This study investigated the relationships among mother's adult attachment, psychological well-being and affection parenting in low-income class and middle income class The subjects were 339 mothers who reared 3-5 old age child in Daegu and Gyoungbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, single and hierachical multiple regression, using SPSS Win 15.0. The results were as follows. (1) Adult attachment fully exerted indirect effects on affection parenting mediated by psychological well-being in low income class of mothers. (2) But adult attachment partly exerted indirect effects on affection parenting mediated by psychological well-being in middle income class of mothers.
보육교사의 직무열의에 대한 자아탄력성과 사회적 관심의 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the child care teacher’s ego-resiliency and social interest on work engagement focusing of the mediation effect of social interest. The subjects were 285 childcare center teachers in A Province. Questionnaires, which required a self-report by the childcare center teachers, were used to investigate ego-resiliency, Adlers’ social interest, and work engagement. The collected data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM), bootstrapping, and Pearson correlation using AMOS 10.0 and SPSS 21.0. The results of our study are as follows. First, SEM revealed that the social interest partially mediated the relationship between ego-resiliency and work engagement. Second, the childcare center teacher’s ego-resiliency influenced social interest. Third, the childcare center teacher’s ego-resiliency and social interest directly influenced work engagement. Fourth, childcare center teacher’s ego-resiliency indirectly influenced work engagement by social interest. The results of this study can be used to promote the childcare center teacher’s work engagement through social interest.
학령기 남아와 여아의 또래애착에 미치는 부/모애착과 거절예상의 영향

This study investigated the influence of father/ mother attachment and rejection expectation on school-age boys' and girls' peer attachment. The participants consisted of 275 school-age children in Daegu and Gyeongbok Province. The data thus collected were analyzed by means of t-test, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regressions, using the SPSS PC(15.0 version). The results were as follows. (1) School-age children's peer attachment showed manifestly different results for boys and girls. Additionally, the level of school-age boys' peer attachment was lower than the level of school-age girls'. (2) Both father attachment and mother attachment amongst school-age children's had a positive influence on peer attachment for boys and girls. (3) School-age children's rejection expectations had a negative influence on peer attachment for boys and girls. (4) The explanatory power of school-age boys' father attachment and rejection expectation on peer attachment, and the explanatory power of school-age boys' mother attachment and rejection attachment on peer attachment were rather higher than the explanatory power in the case of school-age girls'. (5) School-age children's rejection expectations were more powerful in relation to father attachment for boys and girls. School-age children's rejection expectations were more powerful in relation to mother attachment for boys but for not girls.
