알루미늄 합금의 압출 금형용 SKD61 강재의 질화특성과 마모에 대한 연구

The friction and wear characteristics of nitriding coatings on SKD61 which is mold material using for extrusion of aluminum alloy were investigated. The coatings were deposited by the gas nitride, salt bath nitride and oxidation treatment the thickness were about 181㎛, 148 ㎛ and 65 ㎛ respectively. Reciprocating friction wear tests were conducted by varying pin load and temperature of counter substrate at un-lubricated condition. The pin loads were 15 kgf and the substrate temperatures was 120℃ and measured the hardness of the nitrideds surface by micro Vickers. We confirmed the sample characteristics based on the analysis of each.
