Video stabilization is to eliminate unwanted vibrations caused during video recording. In this paper, we introduce a motion estimation model using deep learning network instead of the traditional motion estimation method based on feature tracking to improve system performance as well as open other approaches to video stabilization using deep learning in the future. The motion network uses the Siamese network to receive input from a pair of adjacent RGB images from the video to estimate geometric affine transform that mapping the first image to the second image. Besides, the proposed model also detects the correlation between pairs of adjacent images to decide whether they exist or not. This is applicable in cases where the input videos do not have a continuous context
해외직구·역직구시장에서 중소기업의 참여와 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관한 실증연구

최근 글로벌 전자상거래 시장규모는 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 글로벌 전자상거래의 한 형태로서 해외직구는 글로벌 시장규모가 2020년에 1조 달러에 육박할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 B2B 해외직구 및 역직구의 결정요인을 도출함으로써 이를 통해 이러한 요인들이 중소기업의 해외직구 역직구의 활성화에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 궁극적으로 중소기업의 수출확대에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이 연구의 주요한 목적이다. 이를 위해 해외직구의 개념을 정립한 후, 자원기반이론과 산업구조이론을 근거해서 선행연구를 통해 해외직구·역직구 시장에서 우리나라중소기업이 성과를 내기 위해 필요한 요인들을 도출하였다. 이후, 개념적 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하고, 설문자료를 다중회귀모델로 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기업정보, 물류배송, 통관절차, 법·제도는 해외직구·역직구에 대해서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 해외직구의 피해사례와 대응 중심이었던데 반해, 해외직구 시장전체를 조망하였고, 우리나라 중소기업의 입장에서 해외직구·역직구 시장에서 성과를 내기 위한 영향요인을 도출하였다는 점에서 기존연구와 차별성을 갖는다. 또한 본 연구 결과로 해외직구 시장에 참여하는 중소기업과 정책을 입안하는 정부에 대해 전략적인 방향성을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Recently, the market size of the global electronic-commerce is rapidly growing. The global market size of an overseas direct-purchase is expected to reach 1 trillion won by 2020. This study intends to determine the decision making factors of B2B overseas direct-purchase(DP) and reverse direct-purchase(RDP), and the impact on the vitalization of the small to middle-sized companies`(SMC) overseas DP and RDP. Ultimately, the purpose of this study is to provide a policy insight on the expansion of exports by SMC. For this, we determined the necessary elements for getting good results by Korean SCM in the overseas DP and RDP market through a preceding research based on resource-based theory and industry structure theory. Afterwards, we used the multiple regression model for positive analysis of the survey documents. We were able to confirm through analysis that the company information, logistics delivery, customs process, law and regulations have positive effects on the overseas DP and RDP. This study surveyed the entire overseas DP market, rather than focusing on the cases of harm and responses of the overseas DP, which was the topic for the preceding research, and can be differentiated from the previous study by deducting influence factors for the Korean SMC to succeed in the overseas DP and RDP market. Moreover, the results of this study is meaningful in proposing a strategic direction for the SMC participating in the overseas DP market and the government enacting policies.

To evaluate the change of serum lipid profiles in Korean, serum levels of lipids and lipoproteins were measured in 2300 persons including 727 healthy normal controls and patients with various diseases in 1989-90. The present results compared with preveious studies were as follows. 1) The mean serum lipids and lipoprotein levels in normal controls were 672.2±221.6 ㎎/㎗ for total lipid, 207.8±47.8 ㎎/㎗ for phospholipid, 219.3±62.5 ㎎/㎗ for total cholesterol, 144.5±55.5 ㎎/㎗ for LDL cholesterol, 42.0±13.8 ㎎/㎗ for HDL cholesterol, 171.4±144.7 ㎎/㎗ for triglyceride, 32.4±8.0% for lipoprotein α, 16.5±8.6% for lipoprotein preβ, 51.0±9.3% for lipoprotein β. 2) The mean serum lipids and lipoprotein levels in patients with hypertension were 704.2±189.5 ㎎/㎗ for total lipid, 216.4±44.2 ㎎/㎗ for phospholipid, 237.0±63.1 ㎎/㎗ for total cholesterol, 161.4±60.8 ㎎/㎗ for LDL cholesterol, 42.6±13.6 ㎎/㎗ for HDL cholesterol, 174.8±126.7 ㎎/㎗ for triglyceride, 31.2±7.5% for lipoprotein α, 16.4±9.1% for lipoprotein preβ, 52.5±9.2% for lipoprotein β. 3) The mean serum cholesterol levels, in particular LDL cholesterol, rose after forth decade, reaching thier peak between 50 and 60 years. 4) Type Ⅱa was the predominant lipoprotein pattern in most of cardiovascular diseases in Korea such as hypertension, cerebrovascular accident, ischemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus. 5) The mean serum cholesterol levels in normal controls and hypertensives have increased significantly since 1973. Although the incidence of coronary heart disease is still low in Korea, it is evident that it s increasing at a rapid speed, because the risk of hypercholesterolemia increases exponentially according to the number and severity of other concurrent risk factors.
저삼투질 비이온성 조영제에 의한 신손상시 뇨중 N - Acetyl - β - D Glucosaminidase ( NAG ) 활성도의 의의

Objectives: It has been claimed that the incidence of the contrast media induced nephrotoxicity (CMN) was reduced with the introduction of the nonionic low-osmolar contrast media (CM). The commonly used diagnostic tools for nephrotoxicity including serum creatinine levels, creatinine clearance and urine analysis cannot detect damage of renal proximal tubule in early stage. Urine N-Acetyl-β-D Glucosaminidase (NAG) is well documented a useful indicator for proximal tubular damage. Therefore we investigated incidence of nonionic low-osmolar CMN and whether the urine NAG activity could be used as a indicator of CMN. Methods: We studied 32 patients with normal renal functions (mean age: 58.7, M:F=23:9) and assayed their serum concentration of creatinine, urine NAG activities and SDS-PAGE profiles in the urine for 5 days after exposure to CM. Results: Mean creatinine level of 32 patients did not increase in comparison to their preexposure level on post exposure day 1, 3 and 5. But mean urine NAG activities increased significantly in comparison to their preexposure activities from day 1 to day 4 (p<0.05). Serum creatinine level increased either more than 50% or at least 1㎎/dL comparing the preexposure levels in 5 patients (15.6%) and did not in 27 patients (84.4%) and urine NAG activities increased from day 1 to day 4 in the former group and from day 1 to day 3 in latter group (p<0.05). Serum creatinine level increased either more than 20% or at least 0.3㎎/dL comparing the preexposure levels in 13 patients (40.6%) and did not in 19 patients (59.4%) and urine NAG activities increased from day 1 to day 3 in two groups (p<0.05). Serum creatinine level increased only 25% (sensitivity) of the patients with low molecular weight (LMW) protein in their urine SDS-PAGE and did not increased 90% (specificity) of the patients without LMW protein in their urine SDS-PAGE (50% or 1.0㎎/dL). The sensitivity and specificity of creatinine level were 33.3% and 55% (20% or 0.3㎎/dL) upon SDS-PAGE. Urine NAG activity revealed 76.9% of sensitivity and 52.6% of specificity. Conclusion: Nonionic low-osmolar contrast media, compared to ionic high osmolar contrast media, results in similar incidence of CMN and have the potential CMN subclinically. Urine NAG activity can be a useful indicator for CMN.
