        진로탐색 프로그램이 간호대학생의 진로탐색효능감과 진로탐색행동 및 진로결정수준에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to test the effect of a Career Search Program on career search efficacy, career search behavior, and career decision making for nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent pre-post test of a quasi-experimental design was used. Fifty first grade nursing students participated in the study with 22 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group. We used a Career Search Program which was held 6 times over 6 weeks, 90 minutes per session. Descriptive statistics, χ²-test, and independent t-test were used for statistical analysis with SPSS 19.0. Results: There were significant increases in career search efficacy (t=2.07, p=.044) and career search behavior(t=2.65, p=.011) in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, career decision making was not significantly changed (t=0.96, p=.342). Conclusion: These results suggest that a Career grade Search Program has an effect on increasing career search efficacy and career search behavior in first grade nursing students. In addition, more programs to impact career decision making should be developed for nursing college students.

        간호대학생의 전공만족도, 진로탐색효능감이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of satisfaction in major and career search efficacy on nursing students career search behavior. Method: Data were collected from 544 students by means of self reported questionnaires about satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior from March 2 to April 5, 2010. Result: The average score of satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior was 3.61, 3.37, and 2.39 respectively. There were positive correlations between satisfaction in major and career search behavior, between career search efficacy and career search behavior, and between satisfaction in major and career search efficacy. Satisfaction in major and career search efficacy were significant predictors of career search behavior. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing students satisfaction in major, career search efficacy and career search behavior.

        교대근무 간호사의 피로, 신체적 건강상태와 부적 정동에 영향을 미치는 요인

        The purpose of this study was to define the influencing factors of fatigue, physical health status and negative affectivity in shift-working nurses. Data were collected from 187 shift-working staff nurses who worked in one University hospital with self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA(Scheffe post hoc test) for relationship of participant’s characteristics to fatigue, physical health status and negative affectivity. Partial correlation and stepwise multiple regression was conducted to determine factors influencing negative affectivity. The results showed that working department, pay satisfaction, duty with sleep disturbance and excessive fatigue were associated with fatigue, physical health status and negative affectivity. By controlled these factors, fatigue(r=.561, p<.001) and physical health status(r=.623, p<.001) were partially correlated with negative affectivity. Fatigue(β=.409, p<.001) was significantly associated with negative affectivity and fatigue, physical health status and working department were explained 56.4% of the variance. Results suggested that programs for reduce shift-working nurse’s fatigue are required first. In addition, various working systems need to be considered for preventing negative affectivity due to shift work.

        대학생의 성 지식, 성 태도, 및 자기통제력이 성행동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : This study was conducted to analyze the factors affecting on Sex Behaviors in College Students Method : The data collection was progressed through a self-reporting questionnaire to 422 college students in J.do. and the collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Result: There were positive correlation between sexual knowledge and attitude(r=0.22, p<.001), sexual knowledge and sexual behavior(r=0.15, p=.002). sexual attitude and self control was negative correlation(r=0.30, p<.001). Factors affecting the sex behaviors in college students, gender(β=0.45), sexual attitude(β=0.25), smoking(β=0.18), heterosexuality(β= 0.16), and sexual knowledge (β=0.09). The explanatory power was 42.4%. Conclusion: The findings confirmed that for the sound sexual behavior of college students, it is needed to have the program that positive perception of sexual knowledge and sexual attitude. And also to have a sex education program that can promote self-respect, a major factor in the developmental change of sexual behavior.

        간호사의 지식공유가 혁신행동과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment in Clinical Nurses. Method: Data were collected from 305 nurses who had worked for over 2 years in 1 national university hospital using questionnaire and collected data was analyzed by the SPSS for Windows 12.0 program. Result: 1) The relationship of between Knowledge Sharing, Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment showed statistically significant positive correlation(r=.584, p=.000, r=.494, p=.000). 2) Knowledge Sharing appeared into a most important predictor in Innovative Behavior of Nurses, and then was working field, position in order (p=.000). All of these variables explained 39.3% of Innovative Behavior. 3) Knowledge Sharing appeared into a most important predictor in Organizational Commitment of Nurses, and then was duration of working, working field in order (p=.000). All of these variables explained 35.1% of Organizational Commitment. Conclusion: To increase Innovative Behavior and Organizational Commitment of Nurses, we will have to activate Knowledge Sharing.

        The aim of this study was to investigate hospital employees' knowledge, recognition and practice on the protection of personal information. A total of 250 hospital employees were selected using convenient sampling in J province. The data were collected using self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and descriptive statistics, Chi-squire test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Average score for knowledge, recognition and practice were significantly associated with gender, education, hospital size and there was a correlation among knowledge, recognition and practice. The results of this study will help to develop education program on the protection of personal information for hospital employees.

        간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 측정도구 단축형 개발

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the short form biomedical ethics scale. Methods: The research design for this study consisted of a methodological approach. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed to evaluate the construct validity, and linear regression and correlation between original scale and short form for convergent validity. Reliability was also evaluated by analyzing intra-class coefficient (ICC) and internal consistency (Cronbach``s .coefficient). Data were collected from 298 nursing students using self-reported questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS/WIN 21.0 version. Results: The short form biomedical ethics scale was constructed with 29-items. It has a strong explanation (adjusted R2=0.883) and high correlation (r=0.62) with the 49-item form and demonstrated sufficient ICC (.=.96) and internal consistency (.=.80). Conclusion: The 29-item short form biomedical ethics scale is a valid and reliable tool to measure nursing students`` and other healthcare personnel’s attitudes toward biomedical ethics and supports ethical decision in healthcare practice.

        보건계열 대학생의 환자 의료 정보 보호에 대한 인식과 수행

        Purpose: This study aims to identify perception, performance, and the related factors of performance in regards to patients medical information protection among allied health college students. Methods: Four hundred twelve subjects from three colleges located in Jeonbuk and Kyungbuk province consented to participate. Data was collected from November 28 to December 15, 2012. To assess perception and performance in regards to patients medical information protection, a self-reporting questionnaire was used. Data was analyzed via SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The score of perception and performance about patients medical information protection were 4.07 and 3.56, respectively. All items scores of performance were significantly lower than those of perception. The perception score was significantly different according to recognition of hospital ethics code (t=1.95, p=.052), and recognition of association ethics code (t=2.88, p=.004). The performance score was significantly different according to gender (t=-3.32, p=001), major (F=14.41, p<.001), clinical practicum hospitals (F=8.22, p<.001), and method of electronic medical record access (F=3.23, p=.023). The factors influencing performance were perception(β=.46, p<.001), duration of clinical practice(β=-.36, p<.001), and gender(β=.09, p=.033). Conclusion: In order to improve performance in regards to patients medical information protection of allied health college students, we should develop ethical education programs and standardize them through multidisciplinary collaboration.
