The pulsating pressure prediction technique was developed in the diesel engine fuel supply system with EUI. The back flow from compressed fuel injector to fuel rail makes a sudden rise in pressure pulsation and the fuel lines causes a pressure wave is transmitted as a whole. If there is an excessive rise in pressure caused by repetitive impact is damaging to the precision parts. Recent emission regulations to strengthen key components of the fuel gauge accuracy made the management of fuel pressure pulsation increase. In this analysis, the 1-D simulation model for predicting the peak is built and test results were simulated. A Built model based on factors that affect the pressure pulsation, were reviewed: the pipe stiffness and length of HCI supply parts, the diameter of orifice, the size of fuel pipe directly connected to HCI.
