페이스북의 소셜게임에서 몰입에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 실증연구

소셜 네트워크 서비스의 확산과 더불어 소셜 네트워크 게임(이하에서는 소셜게임이라 함)이 부각되고 있다. 한편, 소셜게임이 인기를 끌면서 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 더욱 확산되는 계기가 되기도 한다. 사용자들을 소셜게임에 몰입하도록 유인하는 요인이 무엇인가를 악하면 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 더욱 발할 수 있는 방안을 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자들을 소셜게임에 몰입하도록 유인하는 요인이 무엇인가를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 표인 소셜 네트워크 사이트라 할 수 있는 페이스북의 소셜게임 사용자들을 상으로 설문조사를 실시하다. 280명의 사용자들을 상으로 한 설문을 통해, 소셜게임에의 몰입, 게임스토리, 게임그래픽, 게임사회화, 게임 통제력, 게임 사용용이성의 계를 구조방정식모형으로 분석하다. 특히, 게임 사회화와 게임그래픽은 몰입에 직으로 향을 주기도 하며 게임 사용용이성을 통해 간으로도 향을 주었다. 한편, 게임스토리는 몰입에 직으로만 향을 주고, 게임 통제력을 게임 사용 용이성을 통해 간으로 향을 다. 본 연구는 몰입이론과 기술수용이론을 토로 하고 있지만, 소셜게임에서의 몰입에 한 최의 연구이기 때문에 후속 연구에 지침이 될 수 있다. 한 소셜게임을 개발하는 사업자들이 무엇에 역을 두고 게임을 개발하고 서비스해야 할 것인가에 한 지침이 될 수 있다.

기업의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 전략수립을 위한 SWOT-AHP 프레임워크 개발

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 학계나 실무계에서 많은 주목을 받고 있으며, 공공기관에서도 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하고 있는 추세에 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 장 ㆍ단점을 모두 가지고 있지만 지속적으로 발전하고 있으며, 기업들은 클라우드 기반의 정보시스템을 도입하기 위한 다양한 솔루션들을 활용하고 있다. 따라서 기업에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 위해 고려해야 할 요소들은 무엇이며, 어떻게 계획을 수립할 것인지는 시급한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 기업이 클라우드 컴퓨팅 채택 전략을 수립하기 위한 프레임 워크를 제시하는 것이다. 구체적으로, SWOT-AHP는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 실행하는 과정에서 강점-약점-기회-위협 요인을 파악하고, 전략 계획을 보다 효율적으로 수립 하는데 사용된다. 경영전략 이론에서 널리 알려져 있는 SWOT과 다기준의사결정기법 중 실무에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 AHP는 복잡하지 않고 적용이 쉽기 때문에 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 이용한다면 실무에서도 큰 어려움 없이 SWOT-AHP 프레임워크를 클라우드 컴퓨팅 전략 수립에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

중소기업을 위한 오픈소스 ERP의 도입에 관한 연구: 베트남 기업 사례를 중심으로

Most of enterprises use various applications for serving their routine business. One of most widespread applications is the enterprise resource planning (ERP). This paper focuses on open source ERP software and aims to find out what benefits it can bring to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) comparing to proprietary ERP. To serve the purpose, this paper introduces the successful adoption of open source ERP software through the case study of small Vietnamese firm. The results of this paper show the advantage of open source ERP software and the possibility of adoption for SME.

BCOR 접근법을 이용한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입의 의사결정 요인에 관한 연구

With the continuous and outstanding development of information technology(IT), human being is coming to the new computing era which is called cloud computing. This era brings lots of huge benefits also at the same time release the resources of IT infrastructure and data boom for man. In the future no longer, most of IT service providers, enterprises, organizations and systems will adopt this new computing model. There are three main deployment models in cloud computing including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud; each one also has its own cons and pros. While implementing any kind of cloud services, customers have to choose one of three above deployment models. Thus, our paper aims to represent a practical framework to help the adopter select which one will be the best suitable deployment model for their requirements by evaluating each model comprehensively. The framework is built by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), namely benefit-cost-opportunity-risk(BCOR) model as a powerful and effective tool to serve the problem. The gained results hope not only to provide useful information for the readers but also to contribute valuable knowledge to this new area. In addition, it might support the practitioners’ effective decision making process in case they meet the same issue and have a positive influence on the increase of right decision for the organization.
