The current dual-watchdog estimation system has individually calculated the construction, the engineering and the procurement cost. The dual-watchdog estimation system is inefficient and prolonged estimation period because of the lack of the interoperability and the difference of material unit cost and construction unit cost. In order to resolve this problem, new estimation software was developed. The estimation software is developed by making up for the weak points in existing estimation method. The cost data with the same standard is the key point. And this software enhanced accuracy and speed of the data search in stylized estimation standard. A summary of the construction, the engineering and the procurement cost was generated in this estimation software. The unit rate about the labor cost, equipment and expense through a sheet was handled. The developed estimation software has five categories on engineering cost, procurement cost, construction cost and subcontractor management sheet. In this study, the estimation software to supplement the faults of the existing estimation method was developed. And estimation software on petrochemical projects increases an efficiency of the estimation work.

Magnesium alloys is the lightest by structural metals, but it is not good corrosion resistant because of pit, void. Particularly, AZ31B magnesium alloy sheets that have slag, scratch by rolling process indicate some defects. The objective of this research is to perform uniform plating on AZ31B by studying etching and zincate process. Especially, zincate treatment by zinc salt and pyrophosphate is the most important in the decoration plating. Dissolution of magnesium is reduced by the formation of uniform zinc conversion layer during strick and post process, which decreases defects for plating process.

Adding Ca, Mg, and K to SnCl_(4) solution in order to inhibit crystallization during heat treatment, SnO_(2) powder was obtained by precipitation method. The characteristics of the prepared SnO_(2) powder were investigated using XRD and BET. Sensors formed thick-film on Al_(2)O_(3) substrate by screen printing were fired various conditions. Methane gas sensitivity was investigated in terms of degree of crystallization and firing condition. Due to the smallest particle size of Ca-SnO_(2) powder, Ca-SnO_(2) gas sensor has superior sensitivity to CH_(4). It was found that firing condition of 700°C and 20 min provides highest sensing characteristics to CH_(4).

우리나라는 선출원주의와 심사주의를 채택하고 있어, 먼저 출원한 발명에 대하여 실체 심사를 거쳐 특허권을 인정하여 주며, 특허권은 출원일로부터 20년간 존속한다. 출원후 1년6개월이 경과하면 공개되며(필요시 우선공개 할 수 있음), 심사청구 순으로 실체심사에 들어가는데 우리나라의 특허 심사 기간은 98년 말에 28개월로 매년 심사기간을 단축하여 선진국 수준인 24개월 이내를 목표로 하고 있다. 특허청은 1998년부터 공개 및 등록공보를 CD롬으로 발행하고 있으며, 1999년 1월부터 특허넷(Kipo-Net)시스템의 개통으로 특허에 관한 모든 업무를(인터넷을 이용한)On-Line으로 처리하게 되었고, 또한 7월부터는 특허에 비하여 상대적으로 라이프사이클이 짧은 실용신안(고안)에 대하여는 선등록제도를 도입합으로서 조기에 권리화가 가능하게 되었다.

We studied the homogeneous plating on the dented part of door frame by decreasing or increasing the current density, installing air blower, adjusting the length between anode and cathode, using auxiliary anode, developing the new plating bath and etc. When we performed the zinc cynade plating, there was no way to achieve the homogeneous plating layer without using auxiliary anode. However, it wasn't a suitable and efficient method for appling to the real process. After we developed the plating bath that had the uniform current density, we were able to get the homogeneous plating layer of zinc on the dented door frame.
Cementation 법에 의한 흑연 분말상의 구리 코팅

We studied the copper cementation and homogeneous coating on the graphite powder by changing the activation temperature and the amount of wetting agent. When we peformed the activation process above 380℃, we were able to achieve the homogeneous copper coating layer on the graphite powder. However, it was impossible to get the homogeneous coating layer on the graphite powder without the activation process. In addition, wetting process on the graphite powder is essential for improving the efficiency of copper cementation. As a result, the optimum condition for copper coating on the graphite by cementation is to add 1㎖ glacial acetic acid and mix with 7g copper sulphate(CuSO4 · 5H2O) and 2g zinc.

The plasma spray technics has known as one of the surface modification methods to improve the mechanical properties or the functional charactristics of materials. This paper has been aimed to investigate the effects of plasma sprayed conditions, such as spray distance and arc power level, of plasma sprayed Al2O3-40%TiO2 costing layer. The optimum processing for ICBT spindle disk coated plasma spray are showed at spray distance 80mm, APL 40kw.
