난막전구체 유전자발현을 이용한 내분비계장애물질 바이오마커 연구

The fish egg envelope has been known to consist of two distinct layers. The outer layer is thin and is formed around the oocytes during the later stage of previtellogenic development. The inner layer, called zona radiata, is thicker than outer layer and occupies most of the egg envelope. Zona radiata proteins of medaka (Oryzias latipes) consist of two major subunit groups, ZI-1,2 and ZI-3. The precursors of ZI-1,2 and ZI-3 have been named choriogenin H and choriogenin L, respectively. They are synthesized in the liver in response to estrogen, and then released into the blood stream and incorporated into the zona radiata in sexually matured female medaka. However, choriogenin is also induced in male medaka when the fish are exposed to estrogenic chemicals. Choriogenin can be suggested as a possible biomarker of endocrine disruption in fish, however, relatively little has been known about chorogenin gene expression by estrogenic chemicals. In this study, full sequence of choriogenin L DNA was identified, and measurement of choriogenin mRNA induction was established in medaka by use of RT-PCR technique for the establishment of a simple tool for the screening of endocrine disrupting chemicals. And estrogenic effects of industrial chemicals were evaluated by this tool. When matured male medaka was treated with bisphenol A, nonylphenol, and 17-ethinylestradiol for 6 days, respectively, the expression levels of choriogenin L and H mRNA were elevated in treated groups. The induction of choriogenin subunits expression by these chemicals showed a dose-dependent pattern and choriogenin L was found to be more sensitive than choriogenin H.
Branded Fare Family의 도입에 따른 RM의 대응

전통적으로 항공사에서는 운항노선별 운항일정, 항공기 기재, 객실등급, 마일리지 프로그램 등을 고려하여 판매할 상품을 설계하고, 시장수요를 고려하여 판매운임을 결정하여 판매하고 있다. 또한, 동일 노선의 동일한 객실등급에 대해서도 복수의 판매운임을 설계하여 판매하고 있으며, 판매운임간의 수요이동을 방지하기 위하여 각 운임별로 다양한 이용제약을 부과하고 있다. 특히, 이 같은 이용제약과 함께 왕복여정을 기본상품으로 하는 비즈니스 모형을 운영하여 왔다. 그러나 LCC의 등장 이후 고객 입장에서 불필요하거나 원하지 않는 서비스에 대해 구매하지 않을 수 있는 권리의 필요성이 요구되고 있고, 이 같은 고객의 욕구변화에 부합하는 선택적 가격상품 (a-la-carte pricing)이 도입되었다. 이 같은 방식은 고객이 필요한 서비스를 하나씩 확인하여 구입해야 함으로 불편함이 존재하게 된다. 따라서 고객의 상품 구매편리성을 위하여 고객 유형별로 선호하는 개별 서비스를 하나의 묶음상품으로 설계하여 제공하는 Branded Fare Family 상품이 도입되게 되었다. Branded Fare Family 상품이 항공시장에 도입되면서 기존의 예약 클래스 중심의 수요예측과 좌석통제 방식에 변화가 필요하게 되었고, 이에 따라 새로운 관점의 수익경영 체계가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 Branded Fare Family의 도입에 따른 효과적인 수익경영 적용방법에 대한 대응방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper tried to analyse the factors influencing consumer trust and the relationships between cause variables and result variables in Internet Shopping Mall. In order to do so, this paper tried to analyse the trust factors in TV Home Shopping as well as Internet Shopping Mall in terms of cyber markets both. There could be clear relationships between consumers' trust and consumers' purchasing attitudes in Internet shopping mall. So, we are trying to investigate a causal-effect relationship between the trust and the consumers' responses. There found six responses which were independent variables: perceived response before purchasing, perceived response after purchasing, perceived and emotional responses in the course of purchasing, positive and negative emotional responses after purchasing. These responses are correlated with consumers' Internet shopping environment and we can measure how much the variables of Internet shopping may affect the consumers' trust to the shopping mall. At first, we have supposed that the consumers' cognitive factors and emotional ones in the course of purchasing and their emotional factors after purchasing goods would influence on the trust very much. We can compare the trust factors of TV home shopping to the trust ones of Internet shopping mall. The goal is how we can search for the activate method of Internet Shopping Mall. The most important things are that the internet shopping mall should suggest the good quality, low price, easy interface, exact delivery, interactive communications etc. to all customers. After constructing the many propositions and drawing the conclusions, consumers could trust on the brands or firms in proportion to the more frequent visiting or the more pleasant experiences to the shopping mall. More implications about this study and further deep researches should be discussed in the next researching.
원예치료프로그램이 수용자에게 미치는 효과에 관한 연구 - 천안교도소 고구마 수경재배에 관한 연구를 중심으로 -

수형자들은 심적인 안정과 내면의 변화를 유도할 수 있는 지도를 기술적인 처우보다 상대적으로 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 따라서 수형자들의 심리적 안정과 내면의 변화를 유도할 수 있는 교정·교화프로그램의 개발 및 실시가 필요하다고 본다. 이에 법무부와 농촌진흥청등 5개 부처의‘출소예정자등의 취업, 창업지원을 위한 업무협약을 계기로, 일부 교도소에서 원예의 교정, 교화효과를 인식하고 원예활동의 양육, 돌봄 등과 관련된 치유적 특성을 이용한 체계적이고 완성도 높은 전문 교정교화용 원예프로그램의 개발 및 수행을 요구하고 있다. 교도소에서 수형자들이 수형생활을 하는 동안 교정당국에서 제공하는 교정프로그램을 통하여 새로운 이념과 가치관을 형성 정서적 행위적 태도를 새롭게 형성하게 함으로써 원활한 사회복귀를 돕고 나아가 출소 후 다시는 범죄를 저지르지 않도록 하는데 초점을 두어야 한다. Prisoners have been relatively important to recognize mental rather than treatment of the stability and technical guidance that can lead to changes in the inside. So it looks psychological stability and development of the campus, correctional programs that can lead to changes in the needs of inner and carrying prisoners. In the Ministry of Justice and the RDA of five departments, including release prisoners prospective employment, business start-up support agreements for the occasion, calibration of horticulture in some prisons, correctional effect of raising awareness and horticultural activities related to caring healing properties It requires a systematic and complete the development and implementation of programs for horticulture with a high professional calibration rehabilitated. While the male prisoners live their sentences in prison, the correctional program provided by the calibration authorities helps them have behavioral and emotional attitude and smooth reintegration in order to avoid committing the offense again.
