굴절교정레이저각막절제술에서 각막기하중심-보정 연마중심의 정확도에 난시교정량이 미치는 영향

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of the amount of cylindrical correction on the accuracy of geometric corneal centeradjusted ablation centration selected by the surgeon in advanced surface ablation-photorefractive keratectomy (ASA-PRK). Methods: Ninety-five myopic eyes of 62 patients who underwent ASA-PRK were divided into three groups based on the amount of myopic cylindrical correction: Group 1 <-0.50 D, 22 eyes; Group 2 ≥-0.50 D and <-1.00 D, 45 eyes; Group 3 ≥ -1.00 D, 28 eyes. The distances and distribution of the ablation centers from the entrance pupil center were analyzed by corneal topography at one month after ASA-PRK. Risk factors for decentration (>0.3 mm) were determined from patient-related factors such as gender, age, laterality, central corneal thickness, and order of procedure and surgery-related factors such as amount of spherical correction, ablation depth, vertical scale bar percentage, and learning effect of surgeon. Results: Mean decentration was 0.26 ± 0.15 mm (0.04 to 0.83 mm). There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of decentration among the three groups (p = 0.879). Superior-nasal displacement (53.7%) of the ablation center most frequently occurred after ASA-PRK. The amount of decentration among the three groups was not dependent on either patient-related or surgery-related factors. Conclusions: ASA-PRK using the surgeon-selected ablation center with adjustment toward the geometric corneal center was found to be highly accurate in ablation centration and did not influence the amount of ablation decentration regardless of the amount of myopic cylindrical correction. 중합효소연쇄반응으로 확진된 Herpes Simplex virus 뇌염 1례

Herpes simplex virus(HSV) infections of the CNS are associated with significant morbidity and mortality even when appropriate antiviral therapy is administered. HSV infections of the brain can be subdivided into two categories : neonatal HSV infections, which usually are caused by HSV type 2, and herpes simplex encephalitis(HSE), which occur in patients over 3 months old and is nearly uniformly caused by HSV type 1. The clinical presentation of HSE is one of the focal encephalopathic process associated with altered levels of consciousness, fever, focal seizures and hemiparesis. But because of the lack of pathognomic clinical presentation and diagnostic procedure, the efforts to develop alternative diagnostic procedure have led to the use of new diagnostic technique such as polymerase chain reaction(PCR). We report a case of HSV type 1 encephalitis in 13 month old male infant who presented with altered level of consciousness, fever and focal seizures. With the use of the PCR, HSV-1 DNA was detected in cerebrospinal fluid from the patient. The symptoms and signs of encephalitis subsided by treatment with acyclovir in 14 days.

The public-private cooperation in package deal has been studied for the overseas energy resources acquisition. The effectiveness of the package deal has not been successful because the deal has led by the government organizations. It is difficult for the plant EPC companies to join the packaged deal due to the lack of the whole responsibility organization to support the participation of the package deal. The followings are suggested as the ways to strengthen of the public-private cooperation in this study. 1) the relevant public enterprise privatization 2) establishment of the joint model for leading the plant EPC companies to the package deal 3) establishment of the whole responsibility organization for the public-private cooperation.
토픽 모델링 기반의 국내외 공공데이터 연구 동향 비교 분석

With the recent 4th Industrial Revolution, the growth and value of big data are continuously increasing, and the government is also actively making efforts to open and utilize public data. However, the situation still does not reach the level of demand for public data use by citizens, At this point, it is necessary to identify research trends in the public data field and seek directions for development. In this study, in order to understand the research trends related to public data, the analysis was performed using topic modeling, which is mainly used in text mining techniques. To this end, we collected papers containing keywords of ‘Public data' among domestic and foreign research papers (1,437 domestically, 9,607 overseas) and performed topic modeling based on the LDA algorithm, and compared domestic and foreign public data research trends. After analysis, policy implications were presented. Looking at the time series by topic, research in the fields of 'personal information protection', 'public data management', and 'urban environment' has increased in Korea. Overseas, it was confirmed that research in the fields of 'urban policy', 'cell biology', 'deep learning', and 'cloud · security' is active. 최근 4차 산업혁명으로 빅데이터의 성장과 가치는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 정부에서도 공공데이터 개방과 활용에 적극적으로 노력하고 있다. 하지만 여전히 시민들의 공공데이터 활용 요구수준에는 미치지 못하는 상황이며, 현 시점에서 공공데이터 분야의 연구동향 파악과 발전 방향을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공데이터와 관련된 연구 동향을 파악하기 위해서 텍스트 마이닝 기법에서 주로 활용되는 토픽 모델링을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 학술논문 중 ‘공공데이터’, ‘Public Data'의 키워드가 포함된 논문(국내 1,437건, 국외 9,607건)을 수집하여 LDA 알고리즘 기반의 토픽 모델링을 수행하였으며, 국내외 공공데이터 연구 동향을 비교 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 국내의 경우 공공분야 정책 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 국외는 의료, 건강 관련 연구가 높게 나타났다. 토픽별 시계열로 살펴보면 국내는 ‘개인정보보호’, ‘공공데이터 관리’, ‘도시 환경’ 분야의 연구가 증가하였으며, 국외는 ‘도시정책’, ‘세포 생물학’, ‘딥러닝’, ‘클라우드·보안’ 분야 연구가 활성화되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

주민들이 마음놓고 생활할 수 있는 안전한 관악구 건설을 위하여 CCTV 통합관제센터의 설치를 기점으로 부가기능을 향상시켜 지능형 통합관제 서비스 확대 시행 중 관내 기존에 설치되어 운영 중인 방범, 교통 등 각종 CCTV를 통해 수집되는 동영상을 고비용이 소요되는 기계적인 방법(루프방식 등) 및 번호인식을 위한 별도의 관제인력이 필요 없이 저렴한 소프트웨어적인 방법으로 차량번호를 자동 인식하는 기술을 활용하여, 수집된 차량정보를 관련 DB와 자동적으로 비교 후 검출된 문제차량의 정보(발생위치, 차량사진, 체납금액, 시간 등)를 실시간(검출 후 전송까지 소요시간 5초 이내)으로 현장근무자에게 전송하여 문제차량을 영치 또는 검거 하는 시스템을 개발 운영함으로써, 체납자동차에 대한 강력한 징수활동 물론 문제차량 일소에도 이바지 하고자 함.
