네트워크 분석을 통한 여성 경력단절 관련 연구동향 분석

여성인재의 저활용문제를 해소하기 위해, 우리 정부는 다양한 정책적 노력을 기울여 오고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여성들의 결혼, 임신, 출산 등으로 인한 경력단절문제는 쉽게 해결되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 경력단절과 같은 사회문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 관련 연구가 필요한데, 본 연구에서는 네트워크 분석을 통해 국내 경력단절 관련 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 경력단절 관련 연구의 시사점과 제언을 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 등재후보지 이상의 논문 324편을 선정하여 해당 논문들의 키워드를 NetMiner 4.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 2회 이상 사용된 단어만을 정제하고 추출하였으며, 빈도분석, 키워드 필터링, 워드 클라우드 생성을 진행하였으며, 키워드 네트워크 생성, 시각화, 중심성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석 등을 다양하게 시도하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 경력단절 관련 연구는 가족친화법, 남녀고용평등법, 경력단절여성법 등 관련 법제화에 따라 연구량이 변화하였으며, 재취업, 자녀양육, 출산, 경제활동 등의 키워드가 높은 빈도를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 대부분의 연구는 실태분석이나 정책에 대한 연구로 수행되어 연결중심성이나 근접중심성은 높으나 매개중심성이 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 여성들의 경제활동과 연관된 노동시장 구조적 문제를 발굴하기 위한 연구나, 조직문화, 사회적 환경이나 심리적 환경 등에 대한 다채로운 연구의 필요성이 제시되었다. The problem of career interruption due to marriage, pregnancy, and childbirth of women is not easily solved in Korea. Many related studies are needed to solve social problems such as career disconnection, and this study examined domestic research trends related to career disconnection through network analysis, and based on this, implications and suggestions for future research related to career disconnection. In this study, 324 papers were selected and the keywords of the papers were analyzed using NetMiner 4.0. Keywords are extracted, frequency analysis, keyword filtering, word cloud generation were performed, and topic modeling, keyword network generation, visualization, and centrality analysis were attempted. As a result, the amount of research related to career disconnection in Korea changed according to related legislation such as the Family-Friendly Act, the Gender Employment Equal Act, and the Career Disconnected Women’s Act, and keywords such as reemployment, child rearing, childbirth, and economic activity accounted for a high frequency. Most of the studies were conducted on actual situation analysis or policy, and it was confirmed that connection centrality or proximity centrality was high but mediation centrality was low. In the future, the necessity of research on the structural problems of the labor market related to women’s economic activities, or various studies on organizational culture, social environment, and psychological environment was suggested.
