본 연구는 산림복지 개념을 재정립함으로써 사회서비스 분야로 등장하고 있는 산림복지서비스를 국가복지시스템에 통합하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 산림복지 개념 정립 관련 기존 연구 및 문헌들을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기존연구들은 산림복지에 대한 개념을 적립하고 이에 따른 산림복지서비스 내용을 구체화하였을 뿐 산림복지서비스 정책화 방안은 제시하지 않았다. 또한 국가복지시스템 내 산림복지서비스가 어떤 의미를 두고 있는지, 어떻게 발전할 수 있을지 등에 대한 비전은 제시하지 않았다. 이러한 상황은 산림복지서비스가 국가복지시스템에 통합되는데 방해요인이 된다. 이에 대한 방안으로 기존 산림복지 패러다임을 재생가능·지속가능·환경 패러다임으로의 변화를 통해 산림복지 개념의 재정립을 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국가복지시스템 내 산림복지 통합 방안을 네 가지로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the integrated welfare policy system and forest welfare service by redefining the concept of forest welfare which appeared in the social services sector. This study analyzes previous studies related to the concepts of welfare forest and literature. As a result of this study, existing studies have accumulated a conception of forest welfare and have made concrete contents of forest welfare services. But papers didn’t suggest the activating solution of forest welfare policy and also didn’t provide what is the meaning of the forest welfare service in welfare policy system. In addition, it didn’t provide a vision how forest welfare service can develop. This situation is barriers that integrated welfare policy system and forest welfare service. For this reason, the forest welfare is able to be redefined as paradigm shift that is renewable·sustainable·environmental paradigm. Therefore, this study suggest four plan that is the integrated welfare policy system and forest welfare.
