Recent progress in the development of non-invasive imaging technologies continues to strengthen the role of molecular imaging biological research. These tools have been validated recently in variety of research models, and have been shown to provide continuous quantitative monitoring of the location(s), magnitude, and time-variation of gene expression. This article reviews the principles, characteristics, categories and the use of radionuclide reporter gene imaging technologies as they have been used in imaging cell trafficking, imaging gene therapy, imaging endogenous gene expression and imaging molecular interactions. The studies published to date demonstrate that reporter gene imaging technologies will help to accelerate pre-clinical model validation as well as allow for clinical monitoring of human diseases. Objective: This research was projected to reduce medical malpractice by understanding Moxibustion-prohibited points. Method: We searched Moxibustion -prohibited points in several traditional oriental medical literatures and investigated the process of change. Results: Bigeupchungeumyobang and Qianjinyifang (千金翼方) is written on the basis of Chimgugapeulgyeong (鍼灸甲乙經). So they have similariry in the contents. Waitaimiyao (外臺秘藥) is written on the basis of the Dang dynasty``s treatment experience. So Waitaimiyao is different from the previous literatures. Since the Euhakibmun (醫學入門), Moxibustion-prohibited points were significantly increased. Because Euhakibmun was for the medical beginners, author seems to have paid attention to selection of the points. Under the Myeong dynasty, China exchanged to forein countris actively including the J oseon Dynasty. Because Dongeuibogam was influenced by Chinese literatures, Moxibustion-prohibited points in Dongeuibogam are similar to those of Myeong dynasty``s medical books. Conclusions: Before Myeong dynasty, Moxibustion-prohibited points were selected on the basis of Chimgugapeulgyeong. Since Myeong dynasty, Moxibustion-prohibited points were selected on the basis of Euhakibmun.
