사회가 아무리 발전하여도 인간은 개인적 존재와 집단적 존재의 대립물의 통일로 남아 있게 될 것이다. 인류가 발전하기 위해서는 개인적 존재의 생존, 발전과 집단적 존재의 생존, 발전을 다 같이 보장하여야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 인간중심변증법의 원리와 결부하여 사색하도록 하는 것으로 대립에 기초한 경쟁과 투쟁, 통일에 기초한 사랑과 협조를 다 같이 발전시켜야 한다. 이 양자를 옳게 배합해 나가는 것이 현명한 생존전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본고는 민족의 평화통일을 두고 싸우지 않고 이기는 최상의 전략을 역사적 사례를 들어 검증하였다. Also the society has been developing, the human being will remain as collective being as the individual being through the integration of the confronting things. In order to be advancement of the human being, both the development and existence of the individual and the development and existence of the collective should be guaranted together. Therefore we have to develop both the competition·struggle based on the confrontation and the love·cooperation based on the unification together. It is the right strategy of existence to integrate both feathers. Accordingly this manuscript suggests the historical cases of the best strategies to win over without warfare.

청소년(靑少年)과 민족정신(民族精神) : 발전(發展)의 논리학(論理學)을 통한 지도사상부와 이념당(理念黨)의 건설(建設)

Now, Korean peninsula is politically disordered by the attacked and submerged military vessel of Cheonan and cannon-fired Yeonpeong Island. We at this time, whoever the counter-unifying forces is, we should campaign and awaken the negotiation with the enemy that is bad. Therefore, in order to fight against the anti-unifying forces, we, above all, have to well prepare and arrange inwardly. Anyone who know paralysis is not paralysed. This is not easy to teach the symptom of paralysis. We do not need to retaliate easily. This is the awkward ways. The rash action can not discern who is good or bad. This teaching is the first problem, the second problem we confront is the education of thought which have to be carried. In department-store, we do not need having the thought to purchase goods. So we are transferred to the strategy and tactics of the North Korea. For these we have to strengthen the diplomatic relationships among the surrounding foreign countries. We can not tell the outbreak of war, but with common sense, the war can not be occurred in Korea. The threat to attack the other part is necessary to maintain the status quo. Otherwise unexpected attack will be occurred like these situations. The long constraint can not be endured. While we are stable and the other stringent, this long strained situation of the other part can not defend present position having tension as a like the grazing shepherd boy not to defend the wolf`s invasion. Then we have to run forward with drumming at the vital moment. Finally we have to get on well with China. China imported market economy of capitalism to develop the socialism that the socialist economy deteriorated. China is afraid of the capitalist power displacing North Korea. We have to understand this reality, so we have to hurry to negotiate FTA. In conclusion, first we should strengthen inward alliance, second strengthening the alliance between ROK and USA, and third drawing China, forth good preparation. The present political aspect is not bad to us. If we begin to retaliate to the enemy massively, then naturally we have to cut the roots of the war-occurrence.

The unification needs mutual life. We should concede and compromise. It is hurried to achieve unification through ripeningly thoughtful and ideological integration, not by violent means. It is necessary to accept mutual merits and to forgive mutual faults. Therefore, by protecting the dictatorship of the executive based on the separation of 3 powers(the legislature, the executive, the judiciary), it is essential to teach the necessity of the 4th government guiding thought for the ideological, spiritual education for the peaceful unification. We have to learn the human-centered philosophy. As a result, we can advance forward to the national unification step by step. So it is the basis of the completing peaceful unification. Individualism and collectivism is different each other. In this world, there is neither absolute separating thought nor absolute unifying thought. All the things have not only the separating part, but also the unifying part. So if the separating part looks to be larger, we can call it confrontation, if the integrating part seems to be larger, we can call it unification. Our imminent problems is to integrate the still confronting thought as one unity. If we have to know the Innaecheon(人乃天) democracy built on the human-centered philosophy, we can accomplish the unification naturally without violence. Therefore the peaceful unification of Korean nation, at last, can be moved a date up forward by accompanying the logical teaching of the (4th) government guiding thought and the practical movement of the ideological political party of democracy.

동학의 인간중심 정치철학은 민주주의 번영과 조국통일의 위업에 이바지하는데 의미가 있다. 그리하여 민족의 생존과 발전의 운명개척을 위해서는 평화통일의 '변증법'과 '전략전술' 그리고 이의 이념적 토대가 되는 '인간중심 민주주의 정치철학'을 살펴보는 것이 중요하다. 바로 여기에 평화통일이라는 민족의 운명개척을 위하여 한국의 개인중심민주주의와 북한의 집단중심민주주의를 결합시켜 개인의 독자성과 창의성을 집단(계급)의 통일성과 협조성을 함께 사회발전의 요구에 맞게 합리적이면서도 균형적으로 결합시켜 정치적 지도력을 발휘해나가야 한다. 한편 황장엽의 '인간중심의 정치철학'을 비교ㆍ고찰해보는 것은 민족의 평화적 전통사상을 21C 세계적 수준으로 더 높게 체계화하여 웅비하게 하는데 크게 기여할 것으로 보이기 때문이다. The human-centered political philosophy of Donghak(Eastern Learning) is meaningful to contribute to the democratic prosperity and the great works of the fatherland' unification. Therefore for the fortune-exploitation of the national survival and development, it is important to survey the human-centered democratic political philosophy based on the dialectic of the peaceful unification, strategy and tatics, and its ideology. Just, here, for the fortune of the Korean nation called the peaceful unification, we have to exert the political leadership to combine rationally and balancedly with the independenc e?creativity of South Korea and the unity?cooperation adapting well to the demand of social development. In this respect, to compare and research with ‘the human-centered political philosophy', the peaceful traditional thought of the Korean nation will be greatly beneficial to elevate to the 21C worldwide level of political thought with moreover the higher systematization.
