        신규 방사성 항암제 DW-166HC 의 소핵시험

        DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium (^(166)Ho)-Chitosan complex) is a new radiopharmaceutic anticancer agent with a broad anti-tumorigenic spectrum, especially against human hepatic cancer. DW-166HC was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after subcutaneous arid intravenous single administration. Bone marrow cells were prepared at 24 hr and 48 hr after DW-166HC-I (^(165)Ho-Chitosan complex : cold compound) administration and at 24 hr, 72 hr and 2 weeks after DW-166HC (^(166)Ho-Chitosan complex : hot compound) administration. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-166HC-I administered groups compared with a negative control group but there was statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus at 24 hr arid 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups, which was recovered after 2 weeks from the drug administration. The results also showed the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-166HC-I administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative controi group but there was significant difference of this ratio at 24hr and 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups compared with that of negative group, which was also recovered after two weeks from the drug administration. These results suggested that DW-166HC-I may not cause any chromosomal damage but DW-166HC has in vivo mutagenic potential because of its radioactivity.

        DW-116 {1-(5-fluoro-2-pyridyl)-6-fluoro-7-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid hydrochloride} is a new quinolone antibiotic with a broad antibacterial spectrum against G(+) and G(-) bacteria. DW-116 was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after intraperitoneal and oral single administration. We prepared the bone marrow cells at 30hr after drug administration and they were used for measuring PCE with micronucleus. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase in the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-116 administered groups compared with a negative control group. The results also showed that the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes(NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-l16 administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative control group. These results suggested that DW-116 may not cause any chromosomal damage and it has no in vivo mutagenic potential under these experimental conditions.

        감성적 경험 중심의 디자인 분석과 활용 전략 연구

        오늘날 감성의 요소는 소비환경에서 중요한 표현 수단으로 자리 잡고 있어, 제품을 개발하는 디자인 과정에서도 다양한 감성적 경험요소를 적용할 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 감성유형의 의미를 핵심적인 디자인 요소로 제안하고, 주방용 도자 브랜드 제품들을 감성적 경험 중심의 디자인 요소로 분석함으로써 도자 제품개발 과정에 효율적으로 활용 할수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 국내외 주방용 도자기 회사 및 디자이너 스튜디오 관련 인터넷사이트의 정보와, 논문과 단행본을 포함한 출판물들. 언론매체의 기사 등의 문헌조사를 통하여 기초자료를 수집하였고 자료 내용의 고찰과 분석을 토대로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 범위와 내용에서는 먼저 생활환경과 소비문화를 근거로 주방용 도자 산업의 변화요인을 파악하고 감성적 경험중심의 디자인 개념과 감성 제품의 발단단계를 다룸으로써 외형의 미학적 감성요소 중심에서 무형의 의미 전달이 중요한 감성요소로 부각되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 감성적 경험 중심의 디자인요소를 무형화의 의미가치와 유형화의 표현 도구로 나누어 도자제품의 사례를 중심으로 분석함에 있어, 무형의 의미는 개인적 의미, 사회적 의미, 문화적 의미의 세 가지 차원의 감성유형으로 분류하고 세부요소로 감성을 유발하는 매개체, 감성코드, 감성언어의 측면과 디자인의 유형화 도구로 미학적 감각의 표현 요소와 기능으로 구체화 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 세 가지 감성 유형의 의미가 추구하는 가치를 기반으로 제품을 개발하고자 한다면, 고려되어야 할 디자인 방향은 사회 문화적인 맥락에서 능동적인 시장 조사가 수반되어야 하고, 제품의 핵심적인 의미 철학의 적용은 일관성과 동시에 다양성이 공존해야 한다. 또한 혁신적인 디자인기획의 가능성은 개방된 디자인 환경과 사고에서 비롯될 수 있으며, 가치 있는 제품의 의미창출은 협력과 협업으로 가능 하다. 이러한 방향과 환경 속에서 발견된 감성적의미는 제품에 가장 핵심적이고 강력한 도구로써 브랜드의 정체성과 가치를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 수단으로 활용될 수 있다. Emotional factors play a crucial expressive role in contemporary consumer environments. The product design process therefore inevitably involves strategies to evoke various aspects of emotional experience. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to demonstrate the implications of specific types of emotion as key design elements, and presented guidelines for their efficient application in the ceramic product development process by analyzing ceramic kitchenware brand products as emotional experience-centered design elements. The research methodology included a basic data collection based on relevant databases, Internet searches on ceramic product manufacturers and studios, as well as reference literature such as published dissertations, books, and media coverage, followed by a review and analysis of the content. The scope and content of this study were as follows. First, the changing factors influencing the ceramic kitchenware industry were examined in light of living environments and consumer culture. The changing trends were subsequently analyzed with specific focus on the design concept and product development stages associated with emotional experiences. The results indicated that the evolution of design-related emotional elements of products demonstrated a shift from focusing on the importance of aesthetic interest to the conveyance of invisible connotative values. Based on this finding, design elements focusing on emotional experiences were categorized into immaterial connotative values and material expression tools. These categories were then applied to the case studies on ceramic products. Finally, product analyses were performed under the classification of the immaterial values into three types of emotion, namely individual, social, and cultural values. For analytical purposes, each category was sub-divided into emotion-inducing media, emotional codes, and emotional language. The design elements were concretized as the expressive and functional elements of aesthetic sensitivity to analyze the materializing tool. Product design based on the values related to the significance associated with the three types of emotion proposed in this study should take the following design directions into consideration. An active socio-cultural market survey should be conducted, and the semantic philosophy informing the essence of the product should include both consistency and diversity. In addition, a liberal design environment and mindset can stimulate innovative design planning, and cooperation and collaboration make innovative meaning creation related to a valuable product possible. The emotion-laden values associated with particular products that are discovered following these guidelines could be used as essential and potent tools to enhance brand identity and value.

        DW2282 의 용매의존성 항암효과 및 약동력학

        DW2282, (S)-(+)-4-phenyl-1-[N-(4-aminobenzoyl)-indolin-5-sulfonyl]-4,5-dihydro-2-imidazolone hydrochloride, is a novel anticancer agent thought to have an unique mechanism of action on the inhibition of tumor growth. In this study, we estimated in vivo antitumor activities and pharmacokinetics of DW2282 depending on various vehicles. The inhibition rate of tumor growth was increased by 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg of DW2282 in a dose-dependent manner. When DW2282 dissolved in 4 sorts of vehicles was orally single dosed to rats at 50 mg/kg, Cmax of DW2282 in 0.5% CMC.Na was a half as high as those in PG, PG+CP and PG+CP+DW. When DW2282 was orally administered to mice for 5 days, antitumor activity of 130 mg/kg suspended in 0.5% CMC.Na was as effective as that of 65 mg/kg dissolved in the rest of vehicles. Taken together, it is thought that antitumor activities of DW2282 are resulted from the absorption extent of it and related to the vehicle used.

        신재생에너지시스템을 위한 공통접지가 있는 고승압 DC-DC 컨버터

        A high step-up gain DC-DC converter with a single switch is introduced in this paper. The introduced DC-DC converter can provide the common ground between renewable energy sources and the negative side of the output load. The extension of an introduced DC-DC converter is also presented to provide the high voltage gain. In addition, the voltage stresses across the devices of the introduced DC-DC converter are still low. The theoretical analysis and a comparison considering other converters previously published in the literature are presented in the paper. In order to validate the introduced DC-DC converter characteristic, a simulation and prototype have been built with a power rating of 450 W.

        다중지능 이론에 기초한 도자 공예 디자인 교육개발 연구-또래집단기 아동의 언어지능 중심으로-

        지능 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있는 언어 발달은 어린이의 성장과정에서 지적 발달의 기본적인 전제 조건이 됨으로 지적 능력 향상을 위한 다양한 교육적 기회를 제공하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 입체 표현 발달 단계 중 또래집단기(9-11세) 어린이의 언어 지능의 지적 능력 발달을 중심으로 도자 공예 디자인 수업을 개발하고자 하였으며, 그 교육적 효과는 다중지능의 이론을 기초로 하여 여러 지능이 서로 교류하고 상호작용 할 수 있도록 연구하였다. 다중지능 이론은 무엇보다 지적 능력을 발전시킬 수 있는 요인으로 풍부한 교육적 환경의 중요성을 강조하였으며, 시각과 촉각을 동시에 자극하여 아동의 생각과 감정을 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있는 도자 공예 디자인과의 통합적인 교육 개발로 다양한 맥락 속에서 다중지능의 교육적 효과를 기대 할 수 있다. Language Development, which is closely tied into the development of intelligence, is one of fundamental prerequisites for the intellectual growth of children, and children should be exposed to a wide variety of educational opportunities to improve their intellectual ability. The purpose of this study was to develop instructions for ceramic art based on the development of the verbal intelligence of children of the gang age, part of the stages of solid expression development. Specifically, it`s attempted to boost interactive exchange among different sorts of intelligences according to multiple intelligences theory. In multiple intelligences theory, the importance of educational environments was accentuated as one of factors to elevate intellectual ability, and ceramic art could provide children with a chance to express their ideas and feelings in a natural manner by simultaneously stimulating their sense of sight and tactile sense. An integrative educational development effort to apply multiple intelligences theory to ceramic art is expected to contribute to enhancing multiple intelligences in diverse contexts.

        2차원 층상 구조 전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 레이저 식각에 의한 직접-간접 띠간격 구조 연구

        Single-layered transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) exhibit more interesting physical properties than those of bulk TMDs owing to the indirect to direct bandgap transition occurring due to quantum confinement. In this research, we demonstrate that layer-by-layer laser etching of molybdenum diselenide ($MoSe_2$) flakes could be controlled by varying the parameters employed in laser irradiation (time, intensity, interval, etc.). We observed a dramatic increase in the photoluminescence (PL) intensity (1.54 eV peak) after etching the samples, indicating that the removal of several layers of $MoSe_2$ led to a change from indirect to direct bandgap. The laser-etched $MoSe_2$ exhibited the single $MoSe_2$ Raman vibration modes at ${\sim}239.4cm^{-1}$ and ${\sim}295cm^{-1}$, associated to out-of-plane $A_{1g}$ and in-plane ${E^1}_{2g}$ Raman modes, respectively. These results indicate that controlling the number of $MoSe_2$ layers by laser etching method could be employed for optimizing the performance of nano-electronic devices.

        가정용 전기침대의 고장원인에 따른 위험 요인분석

        Nowadays, people start to prefer more convenient, affordable, and efficient products due to industrial development and scientific development, more products are being offered to customers. However, in order to increase the profit, more safety accidents are increasing as manufacturers begin to develop more low-cost products. Especially like electrical and mechanical issues of heating appliances like electric mats, blankets, and pads have high percentage among them. The risk of open or short-circuit problems of electric beds caused by the heat storage operation due to the flexibility or careless ways of storing products have been solved, but many other problems such as circuits are still exposed to the customers. Therefore, this thesis will cover and analyze malfunction factors of electric beds excluding problems caused by flexibility and will confirm the risk of fire through temperature changes of each malfunction factors.

        The global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems are being increasingly prominent, people earnestly hope to apply a new technology to save energy and protect environment. LED(Light Emitting Diode) illumination light-source is just this kind of charming new technology. People attach ore and more importance to the semiconductor illumination for its remarkable merits just as longevity, energy saving, green environmental protection and so on, and consider it as the most valuable, new light source in the 21st century. The relatively recent development of LED is proving to have significant impact in lighting technology. In this paper study up on the theory, characteristic of LED and the parameter which is necessary consideration in drive circuit design and the sting configuration method.
