The purpose of this study is to see how the stability of posture due to elastic band during plank movement affects walking. Thirty healthy men in their 20s were given a total of 30 minutes of 10 general plank exercises, 10 plank exercises with two hip joints adduction, and 10 plank exercises with one hip joint adduction. The plank movement was conducted three times a week for a total of six weeks, with a five-minute warm-up. The results of this study are as follows: There was a significant difference between period and group interactions on cadence (p<0.05), with significant difference between the period and group between the left foot on stride length of the left side foot (p<0.05), with significant difference between the period and the period of the interaction between the right foot and the period on stride length of the right side foot (p<0.05), and a one-step change between the right foot and the military interaction on Step time of the right side foot(p<0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the resistance movement on the adduction of both hips increases the instability of the trunk over the normal plank movement and adduction of one hip, thereby enhancing walking ability along with the stability of the trunk. 본 연구는 건강한 20대 남자 대학생 30명을 대상으로 플랭크운동과 탄력밴드에 의한 엉덩관절모음운동이 보행에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법은 플랭크운동집단 10명, 양쪽 엉덩관절모음-플랭크운동군 10명, 한쪽 엉덩관절모음-플랭크운동군 10명을 30분씩, 주 3회, 총 6주로 진행하였다. 그 결과 분속수의 변화와 왼쪽다리의 한걸음길이, 오른쪽다리의 한걸음길이, 오른쪽 다리의 한걸음시간이 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 본 연구의 결론은 양쪽 엉덩관절의 모음에 대한 저항 운동이 일반적 플랭크운동과 한쪽 엉덩관절 모음보다 몸통의 자세불안정성을 더욱 증가시켜 보행 능력을 향상시키는 것으로 차후의 자세불안정성을 증대하는 다양한 운동프로그램 개발이 보행능력의 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대해본다.
지지면과 무릎관절 각도에 따른 교각운동이 복부근육의 두께에 미치는 영향

Background: The purpose of this study was to find out how changes in knee angles in stable and unstable support surfaces affect the muscle thickness of core muscles. Methods: The subjects of this study were 25 male adult. Each knee angle of 120, 90 and 60 degrees, they were performed bridge exercise on the stabilized surface and on the unstable support surface using TOGU, and measured the muscle thickness of the external and internal oblique muscle and the abdominal muscles through ultrasound images. Results: There was no significant difference between the thickness of the rectus abdominis and the internal oblique muscle depending on the support surface and the knee joint bending angles. However, there was a significant difference between the external oblique muscle and the transverse abdominis muscle by knee joint flexion angle. Conclusion: While the muscle thickness of the core muscle was not significantly affected by each support surface during the bridge exercise, there were significant changes in the core muscle as a result of changes in knee angle.
십자인대재건술 전과 후의 무릎신전근육에 대한 등속성 근력 비교

Background: The purpose of this study is to compare and analysis the changes in strength and endurance of the knee extensor muscles after Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: Twelve male subjects with ligament injury were seated on Biodex and the hip joint was flexed at 110°, and torso, lower extremities, and legs were fixed using Velcro. The resistance device was placed at a point 3cm above the ankle, and measurements were taken before and a surgery at 60°/sec and 180°/sec when the knee was maximally extended. The postures ingeniously combine forward-bending poses countered with backward-bending ones. Results: There was no significant difference in the comparison of muscle strength of 60°/sec and 180°/sec before surgery. But there was a significant difference after surgery. There was significant difference in muscle endurance both before and after surgery. There was a significant difference in the pre- and post- operative comparison values of muscle strength and endurance in isokinetic movements at 60°/sec and 180°/sec during knee extension on the injured side. Conclusion: For cruciate ligament tears, Orthopedic reconstruction is recommended. Correct alignment of the knee ligament after surgery can enhance the strength and endurance of the quadriceps femoris during knee extension rejuvenated.
The Effect of Scrambler with Stretching on Psychological Change in Breast Cancer Patient

Purpose The purpose of this study was to confirm the effects of scrambler and stretching application on depression, anxiety, and pain, which are psychogenic changes in breast cancer patients. Methods The subjects of this study were randomly assigned to 24 breast cancer patients, 12 in the scrambler and stretch application group, and 12 in the transcutaneous nerve muscle electrical stimulation and stretching application group. They were applied for 1 hour a day, 5 times a week, for a total of 3 weeks. Within-group changes were analyzed by a paired t-test, and between group changes were analyzed using an independent t-test, with a significance level of 0.05. Results As a result of this study, depression was significantly reduced in the intra-group change between the experimental group and the control group (p<0.05), and there was also a significant difference in the intra-group change (p<0.05). Anxiety and pain were significantly reduced in the within-group change (p<0.05) and there was no significant difference in the between-group change (p>0.05). Conclusion By disrupting pain signals of C-fibers with electrical stimulation, reducing the intensity of pain so that the brain cannot recognize it as pain, it is presumed to improve depression, anxiety, and distress, thus potentially impacting the enhancement of quality of life.

본 연구는 2014년부터 2016년도까지 전국중학교 여학생들의 체력요인과 학업성취도의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 방법은 에듀데이터에서 제공하는 2014년부터 2016년까지 전국중학교 1, 2, 3학년 여학생 1530명을 대상으로 학생건강체력평가에 기록된 왕복오래달리기, 팔굽혀펴기,체지방의 체력요인이 국어점수, 영어점수, 수학점수의 학업성취도의 상관관계분석이다. 본 연구의 결과는 체력요인과 학업성취도의 변수 중 왕복오래달리기는 팔굽혀펴기와 체지방에서 양의 상관관계가 나타났고(p<0.05), 학업성취도에서 국어와 수학 그리고 영어 모두에서 음의 상관관계(p<0.05). 팔굽혀펴기는 국어와 영어 그리고 수학에서 모두 음의 상관관계가 나타났다(p<0.05). 체지방은 왕복오래달리기와 팔굽혀펴기에서 양의 상관관계가 나타났고(p<0.05), 국어와 영어 그리고 수학에서 모두 음의 상관관계가 나타났다(p<0.05). 학업성취도에서 국어는 왕복오래달리기와 팔굽혀펴기 그리고 체지방 모두에서 음의 상관관계가 나타났다(p<0.05). 수학은 왕복오래달리기와 팔굽혀펴기 그리고 체지방 모두에서 양의 상관관계가 나타났고(p<0.05), 국어와 영어에서 음의 상관관계가 나타났다(p<0.05). 영어는 왕복오래달리기와 팔굽혀펴기 그리고 체지방 모두에서 음의 상관관계가 나타났고(p<0.05), 국어와 영어에서 양의 상관관계가 나타났다(p<0.05). 본 연구의 결론은 한국중학교 여학생들의 체력요인 왕복오래달리기, 팔굽혀펴기, 체지방이 학업성취도 국어, 영어, 수학에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 향후 단계별 체력의 변화를 통한 학업성취도연구를 충분히 조사 할 것을 제안한다.
