조리사자격증 역할이 자기효능감과 경력개발 및 평생학습 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -외식업체를 중심으로-

지시기반사회는 직업교육훈련의 환경도 많이 변화되어야 하며 그 기술 및 지식수준이 고도화 되어야 하며 심화된 전문지식의 요구는 조리사 자격증 등급에 관한 새로운 요구가 검토되어야 한다. 따라서 조리사자격의 현장성, 통합성, 활용성이 강조되고 있다. 평생직업시대의 전문직업 내부의 경쟁과 기술변화에 따른 직무수행 능력을 유지하면서 개인의 평생학습과 경력개발에 접목 시킬 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라는 현재 전반적으로 그렇치 못한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이론적 연구를 통해 조리사자격증 역할 즉 현장성, 통합성, 활용성, 자기효능감 및 경력개발관계의 연구모형에 포함된 변수들에 대한 선행연구 고찰과 종합적인 검토를 통하여 가설을 설정하고 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 측정항목을 개발하였다. 국가기술자격제도인 조리사자격의 자기효능감, 경력개발 그리고 평생학습 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 지식기반시대 평생학습에 따른 조리사자격의 기능과 역할이 어떻게 변화해야 하는지를 규명함으로서 지식기반 사회하에서 조리사자격 제도의 새로운 방향과 과제를 도출하는 것이다. Knowledge-based society needs to have an improved environment of job education, technologies and knowledge and new requirements should be developed on grades of cook certification. Therefore, an emphasis should be given on field management, integrity and practical applicability of cook certification. Therefore, this study aims to analyse variables included in models of previous research on field management, integration, practical application and self-efficacy and career development. For the purpose, this study developed hypotheses and measuring items. The period of the interview using a questionnaire ranged from April 2, 2010 to July 3, 2010 for three months, and the subjects were persons who acquired cook certificates in Jeollanamdo and Gwangju. 238 copies of the questionnaire were collected, of which 28 whose answers were unfaithful were excluded from the final analysis. So a total of 210 copies of the questionnaire were used for the final analysis and the results are presented as follows: First, field management of cooks as a role of certified cooks had no significant influence on self-efficacy and career development. Second, integrity had a significant influence both on self-efficacy and career development. Third, practical applicability as a role of certified cooks had a significant influence on self-efficacy and career development as a process of learning activity and results of continuing learning. Fourth, unlike the previous studies focusing on ing oification of roles of certified cook and results of continuing learning, this study introduced parameters of self-efficacy and career development and gained meaningful results. This study has limitations though suggestions presented before as follows: As this study confined the subjects only to the persons who had cook certificates in Gwangju and Jeollanamdo, it did not examine cooks from the other areas. Therefore, it is hard to generalize the results of this study to the persons who have certificates nationwing. So researchers s who hpay more attention to relevant studies with higher quality.
