In this study, new moment-resisting PC beam-column joint was made upof hybrid steel concrete. It has square hollow tubular section in concrete column and connecting plat in precast U-beam. And we use the ECC. An experimental study was carried out to investigate the joint behavior subjected to reversed cyclic loading. Two precast beam-column joint specimens were tested. The variables for interior joints were cast-in-situ concrete area and transverse reinforcement within the joint. Based on the test results, we observed main differences of structural behavior because of different bonding characteristics between steel, concrete and ECC. This connection detail is able to induce the plastic hinge out of the ECC and steel plate.

The used of a precast concrete structural system has been limited primarily non-seismic areas. To promote the use of precast concrete in seismic areas, adequate methods between precast members need to be developed and they must have enough strength and ductility. In this study, new moment-resisting precast concrete beam-column joint was made up of hybrid steel concrete. It has square hollow tubular section in concrete column and connecting plat in precast U-beam. The steel elements of column and beam members be connected from bolt. And in order to prevent the premature failure of concrete in previous hybrid steel-concrete connection, we use the ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composite). An experimental study was carried out to investigate the joint behavior subjected to reversed cyclic loading and constant axial compressive load. Test data showed that properly designed precast beam-column connection maintained ductility, strength and energy-dissipation capacity when subjected to inelastic deformations under load reversals.

The karyological studies were carried out on the cultured callus from the bulbs of shallot Allium wakegi. The mitotic indicies were relatively low, 1.25-2.12%, and several mitotic abnormalities were observed in 1.24-2.39% of the mitotic cells during subculture period. Among various ploidy, diploid and tetraploid cells were most frequent and adaptive ability of tetraploid cells in culture environment revealed better than that of diploid as culture period was prolonged. Structurally changed chromosomes were also observed in the various ploidy level.
