        건성안 환자의 진단에서 결막솔질검사의 유용성에 관한 연구

        Purpose: To investigate the clinical usefulness of conjunctival brush cytology (CBC) in the diagnosis of dry eye syndrome. Methods: Conjunctival impression cytology (CIC) was performed on the right eye and CBC was performed on the left eye in 24 patients with dry eye syndrome (9 patients with Sjӧgren’s syndrome (SS) and 15 patients with non-Sjӧgren syndrome (Non-SS)) and 7 control subjects. The grade of squamous metaplasia was analyzed and the correlation between the grade and tear surface parameters was evaluated. Results: The squamous metaplasia grade score in CIC and CBC were 2.44±0.73 and 1.56±1.01 in SS patients (p=0.047), 1.53±0.74 and 0.80±0.78 in Non-SS patients (p=0.017), and 0.43±0.54 and 0.14±0.38 (p=0.250) in control subjects, respectively. In SS patients, the score correlated significantly with the symptom score, basal tear secretion, break-up time (BUT) and keratoepitheliopathy score in CBC (p<0.05), but did not correlate with the tear surface parameters in CIC. In Non-SS patients, the score correlated significantly with the symptom score, basal tear secretion, BUT and keratoepitheliopathy score in CBC, and with the keratoepitheliopathy score in CIC (p<0.05). Conclusions: CBC is a more useful method than CIC in the diagnosis of dry eye syndrome.

        정부 재정지원이 산학협력 성과에 미치는 영향 분석: 산학협력 선도대학 육성사업을 중심으로

        As Industry-University Cooperation (IUC) has been emphasized for securing national competitiveness in a knowledge-based economy, the South Korean government has promoted related policies, including a financial support program for facilitating IUC activities. This study examines the effects of Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation (LINC) program, which is one of the government financial support programs for IUC, on the performance of IUC by propensity score matching. The results show that LINC program positively influences the number of technology transfers and the number of faculty that participated in start-ups. The results of this study are expected to provide implications for improving IUC policies and the financial support program.

        40PD 이상의 사시각을 가진 내사시에서 기능적 적도부 후방으로의 내직근 후전의 결과

        Purpose: To investigate bilateral medial rectus recession by considering functional equator as a surgical guideline in esotropia over 40 prism diopters (PD). Methods: Forty-one patients who underwent bilateral medial rectus recession, and were followed-up for more than 12 months, were reviewed. The success rate was compared between group 1 and group 2, which were divided to recession site from the functional equator posterior, and also between the hyperopia group and myopia group according to refraction. Results: According to preoperative deviation angle, 21 patients underwent recession to less than 10 mm posterior to the functional equator (group 1) and 20 patients had recession to 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm posterior to the functional equator (group 2). No significant difference in success rate between group 1 (71.4%) and group 2 (75.0%) was detected at the last follow-up. When divided into a hyperopia group (26 patients) and myopia group (15 patients), the success rate in the myopia group was higher than in the hyperopia group, as observed at the last follow-up, but the difference was not significant. There was 1 case of overcorrection in each group. Conclusions: A successful outcome was achieved in 30 patients (73.2%), and overcorrection in 2 patients (4.9%) when recessed to 2.0 mm posterior to functional posterior in esotropia over 40PD.

        조선족 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한 한국문화 교육방안 연구

        본고는 조선족 결혼이주여성들에게 가장 효과적인 교육 방안을 찾자는 의미에서 작성되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 이들이 지니고 있는 한국문화인식 정도를 살펴보았고 이를 토대로 하여 몇 가지 교육 방안을 탐구해 보았다. 그 결과 한국으로 시집 온 조선족 결혼이주여성들의 한국문화 인식정도는 자신들이 평가하고 있는 것보다 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 이들은 중국에서 교육받은 선행지식을 기반으로 한국문화를 평가하는 경향이 있었고, 이러한 현상은 ‘한국문화를 알고 있기에 더 이상 배울 필요가 없다’는 관념을 형성하여 한국문화를 습득하는 데 걸림돌로 작용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 한편 조선족 결혼이주여성이 가장 선호하는 교육법으로는 한중 두 나라의 문화를 비교해주는 방법을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 조사를 시작하기 전까지만 해도 영상자료를 활용한 교육 방안을 가장 선호하였다. 시청각 자료가 주는 호소력과 이미지 영상이 보다 친근감 있게 느껴졌기 때문이다. 그러나 3가지 교육 방안을 활용하여 강의를 듣고 난후 비교문화 교육 방안을 보다 선호하였다. 그 이유는 중국에서 습득한 지식과 한국에서 습득한 지식의 충돌현상을 줄여줌으로써 한국문화를 보다 쉽게 수용할 수 있다고 판단했기 때문이다. 본 조사를 토대로 볼 때 조선족 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한 한국문화 교육은 문화 충돌을 완화해줄 수 있는 비교문화 교육 방안을 활용할 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. Based on collected survey questionnaires, this article examines how Joseonjok married immigrant women perceive the Korean culture and provides the most efficient teaching methods in education to help them successfully settle down in the Korean society. Main findings of this research are as follows: first, the emphasis on the importance of learning the Korean culture through education in Korea has not been efficient nor the educational programs systemically organized; second, applying a variety of teaching methods such as the use of audio-video educational programs and the employment of language practice in cultural education coursework is more useful and constructive; and third, offering educational programs which compare the Korean culture with the Chinese one is more helpful for them not only to understand and learn the Korean culture but to mitigate cultural shock.

        북한이탈주민을 대상으로 한 한국사 교육방안 연구: 디지털역사기록물 활용을 중심으로

        본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 한국사를 교육함에 있어 디지털역사기록물을 활용한 효과적인 교육법을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. Ⅱ장 ‘북한이탈주민 현황과 한국사회 적응교육 실태’에서는 최근까지 북한을 이탈한 탈북민 수와 연령분포 그리고 학력정도를 살펴보고, 이들의 한국사회 적응을 위한 교육정도를 하나원에서의 교육과 하나센터교육 그리고 평생교육 실태를 들어 서술한다. Ⅲ장 ‘디지털역사기록물 활용 필요성과 그 효용성’에서는 디지털역사기록물이 지니고 있는 장점과 그 효과를 언급한다. 먼저 활용 필요성을 접근이 편리하고 자료를 보존하기 편하며 역사에 대한 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있다는 점을 들어 설명한다. 그리고 그 효용성에 대해서는 한국사에 대한 관심확대와 전공지식 습득의 토대를 제공해 줄 수 있다는 점, 그리고 문화충돌을 완화할 수 있다는 점을 들어 설명한다. Ⅳ장 ‘다양한 교육방안’에서는 가장 효과적인 세 가지 교육법을 가지고 설명한다. 첫째, ‘역사DB를 활용한 교육법’에서는 디지털화된 역사DB가 북한이탈주민들에게 보다 객관적인 역사적 사실을 제공해줌으로써 목표국 역사를 수용하는데 긍정적으로 작용할 것임을 설명한다. 둘째, ‘영상기록물 활용 교육법’에서는 한민족의 동질성과 민족정체성을 확인할 수 있는 영상물을 사용함으로써 역사교육에 시너지 효과를 거둘 수 있음을 기술한다. 마지막으로 ‘어‧문화 병행교육법’에서는 남북한 역사 용어의 차이점을 제시함과 동시에 이 교육법을 사용함으로써 가져올 수 있는 장점을 서술한다. 본고를 통해 디지털역사기록물을 활용한 역사교육방법이 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 한 한국사 교육에 있어 효과적인 교육법으로 활용될 수 있기를 기원해 본다. The purpose of this study is to implement effective Korean history education for North Korean defectors. In the chapter II, Present condition of North Korean defectors and the actual condition of Korean social adaptation education examines the number of North Korean defectors who have left North Korea since 1998, age distributions and educational backgrounds. In addition, I describe the present condition of education at Hanawon, Hana Center education, and lifelong education as education for adaptation to Korean society. In the chapter Ⅲ, The necessity and effectiveness of digital history records, the advantages and effects of digital historical records are mentioned. The three most effective teaching methods are described in the chapter Ⅳ, Various Educational Methods . They are the method of education using history DB, the method of education about utilization of video records, and the parallel language and culture education method. Through the study, I hope that the history education method using digital history records can be used as an effective education method for North Korean defectors.

        기독교 영성의 통전적인 정의를 위한 영성의 구조적 이해

        This paper attempts to propose a holistic definition of ‘spirituality’, an expansive subject of discourse that Christians use universally, diversely, and indiscriminately in the ‘context of life’(Sitz im Leben). To this end, the writer will consider a way of ‘structural understanding spirituality’. Modern Christianity, which is familiar with the era of ‘postmodernism’, prominently emphasizes ‘spirituality’. This is because diverse and universal religious pluralism and materialism are leading modern church growth within the framework of ‘spirituality’. Therefore, the Christian community plans and conducts many events using the modifier ‘spirituality’ and is satisfied with the visible result. However, the Korean Christians’ ‘understanding of spirituality’ has caused various problems in the process of church growth. They exhibit a biased understanding of ‘spirituality’ as they continue the pursuit of mysterious shamanism, secular religious privatization, and frivolous escapism. They obviously are engaging in ‘spiritual activities’, but they have lost their identity and cracks have appeared in their relationship with the triune God. Thus, Christians have lost their spiritual influence in the world in which they must fulfill their mission. It is an undeniable fact that an unbalanced ‘understanding of spirituality’ has a negative impact on Christian mission and spiritual activities. Christian leaders who observe this fact site the indiscreet use of ‘spirituality’ as it’s cause, but alternatively actively point the need for ‘spirituality’. They plan to accomplish their purpose by simply attaching the word ‘spirituality’ to the existing phenomenon. Such circumstances reveal an ‘absence of spiritual relationship’ in these Christians, even though they are engaged in ‘spiritual activity’. Therefore, this article tried to categorize spirituality and structure spirituality as a precedent study to help ‘understanding spirituality’. The structural understanding of spirituality proposed a phased structure of ‘Being Spiritualty’ and ‘Doing Spirituality’ under ‘SPIRITUALITY’. And in the categorize understanding of spirituality, ‘spirituality’ is the starting point of ‘faith and theology and spiritual behavior’ in relation to the inner Triune God, and the common and diverse aspects of ‘doing spirituality’ include: ‘mystical spirituality’ which emphasizes the experience of mysterious things, ‘prosperity spirituality’ which focuses on the results obtained though duty and loyalty, and ‘ascetic spirituality’ which pursues the ideals with a subjective mind and physical asceticism. However, these various methods of ‘doing spirituality’ each reveal features and characteristics that can not be duplicated or clearly distinguished. These phenomena are evidence that internally ‘being spiritualty’ in relation to God manifests as externally 'doing spirituality' in it's versions forms. In conclusion, the writer suggests a holistic definition of ‘Christian spirituality’ as a source of balanced ‘spiritual understanding’. Spirituality, which is universal and diverse in the Christian community, consists of all the ‘spiritual practices’ of Christians with the triune God, which can be divided into ‘Being spiritual’ and ‘Doing spirituality’ all under the umbrella of ‘SPIRI-TUALITY’. And the various ‘Doing spirituality’ must emerge from the initial revelation of ‘Being spirituality’ or having inner relationship with the Triune God. The writer hope that a paper of Christian spirituality will have a good spiritual impact on the mission of mission in the Christian context of life.

        한국 상장풍속에 담긴 제 문화요소와 그 의미를 토대로 한 문화교육 방안연구

        본 논문은 한국 상장풍속에 담긴 여러 문화요소들과 문화교육 방안에 대해 살펴보았다. 현대 한국 상장풍속에 가장 많이 영향을 미치고 있는 유교식 상·장례에 주목하면서 종교와 상장풍속의 상관성을 아울러 살펴보았다. 상장풍속에 담긴 시대상과 역사성뿐만 아니라 세계관과 종교성 그리고 사고 방식과 관념체계 또한 교육의 대상으로 삼고자 하였다. 먼저 Ⅱ장 상·장례의 구조에서는 상장의례를 분리-전이-통합이라는 3단계로 나누어 제시하였고, 그 대상으로 망자와 망혼, 상주가 함께 이 과정을 거치는 과정을 설명하였다. 그리고 Ⅲ장 상장풍속의 문화적 요소에서는 상·장례 속에 담긴 문화요소를 네가지(의례문화, 정신문화, 언어문화, 상징문화)로 세분함으로서 상장풍속이 지닌 교육 텍스트자료로서의 활용도를 높이고자 하였다. 마지막으로 Ⅳ장에서는 Ⅱ,Ⅲ장에서 다룬 내용을 토대로 하여 효과적인 교육 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 외국인 학습자들을 대상으로 한 한국 상장풍속 교육 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 교육대상을 내국인이 아닌 외국인으로 그리고 한국어 능력을 중급 이상 고급을 대상으로 한정한다. This study examined lots of culture in Korean funeral rites and the educational methods. This study examined funeral rites influencing the most to Modern Korean funeral rites and correlationship or religion and funeral rites. It is the educational subjects, which is not only the phases of the time and the history in funeral rite but also a view of the world, religion, mentality and the spatial structure. In the chapter Ⅱ, the structures of funeral rites, suggested funeral rites divided into three steps which are segregation-metastasize-combination. Mangza, Manghon, Sangjoo explained the way of go through this procedure. In the chapter Ⅲ, cultural elements in funeral rites, divided it into four parts(ritual custom, mental custom, linguistic custom, institutional custom ). I tried to raise utilization through seperating funeral rites into four parts for being an educational text. Lastly, In the part Ⅳ examined efficient educational methods based on the content in chapterⅡ andⅢ. The goal of the study is suggesting Korean funeral rites for foreign learners. The subject is limited to foreigners who has intermediate level to high level of Korean Ability.

        어문학(語文學) : 중국인 학습자를 위한 한국 근현대사 교육의 다양한 방안 모색

        This study is aimed for exploring a variety of methods for education of Korean modern and contemporary history for Chinese learners and the rough summary is as follows. Chapter II, "Description Tendency of Korean Modern and Contemporary History in the Chinese History Textbook", looked into description tendency of Korean modern and contemporary history in the Chinese history textbook. And it found out that it is reflective of historical perception of the Chinese communists in description of Korean history and depicted its transitional process as well. Chapter III verified that Chinese learners are short of perception of Korean history through conducting a questionnaire survey and characterized its distinction by analysing descriptive tendency of Chinese history and Korean history. Chapter IV, "Reconsideration of Korean History Education", described four educational methods of Korean modern and contemporary history for Chinese learners and the necessity of language education through history as well as comparative and integrated education. It also stated the necessity of publishing distinct textbook for foreign learners to implement proper history education. It emphasized the necessity of taking various methods and objective view in education of Korean modern and contemporary history for foreigners, especially for the people in neighboring China considering that Korea and China fought against in the Korean War despite their common experience that both countries suffered aggression by Western powers and Japanese imperialism.

        이주와 재이주를 통해 형성된 조선족문화 변천에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 조선족의 이주와 재이주 과정에서 형성한 문화현상을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 시기적으로는 전근대와 제국주의시기, 냉전시기, 탈냉전시기로 구분하였고 문화 변천과정에 대해서는 이주와 정착, 갈등과 통합 그리고 복합문화형성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 그리고 문화 변동 시기마다 시장-사회-국가라는 메카니즘이 어떻게 작동하고 있는지에 주목하였다. 본고의 서술방법은 구조적인 틀에서는 사회학적인 방법론을 차용하되 내용의 전개에 있어서는 역사학적인 문헌조사 방법을 주로 활용하였다. 드러난 문화현상에 대해서는 중국에서의 조선족문화형성과 한국에서의 한국교포문화 형성부분으로 나누어 살펴보았다. This paper has purpose of searching Korean’s symptoms of culture created through their migration and re-migration. This research divided history into premodern society, imperialism society, the cold war period, and the post-cold war period. Also, Korean cultural changing period is divided into their time of migration, settlement, conflict and combination, and finally the creation of complex culture. Not only that, this paper focused on mechanism between the market-society-nation in every cultural-changing time. This research borrowed social method in structural side, and mainly used historial-literature-investigation method in developing content. Finally, cultural symptoms are divided into Korean-Chinese’ cultural formation in China and formation of overseas Korean Culture in Korea.
