4D프로세스와 EVMS를 통한 다차원적 건설프로젝트 관리

These days, the construction projects go large scale that is larger than old days one. In these trend, we need more detailed and ingenious project management system. But muti-dimensional management system is so complex and difficult, so it's not eazy to approach that ground. So, I propose a new access method for solving that subject. The solution is BIM based 3D process model with the progress of work. And 3D process model with progress of work is combined with EVMS(Earned Value Management System), that means proposing a five dimensional construction management system.

Today, the form of competition among companies quickly changes in new paradigm. In the past company activity was performed independently, but now dependently. With global age, that change is essential, the introduction of a system that integrates a series of courses is needed for the success of members. Nevertheless, those change are very slow in construction industry, that causes a lot of loss in project process. Construction industry produce structures with collaboration of other industries. There are difficulties that only one company make it, alone. In this trend, cooperation is essential. but the process of original brings a lot of loss. From this perspective, this study will prove dependencies of construction industry. Draw out each factor from industrial cooperation, those analyze correlation with system dynamics. In conclusion, this study performs a basic research about ``Integrated Management System`` of construction project.

Construction industry supports the national key industry that gives considerable influence in domestic economy. So, there are many studies on construction industry fluctuation. However, it is true that the studies based on the relationship between supply and demand in construction industry and analysis of construction industry variation trend were insufficient. Thus, this study defines the relationship between supply and demand in construction industry by overall analyzation of Construction Industrial Structure. In addition, after reviewing the mutual causality with System Dynamics concerning the construction fluctuation factors, it presents comparison and analyzation of the variation trend. Finally, this study that enables to analyze and estimate the variation trend contributes for stabilization of domestic economy.

Turn-key and CMF(CM for Fee) have been selected as procurement paths of large public projects in Korea. However, recently, researches and discussions on CMR(CM at Risk) have been popular as the Korean government seeks for alternative procurement paths to enhance the performance. In the CMR projects, the part who is responsible for construction management should predict and control the potential risks for guaranteeing benefits. In this research, CMR projects in which a general contractor plays the role as CMr is mainly analyzed. We give attentions to risk management during construction process given that subcontractors, main parts in this phase, work in various ways and thus more chances for faults exist. In this case, CMr manages risks to control the procedure of project. So, potential risk factors can constitute the database, and that database can be matched to following activity. And construction manager can forecast measures of risk using the result of matching. This chain of activities increase efficiency in roles of CMr on CMR(CM at Risk). Furthermore this study will propose one of the solution of Construction Management Module.
DEA기법을 이용한 시공능력평가 순위와 건설업체 운영효율성의 상관관계 분석

A ranking of construction capability evaluation is the one of considering fact when a owner choose construction company. However, sometimes, companies faces financial problem even if they are in higher ranking of construction capability evaluation. This study is doing correlation analysis for their connection between management efficiency evaluation and a ranking of construction capability evaluation in top 100 companies of the ranking. Output factors have a minus in chosen input-output factors for evaluating management efficiency of construction companies. Moreover, this study uses DEA and BCC Models, because they have difference in a size. There are 23 efficient DMUs for efficiency evaluation and they are scattered over the field. However, size efficiency has directivity tendency. There are strong DRS disposition in high 50% companies, and IRS inclination in the others. Evaluating the effectiveness and value of construction skills ranked 1 to 10 units divided into sectors, our analysis of the results 1 to 10 belong to the one between companies, as well as the effective number of DMU average, highest, lowest at the differences between different sectors shows the superior efficiency compared to other sectors, but no direction could not be found. At the correlation analysis result, it is not very relevant the CRS and VRS efficiency between construction ability and efficiency rank. However, scale efficiency has gotten a strong relevance.
BSI를 이용한 생산요소와 건설기업 경기의 관계성 분석

In current business world, the excessively rapid fluctuation influences not only construction industry, but also companies. Such condition can be determined by BSI(Business Survey Index). Production Factors which are directly effected by the macroeconomics have great impacts on the profitability of construction companies. Moreover, considering the effect on housing supply, this phenomenon can fairly influence the business cycle in construction industry. In this regard, the funding, labor, materials : production factors which are the basic components of the structure should be associated with the construction company business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the BSI of production factors and that of construction company through the VARM(Vector Auto-Regression Model). The results of this research are as follow; The slight relationship between the BSI of production factors and that of construction company; The significance of systematic & effective management in materials and funding.
건설 프로젝트에서 디지털 패브리케이션의 프로젝트 이점에 대한 사례 연구

Recently, the free-form buildings are continuously increasing in the world. However, due to the shortage of experience and technology in the project of the free-form buildings, problems such as increase of construction cost, increase of air and deterioration of construction quality are occurring. In this study, data on the 27 free-form projects in Korea and abroad using digital fabrication were collected through the journals, reports, articles, and websites of the institutes and case studies were conducted based on the collected data. Based on the following case analysis, we conducted evaluation of case data analysis based on the knowledge domain specified in PMBOK. Evaluation of case data analysis shows that the application of digital fabrication is divided into positive and negative effects for each knowledge area in the free-form building project. Using the results of the analysis, we can confirm the knowledge field showing the positive effect on the free-form building project by using digital fabrication. However, the data scale of the project using the digital fabrication is not realized at present and research is insufficient. In Korea, a small number of specialists were interviewed and verified because experts do not exist much in korea. Therefore, this study is expected to suggest the necessity of applying digital fabrication in the free-form building projects in the construction industry.

The purpose of this study is to apply the process model of the pre-design stage to CPLM (Construction Project Life-cycle Management). Life-cycle consists of 4 stage; Pre-design, Design, Construction, Maintenance. Each stage has organic relations between front and rear stage. Therefore it is important to manage and use the information data of each stage. But these data are not carried to the next stage smoothly, especially at the pre-design stage. It is even vague to define the process of the pre-design stage. To carry and share the information well, this study defines Pre-design stage process and CPLM at first, VA-Cityplanner which is the development system of the pre-design process model is applied to CPLM for the smooth current of the data between participants.
