정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워크 기술을 대학의 캠퍼스에 접목시켜 구축한 새로운 형태의 캠퍼스가 지능형 캠퍼스이다. 본 논문에서는 개인휴대단말기를 기반으로 출석을 확인할 수 있고 교수와 학생간에 질의 응답을 효율적으로 제시할 수 있는 쌍방향 강의 시스템인 태퍼를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 태퍼는 기존의 수업참여를 활성화 시키기 위한 시스템인 클리커의 단점들을 효율적으로 해결하면서 지능형캠퍼스 구축을 위한 기본적인 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 특히 시스템의 운영 결과가 DB로 축적되고 분석되어 강의의 효율성을 제공할 수 있는 다양한 용도로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

의료행위는 의사가 의학적 지식과 기술에 기초하여 질병과 그 예방에 대해 진료하는 행위로써 의사가 행한 것이 아니라면, 사람의 건강에 유해한 결과를 가져 올 우려가 있는 행위를 말한다. 이른바 전통적 의료에서는 의사의 진료에 대해 형법이 개입하여서는 안 될 법 이전의 영역으로 이해되었다. 그러나 보험의료의 발전으로 의료가 전문화 ․ 분업화되면서 한편으로는 환자에게 수준 높은 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있게 되었지만, 다른 한편으로는 의료과정에서 요구되는 의료인의 주의의무를 어떤 범위에서 어떻게 결정할 것인가 하는 문제가 제기되었다. 그 동안 이 문제에 대해서는 의료분업과 신뢰원칙을 전제로 관련 의료인의 형사책임의 분배와 관련하여 논의가 계속되어 왔다. 오늘날 의료행위는 전문영역이나 직종을 달리하는 많은 의료관계자의 협력을 통해 환자를 치료하는 시스템화 의료 이른바 팀의료가 일상화되고 있다. 이 글에서는 특히 의료인들이 하나의 팀을 이루어 행하는 이른바 ‘팀의료’에서 나타날 수 있는 의료과실에 대한 형사책임에 대한 문제를 감독과실의 법리에 따라 살펴보았다. 이러한 팀의료에서는 특히 누구에게 의료팀을 지휘 · 감독할 권한을 부여하여야 할 것인가가 문제 된다. 우리 대법원은 전공의에게 수련의를 지휘 · 감독할 책임을 인정하고 있고, 의사에게는 간호사를 지휘 · 감독할 책임을 인정하거나, 간호사의 전문 의료인으로서의 지위를 인정하여 의사에게 간호사에 대한 지휘 감독을 부인하기도 한다. 이 연구는 현대사회에서 생활양식과 함께 가족에 대한 인식이 변화에 따라 제기되고 있는 친족상도례 규정의 개정 논의에 대해 살펴보고, 이에 대한 합리적인 개정 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 현재 국회에 제출되어 있는 형법 일부 개정법률안과 선행연구 결과들을 친족상도례의 인적 적용범위와 적용대상 범죄 그리고 법적 효과로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따라 첫째, 친족상도례 규정이 적용되는 친족의 범위를 가족공동체의 핵심을 이루는 최소단위로 일원화하는 것, 둘째, 친족상도례의 적용 대상이 되는 재산범죄에 대해서는 친족 사이에서 서로 이해하고 용인할 수 있는 수준을 벗어나 그 해악성이 크다고 인정될 수 있는 범죄를 적용에서 제외하는 것, 셋째, 피해자의 피해 회복을 우선할 수 있는 반의사불벌죄로 개정할 것을 제안하였다. 이 연구 결과가 국회에서 논의 중인 친족상도례 규정의 개정 방향의 하나로 활용될 것을 기대한다. This study examined the discussion on the revision of relatives removable clauses raised as the perception of lifestyle and family members changed in modern society. And the purpose of this is to suggest a reasonable direction of revision. and to suggest a reasonable revision direction. To this end, the results of some amendments to the Criminal Act submitted to the National Assembly were analyzed by dividing the scope of human application, crimes subject to application, and legal effects. The results of the study show that first, the scope of relatives to which the relatives removable clauses is applied should be unified into the minimum unit that forms the core of the family community, and second, the level of understanding and tolerance among Relatives is large. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as a direction for ongoing revision discussions at the National Assembly.
