        교양 체육 수업 교수자의 피드백이 교수자 만족, 긍정적 감정 및 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 교양 체육 교수자의 피드백이 교수자 만족, 긍정적 감정 및 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향과 교수자 만족과 긍정적 감정이 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 파악하여 교수자 만족, 긍정적 감정, 운동지속의사를 높일 수 있는 교수자 피드백을 제시하고 그에 따른 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 교양 체육 수업이 진행되었던 8곳의 지역 대학에서 학교별 40부씩 총 320부의 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하여 최종 311부가 결과분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리 방법으로는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 분석하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양 체육 수업 교수자 피드백 중 긍정적 비언어, 긍정적 일반, 수행지식 피드백 순으로 모든 구성 요인이 교수자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 체육 수업 피드백 중 긍정적 일반, 수행지식, 긍정적 비언어 피드백 순으로 모든 구성요인이 긍정적 감정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양 체육 수업 교수자 피드백 중 긍정적 비언어, 긍정적 일반피드백 순으로 운동지속의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교양 체육 수업 참여자의 긍정적 감정과 교수자 만족은운동지속의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to provide liberal arts physical education class instructor’ feedback that can increase instructor satisfaction, positive emotions, and intention to continue exercise by specifically examining the effects of instructor's feedback on instructor satisfaction, positive emotions, and intention to continue exercise and to provide basic data accordingly. The data was collected using a total of 320 questionnaires, 40 copies per school, from eight universities where liberal arts and physical education classes were held. The final 311 copies were used for result analysis. As a data processing method, SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze validity and reliability, and the results were derived through regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows. First, among the feedback of instructors in liberal arts physical education classes, factors in the order of positive non-verbal feedback, positive general feedback, and performance knowledge feedback were found to affect instructor satisfaction. Second, among the feedback of instructors in liberal arts physical education classes, factors in the order of positive general feedback, performance knowledge feedback, and positive non-verbal feedback were found to affect positive emotions. Third, among the feedback of instructors in liberal arts physical education classes, factors in the order of positive non-verbal and general feedback were found to affect the intention to continue exercise. Fourth, it was found that the positive emotion and instructor satisfaction in liberal arts physical education classes affected the intention to continue exercise.

        교양체육 지도자 전문성이 긍정적 감정, 스포츠태도, 운동지속 및 수업추천에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to analyze the effects of sports instructors' professionalism on positive emotions, sports attitudes(emotional and social), exercise maintenance and class recommendation for college general physical education courses. This study collected the final data of 493 universities students in five located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk provinces from surveys. The SPSS 23.0 statistics program were used to analyze the data of this study. Study results were reported as follows. First, it was found that the professionalism of sports instructors, student management, teaching skills, basic principles, and practical knowledge affected positive emotions for college students, respectively. Second, it was found that the professionalism of sports instructors, student management, teaching skills, basic principles, and practical knowledge affected emotional of sport attitudes, respectively. Also, student management, practical knowledge, and basic principles affected social of sport attitudes, respectively. Third, it was found that all factors in the order of the professionalism of sports instructors, student management, practical knowledge, teaching skills, personality, and basic principles affected exercise maintenance, respectively. Fourth, it was found that the professionalism of sports instructors, student management, teaching skills, basic principles, and practical knowledge affected class recommendation, respectively. Therefore, most sports instructors' professionalism factors was an important antecedent variable on college students' positive emotions, sports attitude(emotional, social), exercise maintenance, and class recommendation.
