차별피해경험이 초등학생의 사회적 약자에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구는 초등학생의 사회적 약자에 대한 태도가 그들이 겪는 차별피해경험으로 인해 어떤 영향을 받는지, 이러한 영향이 성별이나 가정환경, 자아개념 등의 개인 변수를 통제하고 난 후에도 변화가 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이후 시간의 변화에 따라 이러한 차별피해경험이 사회적약자에 대한 영향을 어떻게 바꾸는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기교육종단연구(GEPS)의 1∼3년도의 초등학교 4학년 대상의 코호트 데이터를 사용하였으며, 총 3,541명의 데이터를 다층성장모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 사회적 약자에 대한 태도는 시간이 흐름에 따라 이들을 돕고 싶어하는 태도가 높아지는 것이 보이며, 이러한 사회적 약자에 대한 태도의 초기치와 변화율에는 개인적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 차별피해경험은 사회적 약자에 대한 태도를 부정적으로 바꾸는 것으로 확인되었으며, 개인적인 변인을 추가한 이후에도 이러한 결과는 바뀌지 않았다. 셋째, 초등학생의 차별피해경험이 사회적 약자에게 주는 영향은 개인적 변수를 추가적으로 투입하였을 때 시간이 흐름에 따라 약해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초등학생이 경험하는 차별피해가 기존에 논의되었던 학생의 정서적, 사회적 발달의 저하뿐만 아니라, 시민적 역량에도 부정적인 영향을 주는 것을 제시하며, 관련 인권교육 정책에 가지는 시사점을 논의하고자 하였다. This study sought to understand whether elementary school students attitudes toward socially disadvantaged peers are affected by their experiences of discrimination, whether these effects change even after individual variables are controlled, and how they change over time. To this end, data from the 1st to 3rd year of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study (GEPS) was used, and 3,541 people s data were analyzed by applying a multi-level growth model. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, elementary school students attitudes toward the socially disadvantaged demonstrate an increase over time, along with personal differences in the initial values and rate of change in attitudes. Second, the experience of discrimination was found to have negatively changed attitudes toward the socially disadvantaged, and these results did not change even after accounting for personal variables. Third, the impact of the discriminatory experiences was weakened when personal variables were added. Based on these findings, the study discusses the implications of human rights education policies, suggesting that discrimination among elementary school students is detrimental to both the emotional and social development of the disadvantaged learners in question.

Objectives : Schisandrae Fructus (SF) has traditionally been used to balance level of body fluid and to strengthen kidney function. It has been reported that the SF extract has antioxidant, hepatoprotective, neuroprotective and anticancer effects. This study investigated an antiproliferative effect of SF extract on PC-3 human prostate cancer cells and analyzed active ingredients of SF extract qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods : We examined the antiproliferative effect of SF extract with MTT assay, DAPI staining and annexin-V/7-AAD double staining. The active ingredients of SF extract were identified by using HPTLC and HPLC/DAD system. Results : SF-chloroform fraction inhibited growth of PC-3 cells and changed the morphology of nucleus in a dose dependent manner. A dose-dependent apoptotic cell death was also measured by flow cytometry analysis. It was analyzed that SF-chloroform fraction contained more schizandrin than other fractions by using HPTLC and HPLC/DAD system. Conclusions : These results suggest that SF extract and schizandrin may be a potential chemotherapeutic agent for the control of PC-3 human prostate cancer cells.

As our society of the twenty-first century has entered into the era of pursuing added value based on knowledge and information, economic efficiency of invisible values has been demonstrated and their influence has been increasing. In addition, as people have more free time and money to relax, they ask markets to have delicate and specific differences in competitions of excess supply. Therefore, as a strategy to meet such competition, a variety of spacial marketing approaches through visual and spatial programs and contents which are sustainable in competitions have appeared. Therefore, this study examines cases of applying programs of culture and art which are icons of this emotion-based society to identify the meaning of culture and art and present directions of spatial marketing. A natural zeolite, deposit located at Guryongpo, Young-il bay, was found to be clinoptilolite containing impurities of heulandite and mordenite. Cation exchange capacity(CEC) for ammonia was about 1.41 meq/g from Na^+-form of the zeolite. In batch experiment, removal efficiency of ammonia was increased as particle size of zeolite and initial concentration of Na^+ were decreased and SR(Stoichiometric Ratio), time, and initial concentration of ammonia increased. More than 70% aluminum ion could be removed from water having 3 ppm ammonia and 0.7 ppm Al^(3+) by the batch adsorption(ion exchange) experiment. Regeneration of used zeolite with NaCl solution of pH=12 has shown more than 95% of regeneration efficiency when SR`(ratio of the amount of NaCl solution employed actually to the amount in a stoichiometric quantity) was equal to 2.0.

Academic literature uses the abstract to succinctly communicate complex research. An abstract may act as a stand-alone entity instead of a full paper. As such, an abstract is used by many organizations as the basis for selecting research that is proposed for presentation in the form of a poster, platform/oral presentation or workshop presentation at an academic conference. Most literature database search engines index only abstracts rather than providing the entire text of the paper. Full texts of scientific papers must often be purchased because of copyright and/or publisher fees and therefore the abstract is a significant selling point for the reprint or electronic version of the full-text. Abstracts are protected under copyright law just as any other form of written speech is protected. However, publishers of scientific articles invariably make abstracts publicly available, even when the article itself is protected by a toll barrier. 연구논문 : 고등학생의 김치이용 태도 및 급식 메뉴 개발 연구

Kimchi is the most well-known Korean traditional food, but it is also the main leftover of school lunch and dinner menus. This study aimed to familiarize teenagers with kimchi through school meals and to increase their daily kimchi intake, ultimately by appealing to the young generation`s taste. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the Ansan area to examine student`s acceptability of kimchi and their attitudes toward kimchi. Approximately 65% of males and 67% of female students liked the moderately fermented and pungent taste of kimchi. Kimchi served in school meals was regarded as nutritional but cheap. Approximately 72% of male and 82% of female students responded that they liked menu items using kimchi. Approximately 48% of students responded that menu items using kimchi in schools are not diverse. Students preferred meat as an ingredient in kimchi. The preferred cooking methods were stir-frying and frying, whereas boiling was the least favorite. Based on the survey results, ten kimchi menu items had been developed. The suitability of the menu was evaluated by students and cooks. Six kimchi items, including Kimchi mixed with rice, chicken, soybean sprouts, Kimchi cheese rice, stewed beef ribs with kimchi, rice topped with kimchi curry, kimchi cheese meat roast, and kimchi udong were considered appropriate for school meals, whereas kimchi kangchong, kimchi topokki, kimchi stew with surimi, and frozen Pollack kimchi soup were not suitable as menu items. Kimchi topokki was not accepted by students, while kimchi kangchong was not accepted by cooks. Cooks judged the suitability of a menu item by the cooking process and cooking times, whereas students judged an item by its sensory preference. Approximately 63% of students responded that kimchi intake has increased by participating in the development of kimchi dishes.
