We compared and studied the results on two diagnostic machines called Yangdorack and EAV on 18 recovering paralytic patients. The results were as folIows ; 1. Patients with weak motor ability showed an average of 25% fewer units of Yangdorack and an average of 49% fewer units of EAV. 2. Deficiency/excess diagnostic results on meridian and internal organs showed 58.5% deficiency and 41.5% excess on the Yangdorack ; 67.9% of decline-degenerative activity and 32.1% of stimulus-inflarrunation activity on the EAV. 3. In the attack of meridian and internal organs in view of the five elements(五行), in rate of deficiency, decline and degeneration of the fire meridian(火經) in view of the highest rate accounts showed 19.5% on the Yangdorack and 20.4% on the EAV. 4. In comparing deficiency/excess results on the Yangdorack with results of decline-degenerative value and stimulus-inflammation value on the EAV, they both showes a 39% rate. 5. In comparing clinical syndromes on the Yangdorack and common diseases on the EAV, they showed a 72% agreement.

This paper aims to develop the framework for evaluating the technology maturity by utilizing TRA(Technology Readiness Assessment) approach. In this context, we will provide the directions through analyzing the domestic acquisition process and re lated regulations, and clarify the scenarios to apply the proposed framework to the defense R&D programs. The paper will conclude with the case study for the evolution of the proposed framework.

We have manufactured a photoresist which has excellent dispersity and good applying property due to 330 cps of viscosity for environment-friendly and economical maskless screen plate making. And the photoresist applied on the screen stretched was exposed with mask by UV-LED light source so we could manufacture the photoresist which proper for the UV light source. And it was developed by air spray with $1.7\;kgf/cm^2$ of injection pressure. Because of the excellence of power and resolution of the UV-LED light sourse, the pencil hardness and solvent resistance of curing photoresist film were excellent as those of conventional photoresist film. Moreover the $100{\mu}m$-width stripe image which has sharp edges was formed. So we confirmed a possibility of dry development process by air spray method.

무선랜 송수신 특성 개선을 위한 주파수 적응형 안테나 정합 회로 구조 설계

This paper suggested that the frequency adaptive antenna matching network design between AP and WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) terminal for improving performance. The internet data service of the WLAN terminal is communicated through the AP and AP broadcasts the beacon signal including the assigned frequency channel. at that time the antenna matching network path is controlled beacon information after the WLAN terminal searching and synchronization a beacon information. and then the WLAN terminal communicate with AP. controlling the antenna matching network path according to channel information, The WLAN terminal is expected to improve RF output power and sensitivity performance. The VSWR(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) performance of the designed antenna matching network is measured to about 1.1 ~ 1.2 and then it is operated by the channel information of the AP. 본 논문에서는 AP(Access Point)와 무선랜 단말기에서 서로 통신하는 주파수 대역을 적응적으로 이동할 수 있도록 하여 최적의 송신 출력 전력 및 수신 감도 향상이 가능 하도록 하는 정합회로 구조 와 제어 방법을 제안 하였다. 무선랜 단말기는 AP를 거쳐서 인터넷 서비스를 제공받는 종속적 구조를 가지게 되며, AP 자신의 채널 할당 정보를 비콘 신호에 함께 브로드캐스팅하게 되며, 클라이언트인 단말기는 채널 정보를 검색하여 AP의 채널에 동기화 하여 통신을 하게 된다. 채널 정보에 따라서 안테나 정합 회로의 경로가 바뀌어 최적의 정재파비 지점에서 통신을 수행하게 되어 송신 출력 전력 및 수신 감도 향상에 기여 할 수 있게 된다. 설계된 경로 별 정합회로의 정재파비는 1.1 ~ 1.2의 특성을 보였으며, AP 채널 정보에 따라 RF 경로를 제어하는 것을 확인 하였다.
국제통상질서에서 투명성 원칙에 대한 고찰 : 보조금 및 서비스 국내규제 이슈를 중심으로

오늘날 통상협정은 전통적인 방식에서 벗어나 규제협력을 증진시키는 장치로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라, 다자무역시스템의 주요 원칙 중의 하나인 투명성 원칙에 대한 보다 체계적이고 포괄적인 연구의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 전통적으로 GATT/WTO 맥락에서 투명성은 절차적 주의의무 측면만이 강조되어왔다. 하지만 오늘날에는 투명성이 단순 조치의 공표(publication)나 통보(notification)에 그치지 않는다. 2022년 6월 새롭게 추가된 『수산보조금협정(Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies)』에서 확인할 수 있듯, 투명성 원칙은 WTO의 다른 주요 원칙들을 반영하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 나아가 본질적으로 규제 집중도가 높은 서비스 분야의 경우, 투명성 원칙이 규제권자가 일방적으로 시행하던 소극적 성격의 투명성에서 벗어나, 이해관계자들이 참여하는 적극적•참여적인 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이는 2021년 12월 협상이 완료된 WTO 서비스 국내규제 이니셔티브(WTO Joint Statement Initiative on Service Domestic Regulation)』로 도출된 규범에서도 확인된다. WTO 규범 실험실로 인식되고 있는 FTA에서는 상품과 서비스 또는 무역과 투자로 구분하여 투명성 원칙을 규정하는 방식에서 탈피하여, 독립된 규제 정합성(Regulatory Coherence) 내지는 모범규제관행(Good regulatory practices) 장이 본격 등장하고 있다. 이로 인해 투명성 원칙이 보다 통합적으로, 그리고 규제의 투입요소에 초점을 맞추는 방식으로 변화하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. Beyond its traditional approach, a trade agreement becomes a tool that promotes regulatory cooperation among the Parties. As the result, the principle of tranparency, one of the main principles of the multilateral trading systems, puts on its attentions. In the past, a transparency has a simple procedural aspect such as publication and notification. However, these days it reflects other WTO principels such as special and differential principle. Furthermore, in case of the Services sector, the principle of transparency is transformed from passive one to active and participatory one which required to engaging in diverse stakeholders. In the FTAs, a labatory of WTO norms, an independent and separate regulatory cohorence or good regulatory practice Chapter is emerged. Through this Chapter, the division between goods and services are eliminated and focuses have been changed from regulatory outputs to regulatory inputs.
