        학교 복합화를 위한 법적 가능성 및 대상시설에 관한 건축계획 연구

        This study is to investigate the possibility of legislation that is the foundation of school complexation project and the architectural planningfor the target facility as stipulated by related law. Since 2000, many schools have been established and operated in the whole of Korea,mainly in Seoul. However, on the frontline, there is still a lot of difficulty in carrying out the project due to the legal possibility related tothe school complexation and the lack of understanding about the facility for school complexation as stipulated by the law. The purpose ofthis study is to present the possibility of the school complexation project based on related laws and to clarify the classifications of schoolcomplexation facilities which are stipulated by the related law, and to propose the foundation for the future school complexation project. Thecontents of this study were investigated through the literature survey on the theoretical review and related laws of school complexation, andvarious laws related to school complexation were classified based on this, and the possibility of school complexification prescribed by eachlaw was analyzed. In addition, by classifying facilities subject to school complexation prescribed by the Act and analyzing the detailedstandards stipulated in relevant laws for each facility, we propose the facilities that can be combined with school facilities, and utilize thedata of this study. 본 연구는 학교 복합화 사업의 토대가 되는 법규적 가능성과 관련법에서 규정하고 있는 대상시설에 대한 건축계획에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 관련법을 중심으로 학교 복합화 사업의 가능 여부를 제시하고 관련법에서 규정하고 있는 학교 복합화 대상시설에 대한 분류를 명확히 하여 향후 학교 복합화 사업 진행을 위한 토대를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 법에서 규정하고 있는 학교 복합화 대상시설을 분류하고 각 시설별 관련법에서 규정하고 있는 세부기준을 분석하여 학교시설과 복합화 가능한 대상시설을 제시함으로서 향후 학교 복합화 사업을 진행함에 있어 본 연구의 데이터를 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

        풍수지리(風水地理)를 활용한 사찰(암자)의 입지 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색에 관한 연구

        풍수지리(風水地理)는 불교와 승려인 도선국사에 의해 많은 발전과 계승을 통하여 현재 까지도 사찰(암자)을 창건 및 리모델링 등의 행위를 하고자 할 때는 가장 먼저 고려해야 한다. 이 연구는 전문가들 자문을 받아 선행연구의 근거로 관측변수를 구성 하였다. 분석결과, 측정변수 (1) 비보 풍수지리의 관측변수 3-3, 3-2는 건축(전각)물로 입지 위에 불상, 탑, 건축물 등을 짓고 입지의 단점을 보완하기 위해 인위적으로 고치는 방법으로 입지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 측정변수 (2) 풍수지리의 관측변수 1-1은 풍수지리 와 조망을 통해 사찰 본연의 수행과 심리적 안정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 측정변수 (3) 건축(전각)의 관측변수 1-4는 땅의 형상으로 전각의 배치에 중요한 역할을 한 다. 또 한 4-7은 비보 풍수지리의 도로에 신설을 통해 입지의 안정과 기(氣) 에너지 흐름을 조절하여 사찰(암자)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 측정변수 (4) 입지는 지리적 인 환경과 지기, 수맥, 주변 환경 등을 고려하며 풍수지리의 원리를 통해 사찰 전각의 배치 및 방향을 결정한다. 이를 통해 풍수지리, 건축(전각), 비보 풍수지리의 요인을 고려하여 입 지 선정과 입지의 보완 및 공간배치를 고려할 수 있다. Feng shui geography should be considered first when attempting to build and remodel a temple (hermitage) to this day through the development and succession of Buddhism and Buddhist monk Doseon State Temple. This study was consulted by experts and composed observation variables as the basis for previous studies. As a result of the analysis, the observation variables 3-3 and 3-2 of Vivo Feng Shui Geography can be interpreted as affecting the location by artificially fixing Buddha statues, towers, and buildings on the location as architectural (pavilions). Measurement variable (2) Observation variable 1-1 of feng shui geography can be interpreted as affecting the temple's natural performance and psychological stability through feng shui and views. Measurement variable (3) The observed variables 1-4 of the building (pavilions) are the shape of the ground and play an important role in the arrangement of the pavilions. In addition, 4-7 can be interpreted as affecting temples (hermites) by controlling the stability of the location and the flow of energy through the establishment of a new road in Bibo Feng Shui. Measurement variables (4) The location takes into account the geographical environment, land, water vein, and surrounding environment, and determines the arrangement and direction of the temple hall through the principle of feng shui. Through this, it is possible to consider the selection of locations, supplementation of locations, and spatial arrangement in consideration of factors such as feng shui, architecture (pavilions), and non-feng shui.

        지역공공시설 재편성을 통한 학교시설 복합화 방안에 관한 연구 - 강남구의 지역공공시설 및 초·중·고등학교를 중심으로 -

        This study focuses on the review of the present condition of schools and regional public facilities and finds out the basic direction and practical task to utilize a mixed-use school as a regional community hub reorganizing schools and regional public facilities. School facilities have enough potential to be a center of everyday life and educational function with accessibility in neighborhood living environment. Nevertheless it has institutional limitation to make school facility work for entire region because schools and regional public facilities are built and administrated without collaboration of the local governments and office of education. Also current mixed-use school facilities are planned separately or laid out monotonously without local resident's demands. This research analyzes the possibility of mixed-use facility of current operating schools and regional public facilities in Gang-nam gu and categorizes possible public facilities for mixed-use. For successful complex plan of schools and public facilities, next step will be the improvement of administration and laws and the analysis of facilities what local residents need from the preliminary stage with consultation of various stakeholders.

        공작기계 주축시스템의 능동 밸런싱 장치에 관한 연구

        A high-speed spindle can be very sensitive to rotating mass unbalance which has harmful effect on many machine tools. Therefore, the balancing procedure to reducevibration in rotating system is certainly needed for all high-speed spindles. An active balancing program using influence coefficient method and an active balancing device of an electro-magnetic type have been applied to the developed high-speed spindle system in this study. A reliable gain-scheduling control using influence coefficients of the reference model although system characteristics are changed is applied. The stability of reference influence coefficients is verified by frequency response functions. The active balancing experiment for the developed high-speed spindle during operation is well performed with an active balancing program and device. As a result, controlled unbalance responses are below the vibration limit at all rotating speed ranges with critical speed.

        해수담수화 산업기술동향

        현재 우리나라가 세계최고 수준을 보유한 해수담수화기술과 해외 플랜트 수주확대를 위한 정부정책의 필요성에 따라 지속적인 해수담수화 시장 선점을 위한 새로운 핵심기술개발이 중요해지는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 물산업의 동향, 해수담수화기술의 개요 및 시장현황을 고찰하고, 국가 R&D지원 정책방향 및 기술개발지원현황 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 기업의 담수플랜트 운전경험 축적을 바탕으로 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있도록 제도적 장치가 필요하며, 원천기술확보를 위한 전략적 R&D지원이 이루어져야 한다. 또한, 담수화 플랜트에 소요되는 핵심기자재에 대한 국산화가 선행되어야 할 것이다. Korea is presently the leading country in global desalination industry and has been investing a large amount of money and human resources in development of new core technologies to increase its' share of global market. In this paper, we reviewed world-wide trends of the advanced water industry and outlined various seawater desalination technologies developed so far. We also made some analysis on the directions and results of the government-lead R&D sponsorship in the field of seawater-freshening technology. Present studies showed that we need an institutional strategy to help domestic companies guarantee the credibility of the technologies developed by themselves based upon their experience of plant operation. Futhermore, strategic R&D programs to develope original technologies and localization of key components for desalination plants should be preceded in the near future.
