‘조선’을 그리다 - 100년 전 어느 만화저널리스트의 ‘조선’ -

The purpose of this study was to examine Torigoe Seiki‘s experiences in Chosen, a cartoonist and Haiku writer who came to Chosen a hundred years ago. He served as a cartoon journalist in a magazine "Chosen" and published a book titled "Chosen Manga"(=Chosen Cartoons, 朝鮮漫畵). His Haiku unveiled his strong identity as a cartoonist. The magazine "Chosen" and his book "Chosen Manga" were investigated to find out what desire he cherished as a cultural translator who cartooned Japan's 'Chosen chi(知 =knowledge)', and that cartoon was compared to his illustration of Tamahama Kyosi's novel "Chosen" that he made immediately after his return to Japan. It's ultimately meant to shed light on his will of cultural practice that was revealed in the book "Chosen Manga". All the efforts will make it possible to find out what his desire as a first Japanese author of the "History of Japanese Cartoons"(1924) stemmed from.

본 논문에서는 반복 학습 제어의 수렴 특성에 대해 다룬다. 우선, 기존의 ${\lambda}$-노옴을 사용하여 반복 학습 법칙의 수렴성을 증명한 것과는 달리 상한노옴(sup-norm)을 사용한 수렴성 증명방법을 보인다. 또한, 구간화된 학습 방법을 사용한 반복 학습 법칙을 제안하고, 임의의 시간구간에 대해 상한노옴 관점에서 출력 오차의 단조감소적 수렴 특성을 얻을 수 있음을 보인다. 마지막으로, 제안한 구간화된 학습 방법에서의 나누어진 시간 구간이 학습 이득값에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 보이고, 적절한 학습 이득값을 선택함에 따라 학습 속도가 증가함을 보인다. 제안한 반복 학습 법칙의 유효성을 보이기 위하여 두 가지 수치 예를 보인다. In this paper, we study the convergence property of iterative learning control (ILC). First, we present a new method to prove the convergence of ILC using sup-norm. Then, we propose a new type of ILC algorithm adopting intervalized learning scheme and show that the monotone convergence of the output error can be obtained for a given time interval when the proposed ILC algorithm is applied to a class of linear dynamic systems. We also show that the divided time interval is affected from the learning gain and that convergence speed of the proposed learning scheme can be increased by choosing the appropriate learning gain. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, two numerical examples are given.

We propose the state machine of digital sequential system using the deterministic chaotic function for a practical application of the chaotic dynamics. Chaotic state machine is designed by the shift register as a view of hardware, and is designed to have chaotic characteristic by performing the saw-tooth function.

In order to design of the chaotic key-stream generator possessing the chaotic dynamics and more long period(or cycle), a linear-feedback shift register(LFSR) is connected to the circuit of chaotic composition map in this work. As a result, the digital circuits and discretized truth table for the chaotic key-stream generator is presented also.
QC 써클활동에 대한 이론적 고찰 : 影響要因을 中心으로

In this study, the influential factor are analyzed which activate the QC circle. A number f previous study are widespread because of the difference of recognition, the background of introduction and the variety of viewpoint. Therefore an actual study is difficult and the results of a research may have some arguments. The result of this study are summarized as follows: First, the factors raised through the activity of QC circle, such as the ability to express outcomes and role-independence, are considered more important. This result do not agree with a previous research of Japan in which the factors raised after the activity of QC circle, such as the ability to solve thd problems and the consciousness of problems, are considered more important. In brief, the group activity have more importance in Japan, whereas the private spontaneous activity in Korea. Second, thd outcome is not an influential factor with opposite to Turner in which the outcome is dependent upon the leadership and an important influential factor. This result thd spontanty of the member of QC circle. Third, by thd means of inclusive model that examine the relative importance of several factors, their importance agree with previous researches for the most part. Finally, an previous study in Korea comment that the researches on the influential factors of QC circle activity do not agree with each other because of their different conclusion. But, in this study, some influential factors of previous studies are adequate. That suggest the possibility of recognition about the activity of QC curcle. Practically, this study suggest the useful information in establishing the strategies for the activity QC circle through the survey on the establishment process of QC circle activity in foreign countries and the application to Korean enterprises. That may reduce the trial and error in the QC circle which is operating in present or will be operated in future, in other words, that help the change from the remedy management to preventive management. The conceptual model in this study may suggest a basic framework for further researches which have new research hypotheses and/or topics related with QC circle activity. I hope that this study could be utilized and offer xome useful informations in establishing the straregies that activated the QC circle
