The Study of Deep Level Behaviors in Si Contaminated by Iron

Fe 강제오염된 p-Si에서 여러 가지 quenching 조건에 기인한 에너지 준위들을 deep level transient spectroscopy(DLTS)를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 또한 선택 에칭방법/Optical microscope을 이용한 BMD(bulk micro-defeat)측정을 통하여 Fe 침전물 형서에, Fe 확산을 위한 어닐링 후 Cooling 조건이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. Cooling 조건들이 여러 종류의 hole trap과 bulk micro-defeat(BMD)형성에 영햐을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, normal cooling의 경우 $\textrm{Fe}_{i}$, 또는 Fe-O complex 와 관계있는 $\textrm{T}_{1},\;\textrm{T}_{2},\;\textrm{T}_{3},\;\textrm{T}_{4}$ trap이 나타났으며, Slow Cooling 의 영향으로 인하여 활성화 에너지가 0.4eV에 해당하는 trap들이 관찰되었다. 또한 $\textrm{Fe}^{+}\textrm{}^{-}$ pair(H4: 0.56eV)는 $\textrm{LN}_{2}$ quenching한 경우에서만 나타났다. We investigated the effects of cooling condition on deep levels and iron precipitate formation in iron-contaminated p-type silicon by DLTS(Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy) and preferential etching technique. Dependency of cooling condition on Bulk Micro-Defect (BMD) and four different iron-related deep traps were observed. For normal cooling condition, T1, T2, T3, T4 traps that related to Fe\ulcorner or Fe-O complex were obtained. However, the trap with activation energy, 0.4 eV was observed for slow cooling condition. The trap caused by the $\textrm{Fe}^{+}\textrm{}^{-}$ pair (H4:0.56eV) were detected only at the case of $\textrm{LN}_{2}$ quenching condition.
A Study of Crystalline Behaviour on $\textrm{As}^{+}$ Ion-Implanted Silicon

We investigated the crystalline behavior in active ion implanted silicon through Raman spectroscopy. Four a-Si(amorphous Si) peaks were observed that are related to the ion implantation induced a-Si layer. After the isochronical anneal(30min). and isothermal anneal($450^{\circ}C$), noticeable recovery of crystalline-Si peak at 519cm\ulcorner and peak center shift of the a-Si TO from 465cm\ulcorner to 480cm\ulcorner were observed by RNM(Random Network Model). By applying RNM and SCLM(Spatial Correlation Length Model), the peak center and FWHM(the Full Width at half Maximum) of a-Si were changed dramatically between T\ulcorner=$200^{\circ}C$ and 30$0^{\circ}C$. From the results, it can be said that there is an abrupt structural change at this temperature region.

As^+와 P^+ 이온들이 주입된 실리콘에서, 주입 이온들의 확산 및 실리콘의 재결정화에 열처리(thermal annealing)가 미치는 영향에 대해서 조사하였다. 여기서 이온 주입량은 실리콘 표면영역을 비정질화하기에 충분한 양이였다. 이온 주입 시 실리콘 내부에 생성된 손상(damage)들을 제거하기 위해, 온도와 시간을 변화시켜 가며 시편을 전기로 속에서 열처리하였다. 그러나 이때 야기된 도우펀트들의 과도적인 확산(transient enhanced diffusion)에 의해서 접합 깊이는 예측한 것보다 더욱 깊은 곳에서 나타났다. 이러한 과도적인 확산은 주로 이온 주입으로 인해 야기된 시편들의 손상(damage)들을 제거하기 위한 열처리 과정동안 일어난 것으로 생각된다. 이것은 SIMS(Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy)와 SUPREM Ⅳ simulation에 의해서 확인할 수가 있었다'. As^+, P^+ 이온이 주입된 실리콘의 결정성 회복을 Raman 분광법을 이용하여 조사하였다. We have studied on the effect of thermal annealing on the dopant diffusion and the recrystallization in the As^+ or P^+ implanted amorphous silicon layer. The specimen was annealed in conventional furnace annealing in order to eliminate the damage induced by ion implantation. The junction depth is considered to be shifted to deeper site due to the transient enhanced diffusion of dopants during the process of thermal annealing. The diffusion of dopants during the furnace annealing was measured using SIMS and SUPREM Ⅳ simulation. The recrystallization of amorphous silicon layer, formed by ion implantation was studied by Raman experiment.

This paper explores the ethical representation and responsibility of the post-memory generation in Sebastian Barry’s The Secret Scripture. Barry intertwines Roseanne Clear’s Testimony and Dr. Grene’s Commonplace book to trace the genealogical history of the asylums so-called ‘Magdalena Laundry.’ The protagonist displays typical characteristics of a patient who has experienced a traumatic event, and her testimony is concealed, erased, and even embellished. Her experience is not limited to just herself; rather Barry expands it allegorically to all of Irish society. Although Dr. Grene, the director of the hospital, is not directly responsible for imprisoning “the lost women” like Roseanne, he is not entirely free from the responsibility for neglecting them. Dr. Grene, as the postmemory generation, unearths the secrets embedded in Roseanne’s testimony, one that she cannot verbalize in her testimony referring to other official memories. He does not simply diagnose pathological trauma but interprets Roseanne’s personal testimony and official documents hermeneutically. Through Dr. Grene’s exploration of Roseanne’s incredible narrative the silenced secret is finally acquired as a historical archive.
반려동물이 노인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 고찰

최근 우리나라는 급속한 경제성장과 더불어 사회구조의 변화를 겪게 되면서 노인 부양의식이 약화되었고, 이로 인해 노인들은 가족 내에서 점점 더 소외되고 가족 간의 유대감이나 친밀감 대신 외로움을 더 많이 느끼게 되었다. 노인들이 갖는 외로움, 고독감 등은 노인자살 증가 등 심각한 사회문제의 원인으로 부각되고 있어 이에 대한 해결방안이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 노인의 외로움과 고독감을 해소하여 삶의 질을 향상시키는 방안으로서, 반려동물 매개활동의 필요성과 가능성을 선행연구 탐색을 통해 분석했다. 선행연구들에 따르면 삶의 질은 경제적 상황과 같은 객관적 요인에 의해서도 영향을 받지만 사회적 지지, 관심도, 유대감, 역할, 자신감과 같은 주관적 요인에 의한 영향도 매우 크게 나타났다. 또한 반려동물이 노인의 삶에 대한 연구들에 따르면 반려동물과 지내는 노인의 우울증이 현격하게 감소했고 오락 활동을 통한 치료보다 동물을 이용한 치료가 사회적으로도 높은 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인은 객관적 또는 주관적 그리고 심리적 요인을 간과할 수 없다는 결과에서 보여주듯이 노년기에 반려동물은 정서적 지지, 역할 부여 등 다양한 측면에서 긍정적인 효과를 주는 중요한 것임을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 변화하는 사회구조 속에서 노인들이 소통할 수 있는 매개체로서 반려동물을 이용하여 심리적, 정서적으로 안정감을 가질 수 있도록 함으로써 삶의 질을 향상할 수 있도록 하는 반려동물프로그램 도입이 적극으로 고려되어야 할 것으로 보인다. Recently we have with economic growth many rapid sociocultural changes and an increase in the number of nuclear families. Due to these changes elderly people feel loneliness in families instead of a sense of closeness or a bond with their children. The feeling of loneliness causes elderly suicide that increases every year and it is required solution and prevention rapidly. This study aims to analyse literatures which explores the evidence that companion animals can contribute to quality of life. And then we searched needs and possibilities of AAA(animal assisted activity) as a way to reduce loneliness of elderly people. Quality of life of old aged people is influenced not only by objective factor like economic situation, but also by subjective factors like social support, attention, fellowship, roles etc. Literatures that explores influences on elderly people"s quality of life of companion animals showed that depression of people with companion animals was much lower than people with no pet. And therapy with animals is more effective than a Therapy through entertainment activity. As results of study show that psychological factor plays very important role in Quality of life, companion animals have positive effects in psychological and emotional aspect. Thus, to improve quality of life of elderly people, the programs with companion animals must be considered because companion animals can reduce loneliness of old people.
타란티노의 <바스터즈> : 전쟁영화의 메타시네마적 재현

This paper analyzes Quentin Tarantino s film Inglourious Basterds as metacinema. The film originated from the director s idea of revenge against Hitler on behalf of his Jewish friends. The plot essentially depicts ridiculous special forces assassinating Hitler and Nazi leaders. Tarantino draws attention not to the history of WW2 but to the making of war films and their discourse in the Hollywood film industry. Inglourious Basterds as metacinema not only arms the film with genre consciousness, but also partakes of and critiques old Hollywood’s genre conventions. Tarantino questions the old war film formulas of cinematic narratives that are subjugated to the illusion of history and representation of reality. Instead, in this film, he breaks the fixed framework of the genre, planting playful cinematic imagination into the representation of history, where political power and ideology have traditionally been used. For instance, the film deliberately employs languages that have long been excluded from realistic representation in Hollywood war movies as a suspenseful device. Moreover, the “film within a film” Nation’s Pride, which uses a similar visual style to Hollywood war films, reveals the genre’s close relationship with Nazi propaganda aesthetics. Thus, the iconic Operation Kino scene in Inglourious Basterds, the explosion in the theater, could be seen, by extension, as signaling an end to Hollywood s conventional war films and blazing a new trail.
헨리 제임스의 『미국인』: 뉴먼의 자기확신과 인식적 한계

This paper aims to examine the way that American businessman Christopher Newman experiences and interprets European culture and people with his own confined perspectives in The American. The hero cannot be acknowledged and accepted by the aristocratic Bellegardes, not only because the family judges Newman by his social status but also because he has a lack of manners and a weak grasp of the complexity of deeper human values. Above all, Newman is throughly limited by his commercialistic assumptions and self-assurance based on his strong confidence in the power of his wealth. In addition, he does not react to the new cultural environment flexibly, and he holds fast to the optimistic belief that the world is for his taking and tries to apply a ‘black and white`` moral principle by force. As a result, his self-reflection and the possibility of the perceptive growth are confined, and his experiences do not give an impetus to the active development of perception. Furthermore, the main causes of Newman``s perceptive failure also come from deficiencies of moral imagination and sensibility.

This paper examines the pragmatic experiences and conversion of perception in The Ambassadors. The hero, Lambert Strether, who is engaged to Mrs. Newsome, comes to Paris as an ambassador to take her son Chad Newsome home. The dilemma comes from the fact that Strether, as a man of sensibility, is burdened with Puritan dogmas. However, his moral sense does not remain inflexible and unchanged. It undergoes considerable change as he meets with new experiences in Paris. His inner experience demonstrates a great swing from a public to a private conscience, from a fixed code of conduct to a flexible code of conduct. Strether never stops re-describing experiences by judging each event through his own metaphors.`` In particular, the process by which he continuously reconstructs the meanings of the experiences through his moral imagination represents the epitome of the pragmatic attitude. Strether finds himself on the point of losing everything at the end of the novel, and he decides to return to Woollett “to be right.” His decision is pragmatic conversion that overcomes society``s values and finally leads him to perceptive freedom.

(100) Si 웨이퍼에 고농도의 As이온을 주입한 후 여러가지 열적 어닐링 처리를 하였을 때 이온 주입층 내부에 나타나는 격자변형층(strained layer)과 깊이 방향의 변형률 분포(strain depth distribution)를 X-ray 로킹 커브 측정과 로킹커브 시뮬레이션(simulation)을 통하여 살펴 보았다. 어닐링 처리전의 비정질/결정질층 계변인 약 1400Å 깊이에서 일정한 두께의 결함층이 형성되어 있다는 것을 알 수가 있었다. 그리고 As 농도분포 및 총 결함 분포(net defect distribution)를 각각 SIMS와 TRIM code를 이용하여 구하였다. 600℃ 열처리한 시료에서 로킹커브 분석에 의해 나타난 positive 변형은 오직 0.14 ㎛ 하단에서 나타나고 있었다. 이것은 본 실험의 이온주입 조건에서 생성되는 비정질 층의 두께가 0.14 ㎛ 임을 간접적으로 보여주고 있는 것이며, TRIM-Code로부터 분석된 결과와 잘 일치하고 있었다. 또한 로킹커브의 분석에 의해 나타나는 positive 변형의 원인은 이온 주업에 의해 형성된 비정질/단결정 계면(amorphous/crystalline interface) 하단의 잉여 interstitial에 의한 영향이라 판단된다. Strained layers and strain depth profile of high dose As ion implanted (100) Si wafer annealed at various temperatures have been investigated by means of X-ray double crystal diffractometry (X-ray DCD). The results obtained by x-ray rocking curve analysis showed a defect layer at the original amorphous/ crystalline interface of 1400Å depth. In addition arsenic ion concentration profiles and defect distributions in depth were obtained by the SIMS and TRIM-code simulation. The positive strain depth profile determined from the rocking curve analysis were only presented under 0.14 ㎛ from the surface for samples annealed at 600℃. The result was shown that the thickness of amorphous layer is 0.14 ㎛ indirectry, and it was good agreement with the TRIM-Code simulation. Additionally, it could be thought that the positive strain have been affected residual interstitial atoms under the amorphous/crystalline interface formed by ion implantation.
