        This study aims for improvement and rebuilding of the 'Green Building Certification Criteria Information System;GBCCIS'. To achieve this, improved information system has developed self-assessment program available on the web and to provide data about the target of Green Building Certification based on the 2010 revised criteria. The target building of Green Building Certification is Apartment, Office, Mixed-Use Building, School, property for sale, accommodation, and other facilities. Also, the information system about the Green building related technologies and techniques to take advantage of offer a variety of information was built. Green Building Certification Criteria web-site Established in this study has information and each menu and contents are linked to organic and high-utilization. Each menu is organized according to the used frequency and the group. Also this web-site is composed of information guide field, core service field, and other field. These improvement of Green Building Certification Criteria Information System can be a positive incentive measures for the activation of Green Building Certification Criteria easily by taking advantage of relevant information by users. And these will be possible to planning development of Green building technologies by introducing the latest Green building construction techniques applicable building. Also, to assess in advance by using self-assessment program in the design phase of building will lead to Green building design and provide the convenience of the application process and through database construction and share information of building assessment resources certified Green Building Certification Criteria will lead to the containment and fair assessment between cation authorities.

        공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로

        To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.         대학시설의 녹색건축인증 등급별 득점경향에 대한 조사연구

        This study analyzes the average acquisition ratio between the 1st and 4th grade and the distribution and characteristics of the acquisition between the assessment items based on the case of Green Building Certification System(GBCS) for the educational facilities on the university campus. By evaluating the difference between the best scored grade (Green 1st Grade) and the general grade (Green 4th Grade), we classified the cases where the difference between grades with little or big difference. By doing this, we were able to analyze the trend that were difficult to distinguish between difficult to score and an easy task. G-SEED should be used not only as a formal system for certifying certification, but also to provide environmentally-friendly technology for buildings as well as meeting market needs. To do this, it is necessary to further refine the evaluation criteria. In addition, it is necessary to establish a qualitative evaluation system by providing detailed criteria for items that are not distinguishable among grades. It is expected that this study will be used to improve the detailed evaluation items by analyzing trends in the average acquisition rate presented in this study.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the assessment category, items and a detail standard for environmentally friendly evaluation on the School. The results of this study brings on promoted environmentally friendly appreciation, energy and resource conservation, reduction of contaminant, accordance in and around building, etc. For this purpose, analysis of domestic and foreign environmental friendly architectural citation screening system-BREEAM(1991), LEED 2.0(2001), GBTool(2002), KICTEAC (2000), KOEAM(2000), etc.-was preceded, and through interview, survey and forum with professional group, developed evaluation item was verified and reappraised.         인구학적 특성을 고려한 친환경 공동주택의 영향인자분석 연구

        This study analyzed public awareness survey and characteristics of the influence factors on environmentally-friendly apartment considering demographic characteristics. Based on this process, this study proposes a plan of environmentally-friendly plan of the apartment which conforms to the characteristics of users. For this purpose, this study developed nine classification systems such as land use, transportation, energy, Environment Pollution, Materials & Resources, etc. and 58 detailed factors to be used as indicators of environmentally-friendly apartment. Using the developed indicators, this study developed survey and analysis tools such as questionnaires and analysis methodologies. And, we conducted consciousness survey, importance and preference analysis of environmentally-friendly factors for apartment residents in the metropolitan area. In this study, the public’s difference of consciousness, preference, and classification factors were suggested in consideration of demographic characteristics. As a result of this study, the survey respondents showed highly interest in the environment and preferred high rise and low density, flat type apartment shape. Considering the demographic characteristics, high income group showed high awareness of eco-friendly apartment, and residents in Seoul prefer tower type. Female group, 50 years old and over, and residents of large apartment complexes were more likely to live in environmentally-friendly apartment. The indicators that affect the importance of environmentally-friendly apartment houses are in the order of 'water resources', 'environmental pollution', 'maintenance', 'ecology environment', 'materials and resources', 'energy', 'transportation’

        대학시설 법적 기준의 적정성 분석 연구

        After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.

Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.
