        제 3국 출생 북한이탈청소년의 가족경험 변화에 관한 질적 사례연구

        This article focuses on the meaning of the third-country born North Korean refugee youth’s family relationship, which is experienced in the context of migration. Research questions include: First, what the third-country born North Korean refugee youths experience in family changes in the context of migration? Second, what strategies they adopt to overcome the difficulties caused by family relationships? Third, what is their experience in the process of immigration and family life? This study was conducted according to the qualitative case study method. According to this methodology, intra-case analysis and inter-case analysis were performed, and these categories were sorted according to the space and axis of migration. Six themes were identified: “To Be Alienated Without Care as Ugly Duckling”, “Struggling in both Excitement and Confusion”, “Eager for a Real Home”, “Rushing with Help”, and “Getting to Know Myself, Flying Out to the World.” Results found that the meaning of migration experience of the third-country North Korean youths was that they discovered their own strategies by challenging and accepting their family circumstances. Unlike previous studies dealing with the issue of cultural adaptation, this study focuses mainly on family relationship and their strategies to the difficulties. The findings show that the meaning of the immigration experience of the third-country born North Korean refugee youth is the acquisition of self-identity, which resulted in response to family changes. This study concludes with important discussions. First, a support system that considers the family situation and immigration background of the third-country born North Korean youth should be improved. Second, in order to resolve difficulties in family relationships after migration, work home compatibility policies of North Korean refugee women need examination. Third, it is urgent to investigate the survey and to prepare quantitative data on North Korean refugees, including the third-country born youths, and it should be used to establish an effective support system.

        북한이탈주민 지원 인력의 소진 요인과 극복방안에 관한 연구

        This study aims to prevent the factors that lead to burn-out in North Korean refugees’ supporting manpower who work as supporters and to devise solutions by analyzing the factors. For this study, 12 participants who assisted North Korean refugees were interviewed as groups or as individuals. By combining the responses, 199 ideas for burn-out difficulties and 137 ideas for coping the difficulties were collected. Based on this, the final statements were selected to 49 pieces of burn-out difficulties and 35 pieces of coping ways. In addition, the 12 participants made assessments of the importance of each factor. The results show that the concept map is composed of factors that can be divided into two level of perspectives, including environmental factors which is the main cause of burn-out and the work quality which is the main effect of burn-out. Five groups also can be composed in concept map, including group dynamics, difficulty in controlling emotions and burn-out management, burden of work and interpersonal problems, poor working conditions and environment, physical burnout and indifference. Concerning the burn-out faced North Korean refugees supporters, the solutions can be divided into two levels of perspectives, which include passive action/active action and personal action/organized and social action. And they can be composed in four groups, include restructuring of cognition concerning supporting business for North Korean refugees, improvement at the organizational level and in social support, stress control, work options and introduction of programs to deal with burnout. Based on this result, we prevented the burn-out of North Korean refugee supporters and proposed an additional study. 본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈주민 지원 인력들의 소진 요인과 극복 방안들을 군집분석하여 이에 대한 예방 및 대안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 북한이탈주민 지원 인력 12명을 대상으로 개인 및 집단 면담을 실시하였으며, 응답 자료를 통합하여 소진 어려움 199개, 극복 방안 137개의 아이디어를 수집하였다. 이를 토대로 최종 진술문을 각각 49개와 35개로 축약하였으며, 연구대상자 12명에게 중요도를 평정 받았다. 연구결과는 북한이탈주민 지원 인력들이 겪는 소진 어려움에 대한 2개 차원(환경적 요인-업무특성, 소진의 주요 원인-소진의 주요 결과)과 5개 군집(조직 분위기, 감정조절 및 소진관리의 어려움, 일에 대한 부담과 대인문제, 열악한 근무조건 및 환경, 신체적 소진 및 냉담), 극복방안에 대한 2개 차원(소극적 대처-적극적 대처, 개인적 대처-조직 및 사회적 대처)과 4개의 군집(북한이탈주민 지원업무에 대한 인식의 재구조화, 조직적 차원의 개선과 사회적 지지, 스트레스 관리, 일에 대한 조망과 소진프로그램)으로 구성된 개념도를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 북한이탈주민 인력에 대한 소진 예방 및 추후 연구를 제언하였다.
