        중학교 1학년 수학 교과서에 반영된스토리텔링 구성요소 분석

        본 연구에서는 2009 개정 수학과 교육과정을 바탕으로 개발된 중학교 1학년 수학교과서 중에서 스토리텔링의 적용을그 특성으로 하였다고 기술한 교과서 3종을 선택하여 현행 교육과정 기본 방향과 내용 및 수학교육 선진화 방안의일부인 스토리텔링의 구성요소를 분석해 보고 그 대안을 제시해 보는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 교수·학습 맥락에서의 스토리텔링의 6가지 요소인 ‘페르소나’, ‘감정이입’, ‘비유’, ‘플롯’, ‘심미적 경험’, ‘시간성’을 이용하여 중학교 1학년 수학교과서에서 수학적 개념이나 성질을 도입하기 위해 사용한 스토리텔링의 자료를 분석하였다. 즉, 스토리텔링자료가 스토리텔링의 요소를 얼마나 잘 갖추고 있는지를 교수·학습 맥락에서의 스토리텔링 요소의 반영 유무와 비율을 통해 살펴보고, 각 교과서의 특징을 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 결과가 수학을 실생활과 관련하여 흥미 있게 공부할 수 있는 방법과 자료를 개발하는데 필요한 정보와 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. In this study, we selected three of the textbook that describes the set to its characteristics the application of storytelling in a textbook of mathematics 13 different middle school that will be used from March 2013. And of research that the textbook is to analyze the reflected reality of storytelling that is part of the advancement scheme of mathematics education content and direction and basic curriculum of current. View by presenting instead I is an object of the present invention. Six components of storytelling in the teaching and learning context that is proposed in the Park`s study (2012) are used to analyze. Those are ``Persona``, ``empathy``, ``analogy``, ``aestheti cexperience ``, ``plot`` and ``time``. The data were analyzed storytelling was used to introduce the nature and mathematical concepts in math textbook based on these elements 6. That is looking at the ratio of the presence or absence of reflecting elements of storytelling on teaching and learning context that the data storytelling meets much the elements of storytelling to investigate the characteristics of each textbook. It is expected to provide the information and resources needed to develop methods and materials that can be studied to be interested in conjunction with real life mathematics as a result of this study.

      • 새로운 naphthoquinone 유도체 연구

        2,3-Dichloronaphthoquinone reacts with toluidine, p-aminobenzoic acid, m-nitroaniline, 3-amino-5-methylisoxazole, sulfanilamide and sulfathiazole to afford 2-chloro-3-(toluidino)naphthoquinone (Ⅰ), 2-chloro-3-(p-carboxy anilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅱ), 2-chloro-3-(m-nitroanilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅲ), 2-chloro-3-(5-methylisoxazole-3-amino)naphthoquinone (Ⅳ), 2-chloro-3-(4-aminosulfonylanilino)naphthoquinone (Ⅴ) and 2-chloro-3-(sulfathiazolino)naphthoquinone (Ⅵ) in high yield. The new compounds(Ⅰ∼Ⅵ) have been synthesized and characterized by I.R and H-NMR. The probable mechanism for the formation of the derivatives is discussed.

        N-스테아릴락토비온아미드의 합성과 이를 이용한 리포좀의 제조

        A neoglycolipid, N-stearyl lactobionamide(N-SLBA) was synthesized and the incorporation of the neoglycolipid into liposomes was achieved in order to prepare neo-galactosylated liposome as potential drug carrier for active targeting to galactose receptor existing cell and tissue. N-SLBA was synthesized by the covalent linkage between carboxyl group of lactobionic acid and amino group of stearylamine(SA). The yield of N-SLBA was identified by TEM and measuring of membrane function. The maximum amount of N-SLBA incorporated into liposome is up to about 15mol%. Compared with control liposome (SA-LUV), N-SLBA-LUV showed lower encapsulation efficiency of MTX. It might due to the loss of positive surface charge of stearylamine. N-SBA-LUV was similar to SA-LUV in aspect of osmotic behavior. N-SLBA-LUV prepared with N-SLBA would be expected to be a good carrier for active targeting to galactose receptor existing cell and tissue.
