본 논문은 소프트 CPU 기반의 전장품 설계 및 개발에 대한 것을 다루고 있다. 소프트 CPU는 소프트웨어를 이용한 로직 합성을 통해서 FPGA 내부에 구성되는 마이크로 프로세서이다. 소프트 CPU중 Nios-Ⅱ 프로세서를 적용하여 다양하고, 다시 구성할구 있고, 다시 조립 가능한 하부 모듈로 설계하고, 개발하였다. 모듈화를 구성하기 위해서 메인 보드와 하부 보드 모두 전원과 데이터 버스가 공통으로 구성하고 선택적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. This paper describes the design and implementation of an avionics based on soft CPU. A soft CPU is a microprocessor core that can be wholly implemented in FPGA using logic synthesis. Design and integration of a modular architecture for a versatile, reconfigurable and re-adaptable is presented with the Nios-Ⅱ processor. To gain modular architecture, both at main board and sub-board level, attention has been paid to the selection of interfaces and of an adequate data and power bus.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of “strategic moves” (or strategic change) on the likelihood of organizational survival in a population of firms which has undergone radical transformations in its environment. To this end, we propose and test two competitive hypotheses which are the result of two other theoretical perspectives about the consequences of strategic change: the adaptation view (classic strategic management and dynamic capabilities) and the ecological approach. Two competing hypotheses, adaptation perspective and the organizational ecology perspective, for empirical study were performed. In this study, the analysis was conducted and targeted electronic components manufacturing industry with high environmental dynamism. An in-depth comparison between the strategic changes and organizational survival from two perspectives are available by examining how it is the support. Electronic components manufacturing industry for the 1982-2011 panel data on the organization’s strategic change and survival analysis were used. First, industrial strategy of SSTPs was classified by the movement of strategies between the SSTPs in the organizational survival. I used the probit regression to analyze. The results confirm the negative and significant effect of strategic change on the organizational survival with organizational ecology perspective. In other words, the strategic change has a negative effect on the organizational survival. Through this study, the generalization of the results can be improved by analysis based on the two theoretical perspectives about both the strategic change and the organizational survival.

기계가공으로 제작되고 알칼리 화학세정을 거친 알루미늄합금(A5083) 진공용기에 대한 기체방출 특성을 조사하였다. 상온배기를 시작한 후 가열탈기체 처리를 하기 전 까지 배기곡선은 ~$t^{-1.15}$ 모양을 따랐다. 이 알루미늄 진공용기에 대한 배기곡선을 비교적 간단한 모델들을 사용하여 용기의 내표면에 흡착되어 있는 물의 1차 방출로 분석하였다. ~$10^{-5}-10^{-8}$Torr 압력구간에서 물분자는 ~17 - 22 kcal/mol사이의 탈리에너지 값을 가지는 몇 개의 흡착석에서 방출됨을 알 수 있었다. 한편 $100^{\circ}C$, 24 시간 가열 탈기체 처리후 알루미늄용기에 대한 기체방출률은 상온에서 ~1$\times$$10^{-13}$ Torr$\ell$/s $\textrm{cm}^2$로 측정되었다. We measured the pumpdown curves of an A5083 vacuum chamber and analyzed the outgassing in terms of desorption energies of water. The outgassing curves follow a ~$t^{-1.15}$ behavior before bakeout, which can be described by the first-order desorption of water molecules in the oxide layer. Analysis of the curves reveals that there exist several adsorption sites on the surface for water in the pressure range of ~$10^{-5}\;-\;10^{ -8}$Torr. Measurements utilizing the throughput method show that the room temperature outgassing rate is ~1{\times}10^{-13}$ Torr $\ell$/s $\textrm{cm}^2$ after 24 - h bakeout at $100^{\circ}C$.
