본 연구의 목적은 DACUM 기법을 적용해 치유관광코디네이터의 직무를 분석해 치유관광 전문가 교육과 공인자격제도를 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 치유관광코디네이터 직무분석을 위하여 DACUM 분석과 치유관광 실무 경험이 있는 8명의 전문가를 DACUM 위원으로 선정하였다. 전문가의견조사와 DACUM 워크샵을 통해 치유관광코디네이터의 직무를 분석하고 직무를 수행하기 위한 임무와 작업을 선정하였다. DACUM 분석 결과, 치유관광코디네이터의 직무는 5개의 임무와 32개의 작업으로 규명되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 치유관광코디네이터의 직무 표준화 및 교육과정 개발, 자격제도 도입에 필요한 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 치유관광코디네이터의 기본적 직무와 책무, 수행작업 등 기본 결과만 도출하였다. 따라서 향후 세부적인 교육과정 개발, 교과목 구성, 자격 제도화에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the duties of the Healing Tourism Coordinator by applying the DACUM technique and use it as a basic data for the healing tourism professional education and the authorized qualification system. For the task analysis of the Healing Tourism Coordinator, eight experts with experience in DACUM analysis and healing tourism were selected as members of DACUM. Through expert opinion survey and DACUM workshop, the tasks and tasks of Healing Tourism Coordinator were analyzed and the tasks and tasks to perform the tasks were selected. As a result of the DACUM analysis, the Healing Tourism Coordinator was identified with five duties and 32 tasks. The results of this study could be used as the basis for future job standardization and curriculum development of healing tourism coordinators and introduction of qualification systems. This study produced only basic results such as basic tasks, responsibilities, and performance work of the Healing Tourism Coordinator. Therefore, further research is needed on detailed curriculum development, composition of curricula and institutionalization of qualifications.

치유관광이 미래의 대안관광으로 주목받으면서 중앙차원의 다양한 정책이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 치유관광 정책 성공요인의 개념을 살펴보고 AHP 분석을 통해 치유관광 정책 성공요인별 우선순위와 중요도를 분석하고자 한다. 성공요인의 우선순위와 중요도에 대한 실증분석을 위해 AHP 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 선행연구의 측정요인을 근거로 계층별 우선순위 모형을 설계하였으며 연구자가 제시한 상위요인 4개, 하위요인 14개를 도출하였다. AHP 분석 결과, 환경적 요인이 0.325로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 심리치유적 요인 0.251, 문화교육적 요인 0.239, 사회경제적 요인 0.185의 순으로 나타났다. 사회경제적 요인이 높게 나타나는 의료관광 정책사업의 특성과 달리 치유관광에서 환경적 요인과 심리치유적 요인이 높게 나타나는 것은 정신적 안정과 치유가 목적인 치유관광의 특성이 반영된 결과로 볼 수 있다. With healing tourism gaining attention as an alternative to the future, a variety of policies are being implemented at a central level. In this study, we will establish the concept of success factors for the Healing Tourism Policy and analyze the priority and importance of success factors for the Healing Tourism Policy through AHP analysis. He will rediscover the successful cause of the over-the-top concept of healing tourism and re-establish the theory. In the research method, the AHP methodology is applied to perform an empirical analysis on the importance and prioritization of evaluation factors. Based on the measurement factors of the preceding study, a prioritized model by layer was designed and the researchers drew four upper and 14 lower factors. According to the AHP analysis, environmental factors were the highest at 0.325, followed by psychological heritage at 0.251, cultural education at 0.239, and socioeconomic factors at 0.185. Unlike the nature of the medical tourism project, which shows high socioeconomic factors, the high environmental and psychological healing factors are reflected in the result of the medical tourism project aimed at mental stability and healing.

문화적 도시재생은 도시관광의 중요한 매력요인으로 지역의 새로운 가치 창출을 가져온다. 본 연구에서는 문화적 도시재생과 도시관광의 관계를 선행연구로 고찰하고 개념화를 토대로 델파이 기법을 활용해 문화적 도시재생과 연계한 도시관광 성공요인 척도를 개발하고자 한다. 도시관광과 도시재생 관련 전문가 13명을 대상으로 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구를 통해 도출한 20개 요인은 8개로 통합되었고 3차 델파이 조사 최종 분석결과 문화적 도시재생과 연계한 도시관광 성공요인은 문화정체성, 사회경제성, 심미성, 쾌적성, 친환경성, 기능성 등 6개 측정요인으로 구성되었다. 본 연구 결과는 도시관광 성공요인에 대한 표준과 기준을 제시해 도시관광 활성화를 위한 사전진단자료로 활용 가능하다. 확정한 성공요인들을 계층화분석 방법론 등을 적용해 요인의 중요도와 가중치를 산정하는 후속 연구가 필요하다. Cultural urban regeneration is an important attraction of urban tourism, bringing new values to the region. In this study, the relationship between cultural urban regeneration and urban tourism is considered as a prior study, and based on conceptualization, the Delphi Method is used to develop a measure of successful urban tourism linked to cultural urban regeneration. According to the final analysis of the 3rd Delphi method, the 20 factors derived from the previous study were integrated into 8 factors, and the success factors of urban tourism, which are linked to cultural urban regeneration, consisted of 6 factors, including cultural identity, social economy, aesthetic, comfort, eco-friendliness and functionality. Subsequent research is needed to calculate the importance and weight of factors by applying stratification analysis methodology to confirmed success factors.
