        모듈러 유닛 골조용 비대칭 합성기둥의 설계강도

        모듈형 구조시스템은 학교 및 아파트 건물과 같은 저층 및 중층 구조물에 점점 더 많이 사용되고 있다. 최근에는 고층 건물에 모듈러 구조시스템을 적용하는 방법에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 고층 모듈러 구조시스템에 대해 충분한 저항력과 경제적인 구조를 제공하기 위해 복합모듈 구조시스템이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 일련의 실험을 통해 단위 복합모듈 구조에 적용하기 위한 목적으로 비대칭 복합 기둥의 강도를 평가하고자 하였다. 실험적 연구는 기둥의 세장비, 편심율 및 관통바 유무에 따라 기둥의 강도에 미치는 영향에 중점을 두었다. 단위 모듈 구조에 대한 비대칭 기둥단면의 설계식을 제안하였다. 결과로부터, 설계식은 단위 복합모듈 구조에서 비대칭 기둥단면의 적절한 강도 예측을 제공한다는 것을 알 수 있다. Modular structural systems have been used increasingly for low- and mid-rise structures such as school and apartment buildings. Studies have recently been conducted on the application of the modular structural system to high-rise buildings. To provide sufficient resistances and economical construction for the high-rise modular structural system, a composite unit modular structure was proposed. In this study, the strength of the non-symmetric composite column for the proposed composite unit modular structure was investigated through a series of tests. The experimental study focused on the effect of the slenderness of the column, eccentricity, and through bars on the strength of such a column. Design equations for the non-symmetric column for a modular unit structure were also proposed. From the results, it was found that the proposed design equations provide reasonable strength prediction of the non-symmetric composite column for the modular unit structure.

        종방향 더블플레이트가 용접된 각형강관 접합부의 거동에 관한 연구

        This paper proposes a strength formulae that evaluates the ultimate strength of T-joints made of the longitudinal double plates to cold-formed square hollow structural sections(HSS) welded connections. The T-joints had a configuration that a branch member used to longitudinal plate(single or double) to the main chord in the plane. This study focused on the longitudinal double plate T-joints governed by the chord flange plastification. Test results, it was also found from experimental study that the strength of connections increased as β and gap increased. For T-joints, the governing failure mode was chord flange plastification for β<0.80, while combined failure of chord flange plastification and chord web buckling governed for β=0.80. For the connections with HSS chord, double-plate connecting element, a yield line analysis considering the flexural plastic deformation in the chord flange was used to evaluate the connection strength for β≤0.80. The analytically derived strengths described above showed good agreements with the experimental results. The strength calculation of the longitudinal double-plate T-joints with chord flange failure is proposed, based on the yield line analysis for 2γ≥30 and 0.25≤β≤0.80.

        연성개폐 지붕구조물 Erection 시공법에 관한 사례 연구

        Lifting plan in the large spacial structure is an important factor influencing the efficiency and economy of the construction process. The purpose of this study was deriving the requirements for lifting techniques as the basic research in the double spoke wheel roof structure construction. In the lift up erection method, management plan of the interference error in the column and outer-ring was needed that occur during lifting roof structure. In the bent erection method, material usage reduction plan was required by the structural design of the temporary bent. In the hybrid erection method, lifting plan was needed that minimizes weather condition and crane usage. All lifting techniques were required Value Engineering model for reduction of cost and construction period.

      • 역리브플러스 PC슬래브(RPS)의 휨성능 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is experimentally to evaluate flexural performance for the inverted rib-plus precast concrete slab(RPS). In this study, the main experimental parameter is composition or non-composition for inverted rib-plus precast concrete slab. A total of five specimens were tested and manufactured in the precast concrete slab under bending moment. As a result, it found that specimen of composition precast concrete slab was evaluated higher stiffness and strength than specimen of non-composition precast concrete slab and deformation capacity was assessed to be better. Also, the comparison of the experimental yield load to calculated ultimate load was presented to the mean 0.97times, respectively. 본 논문의 목적은 역리브플러스 PC슬래브(RPS)에 대하여 휨성능을 실험적으로 평가하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 주요한 변수는 역리브플러스 PC슬래브의 합성 및 비합성 여부이다. 총 5개의 PC슬래브 휨성능 실험체를 제작하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 비합성 실험체에 비해 합성 PC슬래브의 실험체가 강성 및 내력 측면에서 보다 높게 나타났다. 또한, 합성 PC슬래브의 실험 항복하중과 계산 극한하중과의 비교에서는 0.97로 나타났다.

        경량합성 벽체의 전단 성능 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to evaluate experimentally on the energy dissipation capacity and the shear strength for light-weight hybrid panel infilled with improved fixed-method of the light-weight foamed mortar. The parameters include the presence of light-weight foamed mortar, the specific gravity of light-weight foamed mortar (0.8, 1.2), the finishing materials (light-weight foamed mortar, OSB[Oriented Strand Board], gypsum board). 4 full-scale specimens of light-weight hybrid panels were tested and manufactured. Results of preceding study on the light-weight hybrid panels were compared with test results of this study for improved fixed-method. Results of comparison, By means of light-weight foamed mortar, both the shear strength and the stiffness of light-weight hybrid panels are enhanced as follows; 2.07~2.36 times in peak load, 1.91~2.06 times in yield load, 2.03 times in initial stiffness. Energy dissipation capacity with improved fixed-method appeared increase 1.72~2.46 times. The improved fixed-method was secured sufficiently for lateral resistance.

        목재-강재 합성 부재의 전단 부착 성능에 대한 실험적 평가

        In this study, an experimental study was carried out to evaluate the bond shear performance according to the shear connector between the glue-laminated timber and steel interface. Ten block shear specimens were fabricated according to the configuration of the adhesive surface of wood and steel. In addition, four test specimens were produced according to the main variable shape of the wood-concrete shear connector. As a result of the block shear test, the shear strength of the steel-wood adhesive is shown to have a shear performance greater than the wood-wood shear strength. As a result of the push-out test according to the shape of the shear connector, the shear strength increased linearly with the attachment area. The complete composite behavior between the glued-laminated timber and the steel can be secured.

        구조용 집성판(CLT)-콘크리트 경계면의 전단성능 평가

        An experimental study was carried out to evaluate the shear performance at the interface composed of structural laminates and concrete. The main variables are the number of CLT layers and the shape of the shear connector. The number of CLT layers consisted of 3 and 5 layers. A total of 6 test specimens for shear performance evaluation were prepared in the form of a shear connector, a direct screw type and a vertically embedded type. As a result of the experiment, similar behavior was shown in all specimens, regardless of the number of layers, including direct screw type (SC series) and vertically embedded type (VE series). The behavior at the joint surface was damaged due to the occurrence of initial shear cracks, expansion of shear groove cracks, and splaying at the interface after the maximum load.After the maximum load, the shear strength decreased gradually due to the effect of the shear connector. It can be seen that the shear strength of all specimens is determined by shear and compression stress failure of concrete at the interface of the notch joint.

        비대칭 단면으로 구성된 모듈 간 접합부의 구조 성능 평가

        The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the structural performance of joints between modules with steel plate press forming type non-symmetric cross section. The main experimental variables are direction of load, whether vertical bolts are fastened, and whether the concrete inside the column is filled. A total of three experiments were performed for each variable. Experimental results show that the behavior of the joints dominated by the local buckling deformation of the upper and lower beam flanges of the module joints, and the final failure was the fracture of the column-beam welds. In case of short side direction, it is possible to secure the performance of intermediate moment frame (0.02 rad). In case of long side direction, it is evaluated that the performance of special moment frame (0.04 rad) is secured regardless of whether or not concrete is infilled in the column.

        철골조 모듈러 시스템의 횡력저항 성능 평가

        The object of this paper is to evaluate on lateral resistance performance of lateral cyclic test for unit modular steel frame with the cold-formed the hollow structural steel sections column and light weight ㄷ-sections steel beam. Major variables include bracket-type and C-type is shaped joint. Lateral resistance in order to evaluate the performance of the unit frame having first and second floors by making full scale framing experiments were carried out. This study will be evaluated about stiffness and strength variations by form of joints, deformation shapes and failure modes through the test. Comparisons on the test of results in the story drift elastic limited ratio(0.01rad), the unit frame with joints bracket-shape showed highly lateral yielding load to 3~12%, peak load to 30~35% and lateral stiffness to 7~12%. The stiffness and strength of 2nd story unit frame were estimated some low at the same position. For the security of lateral structure safety regardless of joints shape and scale with the unit frame modular system that was determined to a fixed connector additional in light weight ㄷ-shape beams of between column-to-column with long-direction.

      • 강-PC 복합모듈 부재에 대한 해석적 평가

        This study was performed in order to develop new modular construction system. For the modular construction method that is currently applied in the country, it is very expensive in terms of material costs and fire resistance because it uses only the steel. In order to overcome this, and the practical application of new steel–PC hybrid module construction system. Improvement and development of the cross-section of the structural member in order to be carried out first. Based on the existing research results it was used for the analysis model adequacy secured. The structure performance of the basic of the steel cross members and composite members consisting of concrete (column, beam) and to evaluate through a nonlinear analysis. 본 연구는 새로운 모듈러 구조시스템을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 현재 국내에서 적용하고 있는 모듈러 공법의 경우, 강재만을 이용하기 때문에 내화성능이나 재료비 측면에서 매우 고가이다. 이를 극복하고 새로운 강-PC 복합모듈 건축시스템의 실용화를 위해서는 복합모듈을 구성하는 구조 부재에 대한 단면의 개선 및 개발이 우선 수행되어야 한다. 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 적정성이 확보된 해석모델을 이용하여 강-PC 복합모듈을 구성하는 기본 부재인 강재단면과 콘크리트로 구성된 합성형 부재(기둥, 보)에 대한 구조성능을 비선형 해석을 통해 평가해보고자 한다.
