of A5l6 Grade 70 steel plate with different heat input of 30, 40, 50 KJ/㎝ were carried out, which were followed by Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) for 2 hrs at 630 ℃. As the heat input during welding was increased, the impact energy and hardness at HAZ were decreased, on the other hand, the hardness was decreased and both the impact energy and the resistance of HISCC were increased. With proper selection of welding heat input and PWHT, better results of the resistance of HISCC and Charpy V notch impact energy of HAZ can be obtained.

Many contemporary philosophers are concerned with a purely linguistic or axiomatic analysis of the systems of knowledge and value. They accordingly tend to consider the problem of philosophy unique and independent of other problems og men and society. In this article, it is contended that philosophers various systems of value and knowledge be considered to be the by-products of the quest for solution of such pressing problems as labor-management disputes, international and intergroup conflictot ideology, confrontation of government and its constituent people, etc. From such a standpoint, philosophy os a practical and social enterprise, an integral part of a whole human activity of problem-solving. It is therefore attempted at making the philosophical studies of value and knowledge relevant to the problems of policy decision in social situations snof man. Conflict, organization, and decision are found to be the most important philosophical concepts to constitute the main problems of the policy sciences. We reviewed a brief history of western political philosophy in order to introduce a classical concept of conflict, organization, and decision. But it is understood that the tradition of political philosophy is not the onlyresource in which the original concepts of the policy sciences are found. Finally, a current view of the policy sciences is sidcussed as the common concern of the philosopher and the social sciertist.

The accumulated know-how and trial-and-error procedures are known as the best ways to determine blank shape and dimensions. One of the most important steps to determine the blank shape and dimensions in deep drawing process is to calculate the surface area of the product. The application of the surface area calculation to non-axisymmetric deep drawing process has not been published yet. A computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system for rotationally symmetric products had been developed. However, the application of the process planning expert system to non-axisymmetric components has not been reported yet. In this research, therefore, the process planning expert system for non-axisymmetric deep drawing products with elliptical shape was constructed for a design of blank shape and process planning of deep drawing products by using an AutoLISP function of AutoCAD software. The expert system for elliptical deep drawing products is constructed to recognize the geometry of the product in the major and minor axes by drafting in another two layers on AutoCAD software. This system consists of recognition of input shape, shape reading, three-dimensional (3-D) modeling. blank design and process planning modules, respectively. The process planning expert system would be very useful to reduce lead-time for manufacturing and improve an accuracy of products.
움직임을 동반한 발목 가동 테이핑이 발목 배측 굴곡 제한을 가진 만성 뇌졸중 환자의 발목 관절가동범위와 보행 기능에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to identify the effect of ankle mobilization with movement taping (AMT) on ankle dorsiflexion passive range of motion, gait speed, cadence, and dynamic gait index in patients with chronic stroke with limited ankle dorsiflexion. The participants were randomized into the control (n=13) and AMT groups (n=13). AMT group applied non-elastic taping on the affected side ankle, and both groups performed to walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes. All participants have measured ankle dorsiflexion passive range of motion, gait speed, cadence, and dynamic gait index in before and after the intervention. After the interventions, AMT group showed greater improvement in ankle dorsiflexion passive range of motion, gait speed, cadence, and dynamic gait index than in the control group (p<.05). Furthermore, AMT group had significantly improvement in the all outcomes compared to the pre-test (p<.05).This study shows that AMT improved ankle dorsiflexion pas sive range of motion, gait speed, cadence, and dynamic gait index in the patients with chronic stroke. These findings suggest that the AMT has a potential for benefits on ankle range of motion and gait functions. Further studies with various study designs are required to strengthen the results of this study.

In the sand casting process, the flow of liquid metal affects the quality of casting products and their die life. To determine the optimal bush part design process, this study performed various analyses using commercial finite element analysis S/W. The simulation focused on the molten metal behaviors during the mold filling and solidification stages of sand casting. This study aims to develop methods to reduce the cost and increase the tool life of the continuous hot zinc plating roll.
Development of the Compound Die Forming Technology United between Semi-Progressive and Transfer Die

To enhance the productivity and quality of the compound process of progressive dies and transfer dies, the semi-progressive method is applied in the material supply step to produce blanks, and then the transfer method is applied. Parts are transferred among processes by means of the finger and transfer bar in the transfer die, and the final seat cushion panel is produced. The main challenge in the current study is how to deform a seat cushion panel while meeting the design specifications without any defects. In order to obtain this technology, a sheet metal-forming simulation and die forming of the seat cushion panel were adopted; as a result, a compound die-forming technology for the automotive seat cushion panel, combining both semi-progressive die and transfer die for continuous production, was successfully developed.
