        호텔기업의 아웃소싱 도입에 대한수용·제약요인 지각에 관한 연구

        It attempted to provide the points to take into consideration when the hotel decide to adopt outsourcing and tried to investigate the actual conditions of hotel outsourcing in seoul. The objective of this paper is to identify the difference relation to adoption and preventing factors according to the characteristic of hotels, types of department, and the type of outsourcings for the introduction of outsourcing in hotel industry. The major findings were as follows:First, it turns out that characteristics(size, ownship) of hotel have a bit effect on adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing. Second, types(front office, back office, etc) of department have a bit effect on adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing. Third, it turns out that characteristics(gender, position etc.) of employee have a bit effect on adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing. The implications can be summarized as follows :By investigation the actual conditions of hotel outsourcing and assessment adoption and preventing factors influencing the introduction of outsourcing in hotels, it can be used for the hotel that wants outsourcing to grasp the points to take into consideration and for the outsourcing vendor to prepare what are required for the introduction of outsourcing in hotels. Therefore, it is expected to promote the expansion of outsourcing market through improving the quality of its services.

        The objective of this paper is to identify the difference relation to adoption and preventing factors according to the characteristic of hotels, types of department, and the type of outsourcings for the introduction of outsourcing in hotel industry. method of survey was applied, more specifically a questionnaire survey was used. The departmental managers and senior executives of large, medium-sized hotels in seoul were sampled as the subject, and 58 copies of questionnaire survey paper were given out to them. And as an analysis method for the collected questionnaires through the survey, SPSS for Windows version 13.0 statistical package, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test, Mann-Whitney test, and Kendall`s W test were performed. The major findings were as follows: First, types(back office, house keeping) of department have nothing to do with adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing. Second, it turns out that types of hotel outsourcing have a bit effect on adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing.
