Waste lime is place of business general waste that is happened by product fertilizer and chemical factory etc. This paper is to investigate the properties of cement composites containing high volume waste lime and fly ash to grope the practical use way of waste lime as the construction material. Therefore, consider CaO and CaCl₂ that much amounts were contained to waste lime in this research by main factor that influence in pozzolan reaction of fly ash and controlled mix. Experiment factors of this research was the ratio of waste lime and fly ash, the addition amount of cement and aggregate-binder ratio, water-binder ratio, curing temperature. In the results of test, the compressive strength of cement hardness is decreased according as increased the addition amount of waste lime, but the addition amount of waste lime appeared comparatively high by 200kgf/㎠(age 3day) and 343kgf/㎠(age 90day) to that is 40%. Much included Ca<SUP>2+</SUP> in waste lime are contributing in pozzolan reaction of fly ash. Also, It is found that pozzolan reaction of fly ash activated by much included CaCl₂ in waste lime.

The production and application of blast-furnace slag(BFS) and fly ash(FA) composite portland cement have the following advantages at least; 1. It can reduce the cost of cement production as well as enhance the utilization factor of BFS and FA. 2. The reduction of clinker can decrease air pollution compounds, such as CO_2, SO_2, NOx, during clinker processing. Whereas by increasing the proportion of mixed BFS and FA by a large degree in cement, some side problems would occur, such as a reduction of cement strength, especially at early ages, and setting time retardation Therefore, theis paper aims to investigate and develop by using stimulus agents with anhydrous gypsum, Al_2(SO_4)_3, hydrate lime and limestone, high -strength composite portland cement with large amounts of BFS and fly ash, and to explore for preliminary in fluence of stimulus agents on the composite portland cement. Laboratory investigations on a series of such mixtures have revealed the good early age properties and higher strength at later ages of composite cements by using a proper amount of stimulus agents. 폴리에스테르 모르타르용 충전재로서 금속광산 폐광미의 활용 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the basic properties of polyester mortars using fine tailing(FT) as a filler. The FT is obtained by centrifugal separation of tailing(TA), and checked for basic properties of shape, particle size distribution, chemical composition, resin absorption. Polyester mortars with FT and ground calcium carbonate(GC) are tested for working life, flexural and compressive strengths. The test results showed that FT has much the same properties as GC in the shape, size and resin absorption. The working life of the polyester mortars is lengthen with an increase in the filter/binder ratio. The polyester mortars with a filter/binder ratio of 1.0 have the maximum flexural and compressive strengths.
