Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of posterior capsule stretching on range of motion , disability and pain in patients with shoulder adhesive capsulitis. Method: The subjects of this study were 26 patients. The subjects were divided into two group(experimental group n = 16, control group n = 1 .. 80th group were treated 3 weeks. Shoulder range of motion and pain were measured by goniometer and VNRS(verbal numerical rating scale). Disability were assessed by questionnaire. The collected data analysed by paired T -test and independent T -test. Results: The experimental group significantly improved shoulder range of motion, pain and disability, but control group significantly improved only shoulder external rotation. Conclusion: The results showed that posterior capsule stretching were effective in improving shoulder range of motion, pain and disability in patients with shoulder adhesive capsulitis.

비디오 기반 군중 에니메이션을 이용한 월면 우주인 가상체험

본 논문에서는 미국의 아폴로 프로그램 중에 제작된 달 착륙 동영상을 입력으로 월면 우주인의 군중애니메이션 및 가상 달 체험 시스템을 제안한다. 전처리 과정으로, 달 착륙 동영상을 바탕으로 KLT 신체 특징점 추적 알고리즘을 이용하여 걷기, 달리기, 스키핑(skipping), 제자리 뛰기 등의 모션데이터베이스를 구축한다. 이를 이용하여 가상체험을 진행하는 동안에는 RGBD 카메라를 통해 사용자의 동작을 인식하고 이를 가장 근사한 데이터베이스의 동작으로 매핑하여 개별 우주인 동작을 제어한다. 또한 다수간의 우주인들간의 충돌 없는 매끄러운 군중애니메이션 생성을 위하여 RVO (Reciprocal Velocity Obstacle)를 적용하여 다수의 월면우주인을 포함한 가상체험 시스템을 구축하였다. 따라서, 실제 달 착륙 동영상을 바탕으로 고안된 본 시스템은 실감적이고 생동감 있는 동작을 생성해 내며, 다양한 우주인 캐릭터의 동작을 자연스럽게 생성한다. This paper proposes a crowd animation system that can provide virtual experiences on the moon. Our system takes the moon landing videos, which were captured during the Apollo mission in late 60s, as an input, and reconstructs various motion clips including walking, running, skipping and jumping using the KLT algorithm and refines the motions in a physically-consistent manner. Using Kinect sensor, the system also control the virtual astronaut model"s movement by tracking the user"s body movement. In order to make smooth crowd animation without creating collisions among virtual astronaut models, we apply the RVO algorithm to the astronaut models. Thus, our system produces realistic and interactive crowd animation for virtual moon experiences populated with interesting motion sequences.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is the etiological agent of PRRS characterized by reproductive losses in sows and respiratory disorders in piglets. The PRRSV is a small enveloped virus containing a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA genome and divided into two genotype, type 1 (European) and type 2 (North American), respectively, by nucleotide identity. In this study, ORF7 gene of the type 1 and type 2 PRRSV was cloned and expressed in Baculovirus expression system. Also, monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) against ORF7 were produced and characterized. The expressed ORF7 proteins in the recombinant virus were confirmed by indirect fluorescence antibody (IFA) test using His6 and PRRSV-specific antiserum. A total of eight MAbs were produced and characterized. One (3G12) MAb was type 1 PRRSV ORF7-specific and two (6B10 and 16H8) were type 2 PRRSV ORF7-specific. Other five (1A1, 2A4, 4B4, 12C4 and 13F11) MAbs reacted with both type 1 and type 2 PRRSV. Some PRRSV ORF7-specific MAbs recognized the porcine tissues infected with PRRSV by IFA or immunohistochemistry (IHC) assay. From this experiment, it was confirmed that MAbs produced in this study were PRRSV ORF7-specific and could be used as reliable reagents for type 1/type 2 PRRSV detection.
