      • Murine sarcoma 180 고형종양에 대한 수종세균의 항종양성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the antitumor activities of supernatant of Fusobacterium Nucleatum, E-coli, and endotoxin treated with ultrasonic disruption. The purified fractions were examined for antitumor activity by using ICR mice. The quantitative assay of cytokines was treated by radioimmunoassay to examine the correlation of cytokines with antitumor activities. The results obtained were as follows. l. The antitumor activities of supernatant of lipopolysaccharide were shown 80%, those of the extracts of E-coli 72%, those of the extracts of F. nucleatum extracts plus LPS 60%, respectively. 2. The quantitative amount of Interleukin-2 increased in all experimental groups, and it increased significantly in the group of F. nucleatum extract plus LPS. 3. The quantitative change of TNF-α toward the bacterial cell extracts did not show a significant relation with the antitumor activities of each bacetrial extract.

      • 농어촌 뉴타운의 풍수지리 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to show the possibility of introduction of Feng Shui theory into newtown projects through analyzing the five districts of the rural new town in Feng Shui-oriented aspects. Only Songcheon-ri, Jangsu, Jeollabuk-do is evaluated as to be the suitable case for newtown projects with an application of Feng Sui theory while the other four districts are unsuitable for the Newtown businesses. Jungbang-ri, Danyang, Chungcheongbuk-do has a hazard of severe wind damage due to its location around riverside; Wolgok-ri, Gochang, Jeollabuk-do is located in flood hazard area; Yupyeong-ri, Jangseong, Jeollanam-do is the area in which water flow is heading away from the site; and Jamjeong-ri, Hwasun, Jeollanam-do is located in damp rice paddy along the flank of the mountain. In terms of selecting the project site, the topographical requirements based on the Feng Shui theory are to be satisfied.

        집회장소 사용에 관한 법적 考察

        When there are assemblies in such places as park, government building, or private property, can government or an individual responsible for managing these properties pose restrictions on a request to use the space for assembly? This kind of a problem occurs rather frequently because there is a clash between two constitutional rights, i.e. the right to request to use space for assembly and proprietary right or the right of ownership. In this article, we surveyed legislations, judicial decisions and theories prevalent in other countries including U.S., France, Germany, and Japan. For example, the U.S. Supreme Court has established "Public Forum theory" when there is a conflict between the right to use public places for assembly and the right of ownership. It is one thing for people to notify police department that they will hold assembly in public properties according to the assembly and demonstration law and it is another whether the police agency should permit such assemblyin public spaces or not. It is not only legitimate but also necessary for police to exercise discretion whether such assembly should be allowed in public properties. Police should take proper actions by adopting guidelines to resolve such matters, which are often ignored in the field.

        The purpose of the study investigate the tourism resources strategy of The Joseon Dynasty royal tombs. The Joseon Dynasty royal tombs designated as a world heritage listed in 2009. It is significant to understand the historical value of it. It needs to be developed tourism resources. In terms of the research methods on the 13 royal tombs sites, a study was carried out current spatial condition, state of preservation of the royal tombs. This surveys based on the topographic data, contour maps, and historical materials of the sites, and theoretical studies. This study oriented the policies of tourism resources strategy of The Joseon Dynasty royal tombs. This study suggested the detail resources strategy of royal tomb based on the creative tourism area.

      • 세계유산 대흥사의 풍수적 관광 활용방안

        전남 해남 대흥사는 ‘산사, 산지승원’의 탁월한 보편적 가치, 진정성과 완전성에서 세계적 유산 가치를 인정받아, 2018년 6월 30일 유네스코 세계유산으로 등재되었다. 이 사찰 입지와 건축에는 풍수지리사상이 반영되어 있다. 따라서, 풍수적 분석을 하는 것은 세계유산으로서 보존과 활용의 판단 기준으로 매우 의미가 있다. 풍수적 분석의 이론적 배경은 전통적 풍수와 에너지장론이라 불리는 현대 과학풍수이론을 병행하여 적용한다. 사찰에 대한 풍수지리분석은 1단계 거시적 고찰인 내룡맥세, 2단계 사찰 주변 국세 분석, 3단계 미시적인 관점의 사찰 건축물 혈장세 분석의 순서로 고찰한다. 사찰에 대한 3단계 계통적인 분석을 통하여 연구의 정확도와 완성도를 높여 다른 연구와 차별화한다. 현장조사는 관련 등고선지도를 근거로 제시하여 객관적 연구가 되도록 한다. 풍수지리 분석 결과를 세계유산 대흥사는 명당의 요건을 갖춘 곳에 입지하였다. 해탈문과 천불전 사이의 빈 광장과 차량 도로는 지기에너지를 유출시키고 있다. 풍수적 보완과 관광 활용방안으로 정원을 조성하여 지기에너지 유출을 막고, 그 정원의 이름을 ‘세계유산 차(茶)나무정원’으로 하는 것이다. 세계유산 대흥사의 관광을 위한 활용 방안은 크게 두 가지로 제시했다. 첫째, 문화콘텐츠 활용방안이다. 차 문화 체험장과 교육장, 풍수관광 스토링텔링 창작과 활용, 풍수테마 관광상품개발 등 이다. 둘째, 관광과 산업적 활용방안이다. 대흥사권역 인생치유의 숲을 조성하여 활용을 증대시킨다. 산촌사업화 협치단을 구성하여 일자리 창출로 지역경제를 활성화 시킬 것을 제시했다. 이 연구는 세계유산 대흥사의 교육적, 관광 산업적 활용방안을 제시했다. Daeheungsa Temple in Haenam, South Jeolla Province, was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site on June 30, 2018 after being recognized for its outstanding universal value, authenticity and integrity. The location and construction of this temple reflect the idea of traditional pungsu(feng shui in chinese). Thus, pungsu analysis is very meaningful as a basis for conservation and utilization as a global. The theoretical frame that this investigation focuses on is the application of the traditional pungsu theories and the modern scientific pungsu theories called Energy Field theory. The broad investigations of the locations on the sites are conducted on Naeryong Maekseh and Kukseh for the overall sites first, and then pungsu-based inter-comparison analyses are conducted on Hyeoljangseh for the specific temple constructione. The three-step systematic analysis of the temple differentiates it from other studies by increasing the accuracy and completeness of the research. The on-site survey is presented on the basis of the relevant contour map to be an objective study. As a result of pungsu analysis, Haenam Daeheungsa sites located in myeongdang. The empty square between thaetal gate and cheonbul and car roads were energy draining the keeper. The pungsu complementary way to make a garden and preventing energy leakage would die down. The garden the named ‘world heritage tea tree garden’. There were two main suggestions on how to use the World Heritage Haenam Daeheungsa. First, Second, it is cultural contents utilization. Tea culture experience and education center, pungsu storytelling and pungsu theme tour, the development of tourism products. Second, it is tourism and industrial utilization. Increase utilization by creating a forest of life healing in Daeheung region. It proposed forming a cooperative group to promote the it proposed forming a task force to create a life-saving forest for Daeheung district and to promote the local economy by creating jobs. This study suggested educational, tour and industrial utilization of the World Heritage Haenam Daeheungsa.

      • 상용차용 고토크 복합재 프로펠러 샤프트 개발

        The goal of this study is to replace the current forward 2-piece propeller shaft of 8 ton large truck made of steel with 1-piece composite propeller shaft. A low cost Glass/Epoxy composite propeller shafts were successfully developed, which satisfy requirements such as the capacity of static torque transfer, fatigue strength and bending natural frequency. Devising secure joining method of a composite tube and metal yoke was the most critical issue in successful development of a high torque composite propeller shaft. In this study, joining method using thermal interference fit was adopted for composite to metal joint. Optimum conditions of heating temperature and interference level of thermal interference fit were determined from thermal stress analysis using 3D finite element method. Static torsion test, fatigue test, RPM and balance test were performed to verify the design.<br/>

      • Plasma Sprayed Cylindrical Titanium Implant와 hydroxylapatite-Coated Cylindrical Titanium Implant의 埋植後 治療過程에 관한 比較 實驗的 硏究

        The purpose of this article is to study the histologic response of a hydroxylapatite(HAP)-coated CP-titanium implant system and plasma sprayed CP-titanium implant system comparatively in dogs. The implant system used were cylindrical, non-fluted, without external threads. Two months after extraction of the mandibular third and forth premolar, the dogs were implanted using a atraumatic technique and were sacrificed at 4 weeks, 8 weeks after implantation. The other provided specimens for histologic analysis. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The specimens of four weeks had thin fibrous interpositional layer at coronal and middle portion, with projections of new bone opposition to the implant perimeter. But HAP-coated implant system showed lee fibrous interpositionla layer in thickness and quantity than plasma sprayed titanium and showed an osteoid layer in coronal portion. 2. The specimens of eight weeks of plasma sprayed titanium implant system showed thin fibrous tissue between implant system and bone in coronal and middle portion, similar to the specimen of four weeks but HAP-coated implant system were covered with a mature bone on almost part of their surfaces. 3. The auther confirmed HAP-coated implant system is more biocompatible and its subsequent bone formation and maturation occured at a faster rate and at earlier periods than plasma sprayed titanium.
