회귀분석을 이용한 소각장의 소각열 회수 경제성 분석 연구

본 연구에서는 대표적인 폐기물 최종 처리시설인 소각장을 대상으로 소각열 회수에 따른 경제성 분석을 수행하였다. 국내에서 운영 중인 소각장의 건설 및 운영비용, 소각열 회수량에 대한 함수식을 회귀분석을 통해 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 생애주기비용을 비교함으로써 소각열 회수에 대한 경제성을 비교 분석하였다. 도출된 회귀식으로 일일 80톤 처리규모의 소각장을 기준으로 경제성 분석을 진행한 결과, 소각열 회수시 추가 설비 및 인건비로 인한 초기투자 비용 및 운영비용이 크지만, 열회수에 따른 LNG 대체효과로 계산시 11년 이상 운영할 경우 미회수 소각장과 비교하여 경제적 우위성이 있었다. 또한 열 판매와 온실가스 감축효과를 편익으로 계산할 경우 19년의 자본회수기간이 소요됨을 확인하였다. This study aims at providing an economic assessment for incineration plants which recover heat during its incineration process. In this study, Life Cycle Cost(LCC) of incineration plants is performed based on each regression analysis formula for construction cost, operation cost, and heat generation in order to compare economic feasibility. The result shows that the incineration plant recovering waste heat while processing 80 tons of waste per day increases both initial investment and operation cost but this type of an incineration plant has economical predominance from the recovered waste heat over the one that does not recover heat when being operated for more than eleven years if the retrieved heat replaces the use of LNG. And its payback time reaches more than 19 years in case of selling heat and performing emission trading.

The developement of insecticidal soaps made by various fatty acids and organic control for insect by using of insecticidal soap(fatty acid salts) were empolyed. And the results were as follows : 1. To determine the input volume of potassium hydroxide for saponification of fatty acids, there were compared to individual acid value of fatty acids, in case of coconut fatty acids for saponification was 266.3 ㎎ of potassium hydroxide(266 g/1㎏ of fatty acid) was calculated. 2. To make the 25% soap content by coconut fatty acids, there was required for the 266g of potassium hydroxide and 3,459 liter of soft water. Then the liquor of soap was 4,644 liter. 3. The progress of insecticidal soap made by fatty acids was accomplished indirect heating and stirring reactor (1)to make the volume of potassium hydroxide solution and warming up(90℃) (2)input volume of individual fatty acid (3)more than 30 min stirring reaction (4)cooling progress. 4. Insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 92% the dilution of 50 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 2 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on the red pepper. And insecticidal value of insecticidal soap was observed more than 94% the 100 dilution solution in consecutive 5 days of 3 treatments of the 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids on red pepper and cabbage. 5. The treatment of two times of 25% soap made by coconut fatty acids at the 50 dilution solution and 100 dilution solution in spider mite on red bean has 100% insecticidal value. 6. There was no observation phytotoxic sypmtons on red pepper in field, except for 25% soap made by carprylic acid. 7. Over the two times over 0.1% in addition of isopropyl alcohol was to improvement the insecticidal effect, but there was no effect in addition of diatomaceous earth.

A study was carried out to utilize the temperature difference energy of the waste water come out of urban buildings. For this purpose, three different systems were designed: The heat pump system with the waste water and ground source, ground source heat pump system, and waste water heat pump system. The temperature differences and available heats in each heat pump were investigated. From the results, it was concluded that the waste water come out of urban buildings has a potential heat and can be used to cover the hot water demand and remove a part of heat and cooling load in a building. Also, it was considered that waste water heat pump system is more profitable than ground source heat pump system because of a low initial cost and a short term of works.

Today's theory of capitalism and communism are quite far the from the "communist Declaration" and "Das Kapital" of Classical marxism. Miscellaneous Phenomena have been produced in this human society and countries which marxism can't explain and expect at all. Red China's economic reform in recent days is one of the examples. China, on the base of market Princeple, has been aimming at both the internal economic vitalization and the external open-door policy. One of the important reasons and causes of China's economic backwardness liesin adopting marx-Leninism of mau tse-tung's constitution. In addition, frequent polilitical renovations and so called cultural revolution also separated China from the Western countries, america and Japan well developed in the capitalistic systems. Now, China, sending quite many young students to the developed countries especially to america and Japan, is very anxious to have excellent technicians plus managers and administrators in economic field. In other words, China, thanks to marx-Leninism, has been in danger of falling into "equality of poverty" instead of "equality of wealth". China's leaders, upon realizing this astonishing facts, have bravely decided to adopt the "partial capitalistic economic systems" but still clinging to the principle of marx-Leminism. This means that marxism is not ever-lasting truth and gaspel in this human society wethout limit of time and space. On the contrary, it's nothing but the limited production of the time and space in which Karl marx lived and it's greatly natural marxism should be reviewed and revised totally.
