도서관 자원관리의 변화와 웹기반 멀티미디어 지식컨텐츠 관리방안에 관한 연구

In this paper, I presented that transformation of library from the collection management to knowledge contents management along with paradigm shift under the web-based multimedia information environment is required. Effective web contents management call maximize users'satisfaction with personal customizing services for library users. Especially, contents customizing service using the metabrowsing service contributes to maximize the user'satisfaction by supplying core contents that the user seeks. In this paper, I studied the scheme of knowledge contents management to increase of user'satisfaction, concentrating on the management factors of web-based multimedia knowledge contents and service strategy.

Effective resource management in the digital library should be implemented for the whole accessible sources on the network including multimedia one such as image files other than texts which focus on books. Contents management can be resource management of digital library in terms of wide scope, moreover, it\`s main function is to provide effectively tailor-made knowledge contents for users\` diversified objective of information usage. In this study, I examined main factors for more effective and advanced knowledge management including web resources under the current digital environment. First of all, I described closely several types of conceptualization and trails regarding more effective contents management and came up with advanced user-centered contents management system, i.e., user factors, intermediary factors, and finally service ones.

디지털 도서관에서의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 응용환경과 활용에 관한 연구

With the development of information technology and digitalization in these days, information network of library has been accomplished rapidly. The use and concern on Multimedia contents are increasing in the digital library based on information network. In this study I examined the definition of Multimedia contents and analysed the contents services and contents management for the use of Mulimedia contents in digital library. As a result, the effect of information technology is important for changing of information environment. Moreover, the multimedia which are resources whose information demand of the user is various contents with it is changing the possibility of knowing it was with application. 최근 정보기술의 발전과 디지털화로 도서관의 정보 네트워크화가 급속히 이루어지고 있다. 정보네트워크 기반의 디지털 도서관에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 관심과 이용은 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 명확한 개념정의와 응용환경을 고찰하고 디지털 도서관에서의 멀티미디어 활용을 위한 컨텐츠서비스 및 컨텐츠관리 방안에 대해서 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보환경의 변화에는 정보기술의 영향이 중요한 요소로서 작용하며 이용자의 정보요구가 다양한 유형의 자원인 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로의 활용으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

웹자원 이용효율성 제고를 위한 이용자 중심의 내용 관리(Content Management) 요소에 관한 연구

Today, as we are going into digital information environment along with the development of information technology, there are changes in the style of information users. In particular. with the help of computer users can more easily access the original texts and approach to information providers than ever. At the same time, we are trying to use more efficiently some specialized contents in the web-pages. Contrary to traditional mediation-centered collection management, we start realizing that we are expected to bind selected contents with users who search these ones. In this study, I examined problems on collection management and proposed a more advanced content management skill as a solution for those problems. According to on-site questionnaires, The Main factors of user-centered content management are user factors, intermediary factors, and service ones.

컴퓨터 매개 커뮤니케이션 환경에서 인터넷이 도서관 장서관리에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 매개 커뮤니케이션(Computer Mediated Communication: CMC) 도구로서 인터넷이 장서관리에 기여하는 기술적 공헌에 대해서 연구하였다. 정보기술과 텔리커뮤니케이션의 발전으로 인한 전자정보환경에서 사서의 중재를 벗어난 이용자의 탈중재적 정보이용이라는 새로운 정보 커뮤니케이션 과정이 나타나고 있는 것과 함께 도서관의 장서관리에 있어서도 벤더나 중개업자를 통하지 않고 인터넷이라는 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 커뮤니케이션 과정을 통한 도서관 자원관리가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 인터넷은 전통적인 장서관리 기능을 보다 강화시켜 주고 사서들로 하여금 장서관리자로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 해주는 것으로 나타났다. 미래의 장서관리자는 지속적인 기술의 발전에 적극적으로 대처함으로서 보다 효과적인 이용자중심의 인터넷 자원을 관리할 수 있도록 새로운 커뮤니케이션 활용능력을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 동시에 컴퓨터를 매개로 하는 커뮤니케이션 과정에서 인터넷자원 제공에 대한 새로운 평가기법과 품질관리의 중요성을 강조하는 새로운 도서관 장서관리로 현대화 하고 변화해 나가야 할 것임을 규명하였다.

This paper is done by studying two experimental cases which utilize the stochastic theory of Markov Chains, which is used for forecasting the future and by analyzing recent trend of studies. Since the study of Markov Chains is not applied to the Informetrics to a high degree in Korea. It is also proposed that there is a necessity for further study on Markov Chains and its activation.

본 고에서는 최근 이용자 중심의 정보커뮤니케이션 동향에 대해서 고찰하였다. 특히, 인터넷 기반에서 컴퓨터를 매개로 하는 커뮤니케이션( CMC)과 인간공학(HFE), 그리고 최근 관심이 모아지고 있는 인간과 컴퓨터 상호작용(HCI)을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 인간중심의 정보 커뮤니케이션 과정은 이용자 입장에서의 인터페이스 설계에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
