In the shipbuilding industry, ICT technologies are widely used and enterprise ICT systems such as PLM(Product Lifecycle Management), ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), SCM(Supply Chain Management), APS(Advanced Planning System) are inevitable in development and manufacturing stages. This paper describes how to develop KPI(key performance indicator) for shipbuilding PLM for evaluating product development performance and risks in shipbuilding develop process. The KPIs are derived from various PI(performance indicator). Establishment of KPIs in the shipbuilding industry involves analyzing existing PI and benchmarking other industry’s PIs. The KPIs can be used in big data analysis for shipbuilding PLM. In this paper, the KPIs are classified into three categories: project management viewpoint, business unit viewpoint, and enterprise management viewpoint.
주관적 건강수준과 코로나19 방역을 위한 마스크 착용 실천의 연관성

Objectives: This study aims to investigate association between subjective health level and mask wearing practice for COVID-19 prevention during the COVID-19 pandemic period in S. Korea. Methods: We used data from the 2021 Community Health Survey, which was administered by the Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (n = 215,999). We examined the characteristics of the study sample by subjective health level and its association with mask wearing practice. Multivariable survey regression models were used to identify predictors. Sub-Groups analysis were also conducted. Results: Among the study population, subjects were relatively wearing masks very well (99.42%). Survey logistic results showed that participants with subjective health level of "Good(OR=1.963(1.344~2.868))" and "Normal(OR=1.865(1.312~2.652))" had higher odds of wearing a mask comparing to Very Bad Group. Furthermore, participants with the characteristics of "Women," "Have a spouse," "Non-smokers," and "Non-drinkers" had also higher odds of wearing mask comparing with their counterparts. Conclusion: This study found evidences for characteristics of wearing a mask depending on their subjective health level and other social, health behavioral factors. Results of this study might help to plan future health promotion program or quarantine practice in the period of another pandemic season. 연구목적: 이 연구는 주관적 건강수준에 따른 코로나19 방역수칙인 마스크 착용 실천과의 연관성을 분석하고 확인하였다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 2021년 지역사회건강조사 원시자료를 이용하였다. 인구사회학적 특성, 정신건강 특성, 건강행태 특성, 주관적 건강수준에서 분석한 결과, 만 19세 이상 성인 229,242명 중 215,999명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사 자료는 다중 survey logistic 회귀분석, 하위집단 별로 다중 survey logistic 회귀분석 통해 주관적 건강수준에 따른 마스크 착용 실천 여부 연관성을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 연구대상자들은 대체로 코로나19 방역수칙인 마스크 착용을 잘 실천하고 있으며 (p-value <.0001), 주관적 건강수준이 ‘좋음’ OR 1.963(1.344~2.868), ‘보통’ OR 1.865(1.312~2.652) 순으로 마스크 착용 실천을 잘 하였다. 또한, ‘여자’, ‘배우자 있는 경우’, ‘비흡연자’, ‘비음주자’가 마스크 착용 실천을 잘 하였다. 결론: 이 연구는 마스크 착용의 특성에 대한 근거를 주관적 건강수준과 그 밖의 사회적, 건강행태적 요인에 따라 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 추후 건강증진 프로그램이나 또 다른 감염병 상황에 방역수칙을 계획하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.

Engineering IT is widely used in automotive industry, for example CAD/CAM/CAE area and digital manufacturing area. However, process planning and making process sheets are usually done manually in automotive industry. This paper proposes digital process planning method in automotive industry by using commercial solutions and describes 3D PLM concept The process planning engineer can plan his operation in digital way with proposed method and solution. This digital process planning can be applied to the whole line in automotive industry not only the assembly line, and it is integrated in 3D PLM and Digital Enterprise.
